Ddraig hearing his new partner's words was stunned, sure he was happy about his Partner's dream of being the World's Strongest Swordsman, but he was shocked that his Partner came from another world, and since he is inside his Soul and held the gut feeling that he is telling the truth, he couldn't know if he should feel happy or terrified
Happy that his host would be more mature than others, since he already lived his life, making it have a strong possibility of surpassing his previous self
While also terrified, of how insignificant he is to the grand scheme of things in the whole Multiverse
As for Issei on the other hand, he knows that the Mighty Dragon would be confused about the whole matter because the concept of Reincarnating into another world applies to a lot of things in general really
But he didn't mind, since he wanted the Dragon to know the reason why his so powerful, and besides lying to the Dragon would be a bad move in the long run as well since the Dragon is inside of him, he speculates that it can see in the outside world as well by using his eyes, or just knows that he is telling the truth since he is inside of his soul after all
And besides, because the Dragon knows full well what he is, he knows that the Dragon wouldn't look at him as a child, but as an adult
Also, because of his knowledge about different Animes, Mangas, and Comics that he has read in his spare time, he can just ask Ddraig an Ancient Dragon that has been excited for more than hundreds of years, if an ability can be replicated into this world, then that would be a good boon for himself
Then after 5 minutes of silence, Ddraig looked at Issei once more and then gave him a suspicious looked, since his under the impression that his host is lying to him, of course, there's also his Instincts telling him that what he said is the truth, he can't just accept it outright without proof first
Ddraig: " Are you truly telling the Truth? If not, then even if your my Host, that is the greatest form of disrespect " Ddraig said to Issei with a voice full of contempt, of course, Issei already expected this and just used his ring index finger and then pointed at his brain
Issei: " Check it. Read my mind, and you shall know what I said is the truth " Issei said to the Mighty Dragon ' I need your full cooperation Ddraig so that I shall gain the Strength that would help on getting the Power I need to be the Strongest '
Of course to Issei, he doesn't know the Power of the Dragon, but as he thought before, If he could use the Strength of the Dragon before him and with his Title of Heavenly Dragon, his Strength should be one of the Strongest in this world
Ddraig hearing this just relented, since he would know the answer soon enough and with that, he then looked inside the mind of his host, and what he saw shocked him
Ddraig: ' .. I-It's real?! ... F-For such thing to b-b-be real, there must be something that created it!! ' Ddraig seeing the memories of his host, so his previous life memories, but living for so long and seeing different things in his long years made him easily accept the fact that there is a Multiverse

Seriously, now armed with the knowledge that there's a Multiverse and that there could be Reincarnators or World Travelers
Ddraig was seriously thinking of the possibilities of God of the Bible and the other Original Primordials as Otakus
Ddraig: ' Did those Guys made such Laws so that they can lived an Anime life?!!!! What The Fuck!!! ' Ddraig thought, while cursing the Primordials who made the Laws of their Universe
Ddraig feeling that he was leaving his host for his thoughts for far too long, he then looked at Issei and saw him looking at him with a knowing look
Ddraig: " It seems that you are right partner, sorry for doubting you " Issei hearing the apology merely looked at him with a raised brow
Issei: " Why are you apologizing? Aren't Dragons meant to be prideful and such? "
Ddraig: " That is true, but knowing of the existence of the Multiverse truly existing, I don't think being prideful at this moment would help me adapt "
Issei hearing this was about to ask him a question, a blue window appeared before the two making them able to read them, with Issei being surprised at what he read

Ddraig: ' I see, he must be feeling the rebound, I should not distract him and just scan his Body ' Ddraig having seen the Memories of his Host has already scanned his body once to see the Effects of his Regenerative Healing Factor
And safe to say, he was impressed when he first saw his Memories about his Regeneration and decided to investigate that as well, and was able to tell that Issei's thoughts on the matter of his Regeneration were right, the more he used it, the stronger it gets
