So, I'm laying in the hospital bed.

Again.

But it looked like it's a different one this time than the other we've been to.

I didn't understand how I'm not dead. I mean, Amber shot me three times!

But I guess that's the power of science and medicine.

My eyes looked all over the room to get a sense of my surroundings. Then I spotted my older sister, Sam, sitting on a chair at the side of my bed. It looked like she seems to be fine.

But what worried me more was that Tara's not here too.

"Where's Tara?" I asked her with concern. "Is she okay? How about Mindy and Liv?"

"Mindy and Liv are hanging in there. They're in their own rooms at the hospital. Mindy got stabbed in the shoulder and Liv got stabbed in the stomach, but they're recovering fine. Tara is doing fine too, but she has to be back again because of what happened at Amber's." Sam answered.

"How about you? How are you doing, Sam?" I asked with concern.

"I'm fine after getting stabbed." She muttered in displeasure.

"Who stabbed you?" My eyes narrowed at the thought of Amber stabbing her.

"Richie," She sneered at the memory. "He wanted to be the one to kill me, but that didn't happen obviously."

All of this reminded me of the whole showdown. Once Amber revealed herself as the killer by attempting to shoot Liv, that's when everything went into chaos.

"Amber...did the bitch die?" I hoped.

She smiled in amusement. "Yes. She got on fire by stumbling face down on the stove after Gale Weathers shot her. After we thought everything was over, Amber was running toward us with a knife, but Tara was the one who shot and killed her."

"Seriously?" I asked, being surprised and filled with pride for my twin. Some disappointment washed over me as I realized. "And I wasn't even there to see it..." I pouted.

Sam just chuckled.

"What happened to Richie? I knew it was your weird boyfriend. Never got good vibes from him," I shook my head. "How did that bastard die?"

Sam looked like she didn't want to me. "I killed him." She softly said, looking a bit guilty.

"How did you kill him?" I wondered.

Both of my sisters did amazing things by killing the wannabe Ghostfaces. Sucks that I wasn't there to see it and didn't do anything about it.

"I said to never fuck with a daughter of a serial killer," That made me remember a dream I had about her saying that. But I mentally shook it out of my head because it was just a dream after all. "Then I stabbed him. A lot," Then Sam continued in a small, fearful voice. "It was like I couldn't help myself to keep stabbing him. I couldn't stop..."

I could tell she was starting to feel guilty and hated herself for going savage on her boyfriend. Well, ex-boyfriend.

"If you wouldn't have killed him, he definitely would've killed you. Don't feel guilty for defending yourself, Sam," I told her. "Richie and Amber killed so many people. Richie deserved to get stabbed and hopefully he's getting more of it in hell," I paused for a second while I was curious about Richie and Amber's motives. "What were their motives?"

"They wanted to make their own requel." She rolled her eyes.

"Well, their version sucks." I scowled.

Sam nodded in agreement.

"And they wanted to frame me for killing Sidney. Making it look like I've gone insane and had revenge for my father's death."

"That's fucked up." I commented, being disturbed.

"You're telling me..." She mumbled.

"What are we going to do now that this Ghostface mess is over?" I asked.

"You, me, and Tara are going to leave Woodsboro. For good." Sam answered with determination. "I told Mom what we're going to do and she's okay with it. She understands."

"Did you tell her that we told Tara the truth about Billy being...you know...?" I trailed off.

"Yeah, I did. Mom wasn't happy about it, but figured that Tara would know eventually," Then Sam sighed. "In her eyes, I ruined another thing."

"You didn't, Sam, don't listen to what Mom says. It's good that Tara finally knows now. Without her knowing the truth, she wouldn't know why her and I got targeted in the first place."

Sam looked like she was agreeing with me.

"She's going to come soon to visit you and Tara."

"Yay..." I muttered sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

Sam just smirked.

We talked for some more. I learned that I got three bullets removed from my body. Everything still hurts like a bitch.

Later, I had visitors. I couldn't believe Sidney and Gale wanted to visit me. Sam left so she could check on Tara. Gale told me that her and Dewey were trying to work out their new relationship. She couldn't lose Dewey like that again. This time, he would move to New York for her. I'm glad their going to give their relationship another try. Sidney was just glad that I made it out alive from that mad house in one piece.

It was really nice to talk to the two older women. Meeting them in person was great than what I've heard and read online about them. We had a good talk.

After my visitors left, that left me pretty exhausted and drained. There was nothing else to do now other than just to lie here.

That's the worst. Because it left me to think.

I thought about everyone that died. And that led me to think about Wes. The more I think about him, the more I love and miss him. Now that I have privacy, I'm able to cry alone and in peace about Wes and how lucky Tara and I are alive and so are the others. That was a miracle itself.

Now, it's just time to move on forward and never look back.

🔪 8 Months Later 🔪

After staying for some weeks at the hospital, I was finally recovered and allowed to get discharged. But I wasn't fully myself. I had to use crutches like Tara because that fucking bitch Amber shot me in the leg. It still hurts a lot, but I could tolerate it.

Sam, Tara, and I moved away from Woodsboro for good and we're living at a new apartment in Modesto. To restart a new life there. It was going really great too. Just the three of us sisters. Tara and I graduated from high school and we're starting our jobs. It was just a medium wage job, but it was good enough to help pay for the apartment.

Mindy and Liv was starting their new lives too. Mindy was still living with her mother to help her cope without Chad and so she won't be lonely in the house by herself. Even though that wouldn't last long until Mindy would go to college in New York. Liv was already there with her family because they wouldn't want to be anywhere around Woodsboro again after what happened. They were the same neighbors who lived next door to the the poor Becker family who lost their daughter, Casey, twenty five years ago.

Me and Tara still keep in touch with Mindy and Liv. All of us were doing a lot better than before after recovery even though our scars were still there. Both visible and emotional. But we're going to pull through and move on together.

Mindy and I've gotten closer. Since Liv moved to New York with her parents, Mindy was the closest available friend I have. Until if Sam decided we should move somewhere else. Mindy was there for me and I'm there for her. Nothing could change that. She was the best friend I could've asked for. We helped heal each other.

After the fear, pain, and broken heart I've went through, I can say that I came out as a stronger person than before. All of us did. We actually made it. That still boggles my mind.

Richie and Amber were officially dead.

Now, there's going to be no more Ghostface.

Author's Note

I don't know if it's possible for someone to survive after getting shot three times, but it's an unrealistic fanfiction, so I'm gonna make it work anyway lol. Hope you all like the chapter. :) There's going to be an epilogue next and that'll be the last chapter for this story.

Also, I'm sorry I didn't put the whole showdown from Stu's house. Even though I've been following the movie, I still want to do my own thing. :)
