Eren and (Y/n) continues to stare at their burnt friend, neither of them speaking a word. Both of them let out jagged breaths as steam poured out of him. Eren was the first to look away, his eyes softening as it turned to a frown.
[Eren]: We should've known... this would happen...-(Y/n) ripped gaze away from Armin and over at Eren, who was staring down at his lap and had let go of Bertolt- But... we had no other choice but to rely on you...
Tears appeared in (Y/n) and Eren's eyes. (Y/n) frowns and looks down, biting her lip hard.
[Y/n]: Armin... Why... don't you run away?..
All was silent, but the sound of rubble makes both of them perk up. Eren glances over her shoulder at her and (Y/n) looks to her right to see a smoke cloud on a nearby roof. When the smoke cleared lightly, they gasped when they see the Titan-Shifter and Zeke, who was now resting against the luggage and slowly started healing himself, not far from them.
[Y/n]: A Titan?...-She murmured, Zeke looked between the two before the Titan Shifter began making its way to them-
They gasp again as Eren blinks the tears away, grabs onto Bertolt, and holds his blade as (Y/n) brought her hand to her mouth with a frown.
[Eren]: Shit!..
Once the enemy shifters approach the two, Eren has his blade against Bertolt's neck, putting him in a headlock while (Y/n) glared daggers at the two in front. The Titan-Shifter's eyes glowed red as Zeke just stared down at them.
[Eren]: You just try coming closer! Make one move to take him and he's dead!..-Eren yelled, staring hard at Zeke- What that? He's got... Titan marks around his eyes. Is he the Beast Titan?!...-He notices Zeke's face lightly fall and saw sadness in his eyes-
[Zeke]: Are you... Eren Jaeger?..
Instantly, (Y/n) and Eren tensed up. Eren starts to dig the blade against Bertolt's neck.
[Eren]: If nothing else, we're taking him with us!..-Thought Eren-
[Zeke]: You look nothing like your father..
As soon as that sentence was said, Eren's guard slightly falters, confusion on both parties. Eren's eyes were like saucers, but then he glares.
[Eren]: What?...-The blond frowned-
[Zeke]: Believe me, I know what you're going through. We're both victims of your father. You've... been brainwashed by him..-Eren was just confused-
[Y/n]: What?...-She stares at him- Because I feel like I know him...
[Eren]: My... dad?..
Zeke opened his mouth to respond but immediately closed it shut and was replaced with fear when he saw Levi standing on top of the wall, steaming engulfing him as blood-soaked him.
[Zeke]: Argh... You're kidding me! He chased me all the way here?..
Levi just stood there for a moment, his mouth parted and his eyes looked like they were rolled at the back of his head as he took a step off the wall and began descending. The blond glares at him and mumbled.
[Zeke]: Let's call it a draw, Levi. We're in no shape to fight...-He then looks back at the two conscious shifters then Bertolt's form- Bertolt... I'm sorry, but I think it's the end for you..-He then glances over at (Y/n), who tensing up when noticing his gaze. He looks away as the Titan-Shifter turns its body away from the two- Eren!..Some day, I'm coming back to rescue you!..-Zeke calls out-
The Titan-Shifter began running from roof to roof, leaving both of them even more perplexed than before.
[Y/n]: He ran?..-She mumbled just as Levi flew down and landed on the same roof in front of them-
The two lower their blades when they see the captain quickly removes his dull blades and began digging through his cloak.
[Y/n and Eren]: Captain!..-The two shriek as Eren pushed Bertolt to the side. Levi jerks his head over to the two, eyes wide as he states-
[Levi]: That was the last of my gas. I'll chase him! Hand over your gas and blades!..-He holds his hand out as they quickly nodded- Hurry!..
[Eren and Y/n]: Right!...
They quickly went to remove their things and were about to hand them to him, but a sudden noise makes them freeze up. Their eyes grew big as both of them slowly looked over their shoulder and down at Armin.

Shiganshina was a mess at this point with the amount of black smoke erupting. Hanji and the others were on the ground, treating each other's wounds while Hanji was currently interrogating Reiner, who was sitting up against a wall.
The Titan Shifter's eyes were blindfolded while his head was still healing. His shirt was discarded as his arms and legs were currently in the healing process.
Hanji crouched down to his level, holding a metal case, and asked.