But now seeing it once more, he can easily tell that It's far more Powerful and Efficient now, and he has started to wonder if it could now rival does of the Devil Phenex Clan
Ddraig: ' Truly, you are my most Outstanding Host in History, but considering your Drive, Talents, Powers, and Experiences, you would be my Most Outstanding Host even in the Distant Future '
Ddraig wondered on how far his Host will reach in the future

Issei then opened his Eyes and saw a familiar ceiling, and the same familiar smell and comfortable bed that he is now resting in, and normally he would stand up and leave the room, but he didn't this time, since he saw Bianka was sleeping on top of him, with her hugging his waist like her life depended on it, making Issei released a fond smile and just patted her head, making her shift a little until she stopped herself, since she found herself comfortable in her current position with Issei doing nothing and just letting him
While doing this, on top of his left hand then glowed in green, making him look at it with mild curiosity, but stopped when he heard the voice of his partner
Ddraig: {It seems that you are quite fond of her Partner} { 'Blonde Hair and Blue Eyes, and with that familiar scent, could it be that she's a member of the Apocalypse and Kaslana house? If so, how monstrous would she become in the future? Truly my Host has picked the perfect mate for him' }
Issei hearing this, swear that he thought he heard him say it in a teasing tone mixed with his usual grand and prideful voice
Issei: " Of course, she's my First Friend, after all, I need to treasure every second I have with her " Issei said with a voice full of confidence without any shame at all
Ddraig hearing this wanted to point out that Bianka was both awake and that his words sounds like those of a guy confessing to a girl
Bianka hearing Issei's words, couldn't help but blushed, which just intensified when she heard the unknown voice, because of that she moved her body like she was still asleep to press her face on his chest so that he wouldn't be able to see her blushing face
Issei didn't notice any of this, since he was now just thinking about the possible futures that he has now, with the Ddraig's Power with him, he could see Infinite Possibilities for his current growth, especially since he could also use his Incredible Knowledge and Wisdom to be able to train himself, especially if he could use magic to enhanced his training to the maxed as well
He was already grateful for Ddraig being so cooperative with him, since the two has goals that would naturally be intertwined with each other since the Path to be the World's Greatest Swordsman is to be able to beat any opposition, no matter their race, skills and powers after all, so he needs to defeat the White Dragon at some point as well
Then suddenly the door was opened forcefully, making Ddraig disable his connection temporarily, for now, Bianka who is trying her hardest to appear to be asleep this whole time, and Issei who looked at the door and saw Kallen kicking opened the door
Kallen seeing the position that her Daughter took in her sleep, and with Issei being fully awake and even patting her head gently, couldn't help but revealed a teasing smile on her face
Kallen: " Heh~ For the two of you be in this kind of relationship~ Kids grown so fast these days~ Well got to go, so finished your fun for now and go downstairs okay~~ " With that Kallen then hurriedly closed the door and then left the floor and then straight to the living room to talk to her husband about there daughter's position
Issei hearing this could only make a groan at his current predicament and knowing her personality, she would tease the hell out of him
As for Bianka, her blush deepened again to the point that she looked like a tomato because of how red she was right now
With nothing left to do, Issei then slowly sat up, while holding Bianka's body and then lay her down on the bed, while making sure to not wake her up, and when he was done he then left the bed and then the room, while making sure that he didn't make any noise
And when Issei left the room, Bianka immediately sat up and then brought her hands to her face so fast that she accidentally punched herself
Bianka: " Fuck!! " She cursed while slowly rubbing her face to lessen the pain even for a little bit, and when she was now done, she then slowly brought her hands to her cheeks and just stayed in that position for a few minutes ' What should I do!! If I faced him now, I wouldn't be able to act as I used to!! '
While Bianka was having a mental breakdown on her current feelings towards Issei
Downstairs, Issei was currently sitting at the table while being stared at by a serious-looking Otto and a happy and teasing smile of Kallen