[Hanji]: Reiner... What's this metal case you had in your left chest pocket?..-Her left eye had been treated as she narrowed her gaze down at him- Before we chopped off all your limbs, you tried to grab it with the strength you had left...
Mikasa, who was currently treating Jean's wounds, was staring intensely along with Jean.
[Hanji]: Suicide pills? Or perhaps a bomb?..
After tying the bondage on Jean, it seemed she made it too tightly when Jean winced. Her eyes widen.
[Mikasa]: Sorry...
Reiner remained silent for a moment.
[Reiner]: A letter...-His voice was rough as if it sounded like he hadn't spoken in years. Hanji furrows her brows-
[Hanji]: A letter? What kind of letter?...
[Reiner]: A letter... from Ymir..-Jean's mouth slightly dropped and his eyebrows widened while Mikasa formed a sweat- You have to... give it... to Christa...
[Hanji]: Only after we've inspected it...-Hanji replied, stuffing the case in her cloak, then stood up with a sigh- Now then. I've got a mountain of questions for you, but...-She seethes her right blade as Jean gasps. Hanji brings the blade close to her and has her left hand lightly run through the safe spot- Your lips seem as tight as your armor is hard. Are you going to cooperate and tell us everything that we want to know?...
[Reiner]: No..
His answer makes Hanji form a tiny smile.
[Hanji]: Thanks. It helps that you're prepared for this...
Jean's eyes grew more when he sees Hanji lunge forward and pressed her blade against Reiner's neck. Blood began pouring as the wounded soldier shrieked.
[Jean]: Wait, Hanji! Are you sure? We might be able to steal his power...
Hanji's mouth drops, lightly gasping as she turned to Jean, quickly remembering what Erwin had told everyone to the Scouts.

[Erwin]: Today, I would like to explain... how we're going to get maximum value from this injection...
The Scouts, Erwin, Levi, Louis, Hanji, and the officers were gathered in the mess hall, listening closely to their commander as he held the Titan Serum to the soldiers.
[Erwin]: By doing so...although they would initially be a Titan lacking intelligence, they would revert into a human able to wield that Titan's powers. If this is achieved, not only do we gain information regarding Titan powers, we're able to revive a person on the brink of death...-He lowers the serum and closes the box- If you capture an enemy with Titan powers, sever all their limbs. And when it is safe to do so, summon Captain Levi...
Levi looks up at him as he's handed the serum.
[Erwin]: We have only this one injection. I'm entrusting Captain Levi with the call to use it...

[Hanji]: I don't think all the conditions for that have been met...-Said Hanji, still pressing the blade against Reiner's neck. He begins spitting and coughing out blood as Hanji returned to looking at him- We don't know the situation with Lvi and the other side. Neither do we have the time to go confirm it ourselves...Reason being, there's no way for us to gauge the full depth of their powers!..
Further pressing the weapon, blood starts to pour more as Reiner coughed once again.
[Hanji]: Even if I cut his head off, we can't be too sure!...
Jean remains quiet. His eyes twitch as he looks down at the ground with creased brows.
[Jean]: This isn't like you, Hanji...-She slightly flinches- If we back down because of not knowing something, down the line, can we ever hope to beat the Titans?..-Reiner goes on coughing blood as Mikasa looks down-
[Mikasa]: Jean...
[Jean]: When are we ever going to know all there is about the enemy?...-He forms a big frown as he spoke. Hanji didn't say anything. She pursed her lips together, then looked over his shoulder-
[Hanji]: Mikasa...
[Mikasa]: Yeah?..
[Hanji]: How much gas do you have left?...
[Mikasa]: It's almost entirely gone. But it should be enough to reach Eren, (Y/N), and Armin at least...-She looks back at the brunette as the woman turned back to Reiner and grimaced-
[Hanji]: That's more than me..-She closes her eyes and slightly lowered her head- Mikasa... I need you to go check out their situation...-Jean looks up at her as she went on with her sentence- Fill up your gas and bring back the injection from Levi. If for any reason you're unable to do so, fire a smoke signal. That will be my signal to end Reiner...-She removes the blade from his neck as Reiner takes in deep breaths and coughs-
[Mikasa]: Affirmative..-Mikasa nodded-
With that, she took off running and flew away while Hanji watched. Jean was staring at Reiner with his lips forming a thin line.
[Jean]: Hanji, I--
[Hanji]: The decision was mine. You were just a factor...
After that, Jean remained silent and stared down at his lap, eyes twitching.
[Jean]: Why... did I? After all this time, am I actually...?...

When Mikasa had finally reached the three, what she saw made her heart drop. She held to the side of her head as she felt her eyes sting and tears welling up while both Eren and (Y/n) were huddled around Armin with big tears. Eren was nearly on top of him while (Y/n) was on her knees and had cupped her mouth while her body shook.
[Eren]: Yeah! Keep it up! Armin's breathing again!..-Eren cried out- Come on! Just keep on breathing!..
Mikasa blinked rapidly, her tears still edging as she stared from her spot.
[Mikasa]: Armin?..
[Y/n]: Captain! Get the syringes!..-He doesn't respond though as his hair covered his eyes-
The girls and Eren all stare at him as he began digging in his cloak. Eren grabbed Bertolt and put him back on a headlock, screaming.
[Y/n]: Make Armin into a Titan and we'll have him eat Bertolt! Hurry up and inject him!...You can take my blood to do it!...
Again, Levi doesn't say anything. He looks over at Armin's body, then at Bertolt's, then down at the Titan Serum in his hand.
[Levi]: Yeah...
As Mikasa's thoughts were running and her heart quickening, she quickly remembered what Hanji told her, grabbed the flare gun from her belt, covered his right ear, and shot a red flare in the air. Seeing the flare being shot out, Jean gasps in his spot, wondering what went wrong until he heard the sound of rapid footsteps closing in.
Confused, he jerks his head straight ahead to see the Titan Shifter running in while Hanji's body was facing away from the oncoming enemy.
[Jean]: Hanji!..-He screamed, which makes her look behind her to see the Titan Shifter jumping at her and Zeke glaring down at her-
The Titan's mouth opens, about to chomp down at her, but Jean was quick to get up and fly his way over to his second commandment. He tackles her down as the Titan was merely inches away from killing the two. The two soldiers gasp as they land on the ground and roll harshly until they hit a wall. Glaring, Hanji sits up, blade ready while Jean was laying face first on the dirt.
[Hanji]: Not good!..-Her eyes widen and she gasps when she sees the Titan holding Reiner in its mouth-
The Titan and Zeke both stare down at her and Jean for a moment before the Titan turns away and starts running off.
[Connie]: Reiner was taken! Hanji!..-Connie, who was standing on top of a roof, exclaims. Hearing those words made Jean's eyes shot wide open as Connie was getting ready to use his gear to chase after them- Shit!..
[Hanji]: Connie! Don't chase!..-Yelled Hanji, leaving Connie confused before landing on another roof. He grunts slightly and looks down at her as she begins to explain- We hardly have any gas left. You'll just end up getting killed...-She looks down, eyes increasing while Jean was supporting himself on his elbows and pounding the ground with defeat-
[Jean]: Shit!..-Sweat rolls down his forehead, his voice coming out as a small whimper- It's my fault... I've... done something terrible...
[Hanji]: I said the decision was mine..-Said Hanji- Let's regroup with the others...

Levi looked at the closed box in his bloody hands, lips pursed together then looked over at Eren and (Y/n), who had desperate looks in their eyes. He then looks at Eren and slowly begins to hand the box to him. Happiness starts blooming within Eren, (Y/n), and Mikasa as it inched closer to the boy.
Levi abruptly stops and the four look over to see Floch holding onto the edge of the roof with, surprisingly, Commander Erwin wrapped around his back and the body of Louis, who had his eyes closed.
[Floch]: Captain... Levi...-Muttered the red-head, his voice full of unsteady- Commander Erwin is badly wounded! His stomach is gouged... and his organs are demolished! The blood just won't stop!..I also found Captain Louis, but I don't know if he's alive!...The blood just won't stop!..
Levi slightly lowers his hand as he stars at Erwin's body and Louis's body, eyes lightly increased at the sight.
[Floch]: I thought that injection might be able to help, but...What do you think?...
Eren, Mikasa, and (Y/n) just stare at Floch, their tears still edging their eyes as they can hear the sound of Armin's slow breathing.
[Eren]: Huh?..-Eren furrows his brows. He looks back at the captain. Everyone's eyes just watch Levi intently-
Levi's eyes remained looking at Erwin's body and Louis's body, then he looks away. He pulls the serum away from Eren. He presses it against his chest, his breathing somewhat hitching.