Otto: " So Issei, why are you sleeping with Bianka? " Otto asked with a complete monotone voice, making Issei raise his brow in confusion
Issei: " I wasn't sleeping with her, since I lost consciousness fighting a Woman, and when I woke up she was already on top of me, so she must have slept on top of me because of her exhausted state of helping me " Issei said to the couple before him, which he saw Otto relaxing a little bit, with Kallen was still flashing him a kind and happy smile
Otto: " (Whispers to himself) Good, they're far too young to progress there relationship to the level " Despite whispering, both Issei and Kallen perfectly heard it, but didn't comment on it since they would get into another mess if they did after all
With that, Issei then coughed making them looked at him confused on why he wanted their attention this early in the morning
Issei: " You two must have know what happened on that night, and considering how calm you are, you must know of what that Woman was and known it for years now, so pleased to answer my question " Issei seriously asked, since his knowledge about the Supernatural is just barely scratching the surface, sure he could just ask Ddraig who would probably know more, but since he has two people that knows of the Supernatural he could just ask them and know of the Supernatural and just reveal to them Ddraig
Otto seeing this could just smile at Issei asking him such a question, but then raised his finger a little, and in such motion everything on there floor was broken, the floor, furniture, and electronics was destroyed, with Issei being forced to crouch down to his knees
Otto: " I will tell when you reveal your new friend" Otto said with a voice that made Issei understand that he knows of Ddraig
Ddraig: {Issei, don't resist, it's alright to kneel to a person that has trained and killed Supernatural Beings, while you on the other hasn't even trained like that, and besides It's far more beneficial to tell the truth, especially since this was able to marry a Kaslana after all} Ddraig telepathically told Issei, since he himself knows of the Personality of the Kaslana Family
Issei hearing this just nodded, and then revealed to them the Red Gauntlet in his left hand, making Otto look surprised seeing the Gauntlet and Immediately stopped releasing his Aura around and then Immediately fixed everything in the house, while Kallen stopped giving her happy smile and just looked at Issei with a concerned looked on her face, worried for his future
Otto: " I see, so your the Current Red Dragon Emperor of this Generation Issei " Otto said while looking at him with a concern looked, making him confused at this
Issei: " What do you mean? " Otto hearing this was about to answer but was cut off by Kallen who decided to answer Instead
Kallen: " Otto, I think I should be the one to tell him about the Supernatural World and why him being the Current Red Dragon Emperor is so Important " Kallen seriously said to Otto who only nodded, since the Kaslana Family has a History to the Two Heavenly Dragons
With that, she then turned towards Issei and told him everything related to the Red Dragon Emperor and the Kaslana Family, and then the rest that surrounds the 2 Heavenly Dragons, and there was a lot to pack even with Issei's Enhanced Mind, but in sort
The Red Dragon Emperor, also known as the Welsh Dragon Ddraig, was once the Familiar and Pet of the First ever Human to have ever wielded the name Kaslana, Kevin Kaslana and as a sign of their contract, Kevin decided to give the Dragon the name Ddraig
Since then the two would go to different battlefields of the Supernatural World and then fought all kinds of Entities, and because of those battles the two would developed a Brotherly Bond with each other, with Ddraig making a contract to the Kaslana that he would protect his Descendants
But the two would then go through different paths in life, with Kevin meeting the love of his life, and Ddraig leaving his first friend, and because of their past with each other, Ddraig was already way beyond the Dragon King State and was already recognized as One of the Strongest Entities on the World
And with him developing his power even further and gaining his Infamous Ability to Boost his Power by twice his amount was something that solidify his placement
When Issei heard this was very surprised and was about to say something until Ddraig himself was the one who spoke
Ddraig: {Everything that Girl said was the Truth Issei} issei hearing this just nodded and then looked at his Gauntlet and asked
Issei: " Is that so, but still for you to have the ability to multiply your Power by 2 is simply Incredible " Issei was surprised by such ability since that kind of Power is simply Overpowered when the User is someone who is Overpowered themselves