[Eren]: Captain?..-Eren mumbled, but Levi ignores him as he helped Floch set Erwin gently down on the roof. He lifts his hand over Erwin's slightly parted mouth-
[Levi]: He's... still breathing...-He pulls his hand away- He's... alive...
Eren, (Y/N)'s, and Mikasa's hearts skip a beat from his words. Floch gently placed Louis's body next to Erwin, who still had his eyes closed as his wound was bandaged and stained with blood. Levi stands up from his spot, staring at the box in his hand.
[Levi]: I'm using the injection..-Levi looked between Erwin and Louis, he wasn't sure-
Instantly, Eren stood straight up and got close to Levi, pupils shrunk with confusion all over his face.
[Eren]: You said... you'd use it on Armin!..-His voice quivered. Levi stares at the boy for a moment, then glances over at (Y/n). Her face was, too, filled with confusion and she can feel her eyes start stinging even more. Her shoulders were slumped as she stared at the captain with pain. He looks away from her then back at Eren, stating-
[Levi]: I'm... reviving the one who can save humanity...
Floch looks between Levi and Eren as Mikasa pulls out her blades with shaky hands. Levi looks over his shoulder to see her with a shock, tearful look.
On top of the wall, the Titan Shifter and Zeke were looking over at the district while Reiner had been placed down. Zeke rips his gaze away then looks down at Reiner's still healing self.
[Zeke]: Reiner... You were incredibly lucky..
[Levi]: You guys... Do you have the faintest damn clue... what you're doing?..-Said Levi as the main three stares down at him with tense- It's Erwin... The Commander of the Scouts. And you're saying to watch him die. There's no time for this. Stay out of my way...
Levi goes to turn around and approach Erwin, but suddenly stopped and looked down to see Eren's iron grip on the serum.
[Levi]: Keep your emotions out of this...
[Eren]: Keep my... emotions out?..-Puzzled Eren- Tell me... How come you didn't hand over the syringe right away?!...
[Levi]: Because I was considering the possibility Erwin might still be alive...
[Eren]: You couldn't have known Floch would drag the commander here! There's just no way you knew!..
[Levi]: You're right, but... The fact that Erwin is now here means I use it on him...
Their eyes widen at his response, making Eren try to rip it off Levi's hands. But in result, he gets punched. Mikasa gasped and suddenly started screaming. She runs with such speed up to Levi, who barely had the time to react when Mikasa had pinned him to the ground and had the blade against his neck, a deadly look was sent in the mix.
Levi struggled the push the blade away as Floch immediately stood up and stared between the two.
[Floch]: Hey!..-Floch looks to (Y/n), who was just standing in place and looking at the two in silence and yells at her- Hey! Do something! Don't just stand there!..
[Y/n]: Yes..-(Y/n) walked towards the two with tears in his eyes as he raised his blade upward, looking at Levi with a frown. Levi looked at her as she continued to fight Mikasa-
[Floch]: Hey!..
[Mikasa]: His strength isn't all there!..I can take it from him by force!...
[Levi]: You should know as well as I do! Without Erwin's talent, humanity can't beat the Titans!..
[Floch]: That's right, Mikasa! Let's stop with this madness already!...
Upon saying that, he was met with not only one death glare, but two death glares by both girls, which made him instantly shut up.
[Eren]: It's... no different if we lose... Armin...
The girls shoot their heads over to see half of Eren's body was dangling off the roof as he spoke in a raspy tone. He pulls himself up and tries pushing himself to stand.
[Eren]: Hasn't it... always been like that? He's the reason why we saved Trost by plugging it with a rock. He revealed Annie's identity. It was Armin who came up with the idea of moving at night! The only reason we uncovered Reiner's hiding spot... and the only reason we defeated Bertolt... was all because of Armin!...
Tears start falling down the Eren's eyes as the girls stare with sadness.
[Eren]: The one who's gonna save humanity isn't me, or (Y/n), or the commander!..-He begins to crawl over to them, but stops and falls back down, blood dripping from his mouth as he began sobbing violently. Half of his teeth were gone from Levi's harsh punch as he screamed- It's Armin!..-He looks up at the girls and screams again- Isn't that right, (Y/n)?! Isn't that right, Mikasa?!...
[Y/n]: Captain Levi..-She murmured, looking at him- We have to save him..-(Y/n) can feel the tears now falling from her eyes and down her cheeks-
The small distraction makes Levi try to move, but Mikasa jerks her head back to him and presses his hand down again, and narrows her gaze.