Ddraig hearing this only chuckled and said in a majestic and arrogant tone
Ddraig: {Hahaha! Well I have something to offer you to achieve your Dream of being the Greatest Swordsman, and having the power to multiply your power by 2 is very good, especially for you}
Otto and Kallen hearing this was confused and surprised at the same time, since in his History the Dragon is very Prideful, which is shown when Ddraig would only help the Family when they needed it the most, and also not minding on killing a Kaslana when one pissed him off when a Kaslana ordered him
This also made the two look at Issei in pure amazement and awe, when they heard Ddraig spoke with Issei in a more respectful and amusing tone
As for Issei, upon hearing the ability of Ddraig, Issei was able to see the Endless Possibilities of such ability, since if he were able to gain enough Power on his own, he could very well be able to beat anyone in the whole world, he just needs to acquire the strength first before he could used the Ability in it's fullest potential
Issei: " But still though, for Ddraig to have a such significant presence in the Supernatural World as being one of the 10 Strongest Beings, despite not even training for the past centuries " He said in complete amazement, since still being well-regarded as one of the Strongest in the World despite being sealed and haven't even trained is just astounding, which just made him more amazed at the ones at the top since even Ddraig and his Eternal Rival didn't pass them in there Prime
Kallen: " Well anyways, I think I need to continue on things more related to the Supernatural World like Mana and Magic, while we go to the History of the Supernatural World when you and Bianka get to Strong Level "
With that Kallen then talked about the Power System of this World through Issei, who when he first heard all of it held the same reaction as Ddraig
Issei: ' Are the Ones that made this Universe an Otaku or something?! Is that why this Universe has stuff from Hi3?! '
This World held the same Powers as One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, and Hi3, and since this world is all about Mythology, he also thought of the Elements and some Characters from FGO would also appear as well

The Concept of Nature Energy/Senjutsu and Chakra from Naruto
Zanpakuto from Bleach
The Stigmata and God Keys from Hi3 as well
And even made an Anime Logic worked, by saying a Special Moves name they moves will become Stronger, and if there Angry there Power would even become Stronger and Better, especially surpassing once Limits as well
Now that Issei thought about it more clearly, he just wanted to thank the ones that made this Universe, since all those he watch/played and read when he was a kid, so he knows all the final stages of some of the Abilities as well
Issei: ' Well despite the similarities, Stigmata can be obtained by any Human if they worked hard enough so that's plus for me, Senjutsu apparently makes people go mad because of the malice of the World/Nature, and God Keys can only be obtained and used if the Key allowed the person to use them, and they just straight up copied the Zanpakutos, with the only difference is that they needed Izanami's permission ' Issei thought more he really really like those guys now since he does every power of those verse with him watching/playing and reading them from start to finished
Besides that, the people of this world doesn't even know the full potential of such abilities
Issei: 'These Guys don't even know the Advance forms of Haki and just thought of Conqueror's Haki as just a sign of being a Great King/Conqueror, this world doesn't even know the true power of Haki despite existing for thousands of years, or those guys made this world removed the advance forms, or that they just haven't discovered it since it's a Human exclusive ability, even Stigamatas and God Keys are only Human Exclusive ' That was also something that he found weird as well
The Abilities of Haki, Stigamatas, and God Keys can only be used by humans only, in fact, even those Devils can't find a loophole, since they created the Evil Pieces, it made the whole World in a tense state with the prospect of gaining those 2 Abilities to themselves, but after forcefully reincarnating the User of Haki and a Stigmata, the person just lost the ability to actually used them ever again
Because of that it just solidify the Idea that Humans can only be the ones that actually used such abilities for themselves, and that made some of the Factions and Race be irritated at such prospects that Humanity has something that they don't even have access to, and made even worst that such people wouldn't even work for others and would just do their own thing