[Mikasa]: Please give it to me!..
Levi just remains silent whilst letting out grunts. Footsteps near the two as Mikasa can see it was Floch in her peripheral vision.
[Floch]: The one who will save humanity... is Commander Erwin...
[Y/n]: Shut up!..
Said boy flinched at her tone, but he didn't look back at her and only continued to look at Mikasa.
[Floch]: I will not shut up..-He finally glances over his shoulder and yells- Don't think you're the only ones who had it tough! You might not know, but...
He raises his hand to the wall and points, his voice quivering again as he looked between the two.
[Floch]: One the other side of that wall, there's not a single living soldier. Everyone died when the Beast Titan threw boulders at us..-His words make the three remain quiet and make them listen- I didn't think anyone could be saved... But Commander Erwin was the only exception. He thought of a plan for us to bite back at the Beast Titan... and we did it... We were smashed to bits just as planned. And I'm sure the last thing they felt... was fear...-He pauses for a moment- When I found the commander alive, I was about to finish him off...
The four watch Floch with furrowed brows.
[Floch]: But... that's going too easy on him. I thought to myself that he ought to taste more of this hell...-Levi's mouth slightly drops from his words- And then... I understood...-Floch forms a fist with both hands, holds them up, and says once again- The only one who can lay waste to the Titans... is a devil!..
He starts exaggerating his hands while the four once surprised faces started to grow into anger.
[Floch]: And if I can bring back the devil, that must be my mission in life! That has to be why I survived like a coward when everyone else died!..-He sends a hard glare at Mikasa and starts charging at her- So stay out of his way!...
(Y/n) looked at him with gloomy eyes as she quickly attacks him with her blade, Floch dodges it while walking backwards but bumps into Louis's body as Mikasa raised her blade at him, removing herself from pinning Levi.
[Levi]: Don't do it!...-Levi yelled, ready to stop her when suddenly, Hanji had swooped in and had stopped Mikasa-
Both girls stopped what they were doing and looked over at Hanji, who had a sad look in her eyes. Levi looked at the woman with his eyes increasing.
[Levi]: Hanji..
Mikasa glared at her, struggling to escape but couldn't when Hanji pulled her off of Levi and a bit further away. Soon enough, Jean and Connie, who were carrying Sasha, land on the building. Their shoulders sank and their pupils shrank at the sight in front of them, making Jean mutter out.
[Jean]: Hey... You've got to be... kidding me...
[Connie]: No way...-Uttered Connie as Hanji's breath hitched-
The three couldn't comprehend what was in front of them. Three nearly dead soldiers, one burnt, one with a gash in his stomach that would not stop bleeding ,and one who has a hole in his side were laying there.
[Hanji]: You can't... be serious...
Levi quickly sits up and gets in a kneeling position. He opens the Titan Serum, his eyes never leaving Erwin's body as Mikasa and (Y/n) gasp. He holds the syringe up as they scream. As she continued yelling and screaming at him, Mikasa was still screaming as Hanji winced and yelled at the girls.
[Hanji]: Mikasa! (Y/n)! You have to know how much we need Erwin! We can't let the flames of hope extinguish inside the walls!...
Tears start pooling down their faces as they let out violent sobs. The girls look at Hanji as (Y/n) shakes her head and yells.
[Y/n]: But... Armin could... do that, too!...
[Hanji]: It's true, Armin is exceptional... But he doesn't have Erwin's experience and leadership!..-Her words make Mikasa grab onto Hanji's right wrist tightly, making Hanji wince once more, but she let's go and continues to sob. Hanji sends an apologetic look to the girls- There are people I want to bring back, too. Hundreds of them...
Mikasa stares at the second commandment for a moment then looked away.
[Hanji]: I've had to say farewell since the day I joined the Scouts...-Hanji softly spoke. She looks down and bites her lip, trying to remain composed as she remembered the sudden Colossal Titan transformation-
Hanji, Moblit, and a few soldiers were close to the explosion about to commence. Her eyes widened at the sight about to happen along with Moblit, who was behind her.
[Moblit]: Hanji!..
Just moments before the explosion went off, Moblit had pushed Hanji away and over to a well. She turns around and goes to scream his name. The explosion had commenced. And Hanji's left eye was gone from the shards injecting into her eye.
[Hanji]: But... You know, don't you? No matter who it is, there comes a day to say farewell...-Hanji mumbled, hugging Mikasa close- I know it's impossible, but you have to accept this. Both of you do. There will be times you can't keep your sanity. It's tough. I know. Even so, we have to keep moving forward..-Mikasa looks at Hanji in the corner of her eyes, then looks over at (Y/n)-
The girls stare at each other, both of them feeling defeated as the girls' tears continue falling like a waterfall. Mikasa was the first to look away and start up at the sky, reminiscing about the past.
She remembered smiling at Armin, who was talking to her while Eren was pointing at something and shouting at them as (Y/n) was grinning at everyone. She looks down from the sky, eyes closing, and accepting this fate as she slumped forward and remained silent.
(Y/n) lowered her head and closed her eyes, shaking her head and letting her body relax.
Levi looked at the syringe in his hand, staring at the light purple liquid in the syringe, and stood up, but he stopped when Eren had crawled his way to him and had grabbed his ankle.
[Eren]: Captain...-Levi looked down at him as Eren's voice was croaked- Do you... know about... the sea? No matter how far you look, it stretches past the horizon...-(Y/n) whipped her head over at Eren- It's a gigantic lake. Armin sai--
[Floch]: Hey! Cut it out!..
[Y/n]: There's a sea beyond the walls...-(Y/n) interjected, making Levi look at her with furrowed brows- ..and he said we'd go there together!...
[Eren]: But...-Eren muttered- that was our dream since we were little, and I forgot it long ago! Avenging my mom... Killing the Titans... The only thoughts in my head are full of hate! But he's not like that!..-He turns his head over to Armin- Armin cares about more than just fighting! He has dreams!..
Levi looks away from them, his eyes narrowing at their broken voices. He closes his eyes, opens them, and stands up, announcing to everyone.
[Levi]: Everyone get out of here! I'm going to have Erwin eat Bertolt!..-He turns to (Y/n), looking at her with a frown- (Y/n), you stay here. I need your blood for the transformation..
Everyone just seemed so defeated at this point. Hanji stands up, letting go of Mikasa then places her hands on her shoulders.
[Hanji]: Come on. Let's go, Mikasa..
She doesn't say a thing, her eyes remaining close while Jean was cursing under his breath.
[Jean]: Shit... Shit..!..
He turns away as Connie begins walking off, still carrying Sasha. Connie stops though, mumbling.
[Connie]: Armin...-Tears cascade down his cheeks- See you...-He then flies off-
Floch, who was still holding Eren, soon follows, flying after them as Eren watches as he slowly get away from his friend.
[Y/n]: Armin..-She murmurs, looking at Armin's body. Then, she sees the bodies of Erwin and Louis- Captain Levi..
[Armin]: Let's start by seeing the sea! You'll see! It does exist!...
The words echo in Levi's head as he watches the soldiers fly off before picking the back collar of Bertolt's and began dragging him.
[Levi]: If this dream of yours comes true... what will you do then?..
[Erwin]: I don't know. I won't know until it happens..
Levi narrows his gaze as he continued dragging Bertolt until they were near the edge.
[Erwin]: I... I want to go to the basement...
[Levi]: Good grief..-He huffed, placing Bertolt down then looked over at Erwin and Armin's bodies- They're all the same...-He then started approaching Erwin- Whining like brats one after another...-He then thinks of the words Kenny told him before his ultimate death-
[Kenny]: Everyone had to be drunk on somethin' to keep pushing on...
[Levi]: (Y/n)...-He calls her, making her turn to him with tears in her eyes. (Y/n) kneels in front of him as Levi pulls out another syringe. He gets on his knees once he approaches (Y/n) and rolls (Y/n)'s sleeve up-
[Y/n]: What happened to Captain Louis?...-She asks him while Levi drew his blood with the syringe. Levi looked at Louis's body over (Y/n)'s shoulder-

[Louis]: Levi..-He calls him, making Levi look up at him. Louis smiled at him as he crouched down in front of Levi- I also listened to them, and remembered two people who accompanied you years ago...
Levi looked down at the ground as he remembered his two friends. Louis grabbed Levi's hand, who quickly looked at Louis with wide eyes.
[Louis]: Levi..you may think you lost everyone but your not losing me...