And that is one of the reasons why the Church and The Heaven Faction are so feared and that no one has ever attacked them despite the Church's location is well known, is because of the 3 Houses of the Vatican Church being Stigmata Users, with the descendants even inheriting there Stigamatas despite it not being a lineage thing as well
And also that is one thing that made Issei realize just how fragile this world's power balance is since because of the church doing something Inhumane, the 3 Houses decided to leave both the Church and The Heaven Faction making them reduce their Military Strength by large margins
And right now the 3 houses are a part of Japan with the Shinto keeping their whereabouts a secret right now
Issei: " But still though, are those Stigamatas and Haki such powerful abilities that just 3 Noble Houses leaving the Chuch and Heaven would create a Power Vacuum, " Issei thought, sure he knows of the extent of such Abilities since he knows them after all, but still he didn't think it would create such a power vacuum since some of this abilities and races that he heard about seems to have an even greater advantage than humans even with Haki and Stigmata since the human needs to be both powerful on his own and know how to masterfully used and manipulate them after all
The others hearing this, couldn't blame him for his confusion since the way that explained it to them, the other Races have more and better advantages than a human does, to this Ddraig decided to answer Issei since he has existed in the World far longer and experiencing fighting and against a Human that could use the 2 Abilities before after all
Ddraig: {Issei the reason why they created a massive Power Vacuum is because of how the Different Races operate and function. Devils gets naturally stronger the older that they get, because of that the others would be warier of a Devil that existed for a thousand years than a Devil that is just a Century Old, and that's not even factoring the Noble Devils' Abilities, but in-exchange of that advantages they have a huge weakness in light and holy magics with one good being enough to take them down, even a Devil that has reached the Satan Class or even surpassed that, there weakness is very well known, because of that a Person that has a Strong Holy Weapon or is just good at Manipulating Light and Holy, they could in theory kill a Satan Class despite there strength, and that's not even counting the other weaknesses as well, like them being weaker in the day and them being more inclined on doing the Seven Deadly Sins than to actually train and get stronger. Then there's the Gods and Other Races as well, like the God's Weaknesses to Godslayers and God Killing Weapons and the fact that they get weaker when they lose faith from humans. Dragons being killed by Monster Slayers, Dragon Slayers and Dragon Slaying Weapons and Poison}
Issei upon hearing those, he couldn't helped but see the negatives of there Powers really, and it couldn't be helped that there weaknesses are very well know as well making it far more easier to actually kill them as well
Ddraig: {But for Humans however, you guys don't have a racial weakness except your low lifespan and that your generally weaker than most races and that it's very hard for your race to get stronger to the point that reaching the Low-Class can be considered an accomplishment}
Now Issei just wanted to punch the Gauntlet, since he is basically insulting him now
Ddraig: {But however, there are a few of your race that are Talented that made there name in the annals of History and has been crowned as Heroes, like King Arthur, Scathach, Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojiro, these humans didn't have anything to do with the Supernatural, there were just Humans that has Immense Potential and Talent to battle, with Sasaki Kojiro being so Skilled in Sword Play that he doesn't even need a Supernatural Weapon to match and beat Gods in Duels, and you know what's worse? Kojiro died to another Human that was using a very Powerful Sword called a Zanpakuto.. Hear that Issei? A Human that held the Capabilities of Killing Gods was killed by another Human that was wielding a Zanpakuto, and if not for the Supernatural Weapons that many has, Sasaki kojiro would have been recognized as the World's Greatest Swordsman in History, but was overshadowed by King Arthur because he held the Strongest Holy Sword and Lance in Existence}
Issei upon hearing that couldn't helped but developed an Immense Amounts of Respect for the Swordsman
Issei: " Ddraig, do you think that I would be able to surpassed Kojiro in Skill? " Issei thought, since now he has much clearer goal now, since before to become the World's Greatest Swordsman he thought that he needed to surpassed all Swordsman in the World to become the Best, but now he now knows what to do, he would need to surpassed Sasaki Kojiro in Skill to become the Greatest and to do that, he couldn't used a Supernatural Weapon in a Duel or in Combat to focused his Improve his Skills in Sword Play
Ddraig hearing and sensing his Partner's Emotion, couldn't helped but smile happy that his Wielder's resolved became even more Powerful than before
Ddraig: {*Chuckle* Yes, all the Humans I have met till now, even Kevin doesn't have the Talent to be as Half-Good as Kojiro, even with Kevin having the 7th Divine Key, Fully Mastering Haki and his Stigmata, even then Kojiro would win, despite the Man only Mastering the Armament haki and the others just being half-baked, Kojiro's Godlike Sword Skills are Enough to make Kojiro the undisputed King of Swords, with know one has ever knock that Title away from him, not even King Arthur or Musashi being worthy of such Title... But you Issei held the Talent to be able to get and sit on that Throne and be called the Greatest Swordsman in History} Ddraig said the absolute truth of the matter, which both Otto and Kallen was able to figure out and could only looked at Issei in amazement at his potential as a Swordsman
To Ddraig he would always respect does of Power and the ones that held the Potential, heck even does that doesn't even have the Potential for Combat and would just train to just become Stronger he would respect them since they are giving it the effort to become Stronger
Because of that he wouldn't attempt to diminished one's accomplishments and achievements, and he wouldn't give false hope to others as well, since to him giving the absolute truth of the matter in the regards to combat and just giving lies is the Greatest Sin of all!!
And that is something that Ddraig was able to see in Issei as well, even in his Past Life as Ebony, he held the Talent to be able to surpassed Sasaki Kojiro's Sword Skills, with the only reason why he couldn't do it was because of the World that he fit didn't fit him in the mold and was killed in the end by a Gun
Truly Ddraig pitted his host past life, since if he were just born in this world of there's, then even without his knowledge of other worlds and his past life experience, he would have definitely surpassed Kojiro in Skills and became the Histories Greatest Swordsman
But now that he is here and that he has Ddraig by his side, he could learn from him and his past wielders as well, since many of his Past Wielders are very famous Swordsmen as well after all
To Issei he didn't really care if he has the talent to surpassed Sasaki Kojiro, since he is very determined to surpassed the Man even if he doesn't have the talent to actually do it, he will surpassed him someday, no matter how many years it get, he will surpassed Sasaki Kojiro
But unbeknownst to everyone, in the stairs that would lead to the second floor, there sat Bianka who was leaning her back to the wall making her everything that they are talking about
Bianka: " So Issei is that talented huh? " She said monotony, with that she then raised her right arm to the ceiling and just clench her fist " Could I still be called his Rival? When I couldn't even keep up with him now? " That was Bianka main concert on the matter
Since despite Bianka training daily for the last year, she just couldn't keep up with Issei's learning curve and couldn't reach his Swords Skills and can't even closed the gap in Physical Strength despite tripling her worked out routine to catch up, she just couldn't even closed the gap in power, not even a little
Bianka: " Would Issei replaced me as his Rival? " That was Bianka main concern of the matter
Would he even consider a weakling like her as his Rival?
That is her main concern and drive lately, not to be the Strongest like Issei, but become Good enough to be considered as his Rival
... Since to her, that would be the only way for her to be noticed by Issei, and even then she was already falling behind by a lot as well

Yeah, this isn't the normal DxD verse, for the ones that made this DxD verse are a bunch of Otakus that wanted to experience the Anime Life and Invented the whole power system of the whole verse
Which is a Good thing for Issei and a Bad thing for everyone else, since they haven't even seen what Haki and the Stigmatas could do when fully mastered
Also the added Weapons like Zanpakutos would be explained when Issei gets one, so I'am not going to explore it when I get to it first things first, and besides that explaining it now in this chapter would feel far too unnatural especially since Otto and Kallen doesn't even have one