[Levi]: Thanks, brat..-Levi smiled at him and ruffles his hair-

[Levi]: We have to know if he's alive or not...- He said, looking away from Louis's body. When Levi finished filling the second syringe with your blood. He gets on his knees once he approaches Erwin and rolls the commander's sleeve up. He brings the syringe close to his arm and holds it.
[Kenny]: Everyone... was a slave to somethin'..
[Armin]: But there's more than that!...
Armin's words started echoing again.
[Armin]: The sea...
He looks over at Armin, then back at Erwin. (Y/n) closes her eyes as tears well up. He gets close to his skin from him, ready to inject.
Erwin's hand suddenly flew up and had slapped Levi's hand away as it landed back on the hard roof. Levi's eyes widen at his actions.
[Levi]: Erwin!..
[Erwin]: Teacher..-The commander's voice was soft- How do we know there's not more humans... outside the walls?..
Erwin's eyes were half-lidded, showing his blue eyes as Levi's mouth dropped.
[Erwin]: Brother... Where are you?... Dad...-Levi looked at him in silence- Louis... Little brother...
The wind picking up gently as it swayed within his hair.
[Levi]: Give up on your dream and die. Lead the recruits straight into hell...
[Kenny]: Everyone had to be drunk on somethin' to keep pushing on...
[Louis]: I'm Louis Smith... I'm the brother of Erwin Smith...
[Kenny]: Remember this, Levi... We are all slaves to something, even in the feeling called love...
[Levi]: I will take down the Beast Titan...
[Erwin]: Levi... Thank you...
[Louis]: Levi.. you may think you lost everyone but your not losing me...
Levi just stares down at Erwin, his hair covering his eyes as he shuts his mouth and inhales sharply.

The sound of rubble can be heard from the distance. Bertolt's eyes slowly start fluttering until eventually, he woke up. He stares at the sky, then looks over to his left when he hears the rubble. What he saw makes his heart drop. It was a Titan.
Bertolt gasps when the Titan grabs him and starts bringing him close to his mouth. Bertolt can feel the tears in his eyes as he struggled within the Titan's grasp. He stops though when he sees Eren, Mikasa, (Y/n), Connie, and Jean looking in shock.
[Bertolt]: Guys!..-He screams- Help me!...-But seeing them standing there, he knew what was happening. But he didn't want it to happen. He continues to scream, thrashing in the Titan's holding as he gets closer to his mouth- Annie! Reiner!..
And soon enough, Bertolt's head gets chomped down with eventually leads the rest of his body to get eaten.
While the five stare with wide eyes, Floch, Levi, and Hanji were gathered around Erwin's body and Louis's body, , who were carried to a safe place.
[Floch]: Captain..-Floch muttered- Why... did you...?...
Levi just looks at him then looks down at Erwin's body.
[Levi]: Do you think... you can forgive him? He had no choice but to become a devil. It was us who wished for that. And in the end, when he had finally been set free from hell, we wanted to bring him back once more...-He frowns- But I think... it's time to let him rest...
Levi just starred at Erwin's peaceful form while Armin's Titan falls to the ground. Hanji rips her gaze away from the Titan then looks down at Erwin.
[Levi]: Erwin...I promised I'd kill the Beast Titan, but... It's going to have to wait...-Hanji leans forward and opens Erwin's eyelids with her thumbs-
Levi's mouth opens, but then it shuts. His face falls and his shoulder sags.
[Levi]: I see..
Floch looks down, but turns back to where Louis's body was resting. He walks over as he puts his hand on Louis's chest, Floch gasping when he felt something.
The five use their gear and make their way over to Armin. Once they land on the ground, they see Armin emerge from the Titan's nape. Tears fall from Eren's face as (Y/n) placed a hand over her mouth as the droplets fell hard.
They gather around him, holding him steady as they all let out tears of joy at the return of their beloved friend.
Levi and Hanji look at Floch, who was still staring at Louis in silence.
[Levi]: What's wrong?...-He asks with a frown, Floch turns to him while pointing at Louis-
[Floch]: Huh... I feel Captain Louis's pulse...-He gasped, Hanji gasps before quickly getting up and approaching Louis quickly-
[Hanji]: Louis....- She calls out to him, Hanji places his ear against Louis's chest and his eyes widen when he feels Louis's pulse. She turns to Levi, who was silent- It's true...Louis is alive...
[Levi]: I see..
Levi looks at Louis, inside, he feels a happiness knowing that Louis is still alive.
[Levi]: In the end... I didn't lose you...
