the distraught gray boy didn't hear bryce opening the door or notice him putting a hand on his back in an attempt to comfort his friend when he felt Bryce's hand come into contact with his back he lifted his head and turned around
"sorry I didn't mean to startle you" bryce apologised
"no it's okay" blake said wiping his tears with the back of his hand
"are you okay" bryce asked
"yeah" Blake lied
"you don't need to put on a strong front for me dude I know your hurting and it's okay not to be okay" bryce said
"I can't loose her bryce" Blake said sadly
"how is she" bryce asked
"doctor Shepard said she lost a lot of blood so she needed a blood transfusion, internal bleeding in her stomach, she has broken a few ribs he also said he can't rule out brain damage until she is awake he had to operate because she was bleeding out of her ear canals he said he managed to stop the bleeding but the next twenty four hours are critical" Blake said sadly
"she looks so peaceful" bryce said looking at the blonde lying in the hospital bed
"I'm going to kill him bryce he had to have been speeding she went through the windshield the seatbelt that she was wearing snapped because of the force of the collision" Blake said angrily
"wait who" bryce said as his jaw dropped after hearing what Blake said
"carter" Blake said his jaw clenched
"wait he was there" bryce asked
"he was the driver" Blake frowned
"where even is he his girlfriend was in an accident and he's nowhere to be seen" bryce said angrily
"probably a good thing he isn't here because you would be bailing me out of jail for assault and battery" Blake said his jaw clenched
"where are her family" bryce asked sitting on the chair beside his friend
"I called Kris many times but I couldn't get through to her" Blake said sadly
"have you tried Kim or like Scott" bryce asked
"no not yet I was rushing to get here will you stay with her while I get in contact with them I don't want her to be alone" Blake said sadly letting go of the blondes hand
"of course I will" bryce smiled
"thank you and please be careful not to pull out any wires when holding her hand" Blake said before he stepped out of the room taking out his phone finding Scott's contact pressing call

"hey Blake what's up man" Scott said muting the television
"I tried to get in touch with Kris but the call wouldn't go through" blake said sadly
"she's in aspen for the weekend her phone is turned off what do you need to talk to her about" Scott smiled
"liv is in hospital" Blake said sadly
"what" Scott said shocked
"yeah" Blake said
"what happened to her Blake" Scott asked
"she was in the car with Carter he crashed into a wall" Blake sighed
"is she okay" Scott asked
"no Scott the doctor doesn't have high hopes that she will make it through the night she's really not in good shape she's hooked up to a breathing tube I don't know what to do I've never felt so helpless" Blake said wiping his tears
"what hospital are you in" Scott asked
"malibu private" Blake responded
"I'm on my way" Scott said grabbing his things
"will I ring Kim or" Blake said
"no I'll do it thank you for telling me blake" Scott thanked the gray boy before hanging up the phone finding Kim's contact
11:10 pm in Beverly Hills
Kim had just turned off the television in her living room she was watching a movie after putting her kids to bed when her phone started vibrating beside her she seen the caller was Scott and answered it
"Kim" Scott said distraught trying to find the words to tell Kim that her baby sister was in hospital fighting for her life
"scott can I call you back chicago is calling me I think she is having a nightmare kanye let her watch a scary movie being the idiot that he is" Kim sighed
"Blake called me it's liv she has been in an accident" Scott said sadly tears streaming down his face
"is she okay" Kim asked as tears streamed down her face hearing her sister was in hospital
"Blake said that she's in really bad condition the doctor said to him that he doesn't think she will make it through the night" Scott said sadly
"we need to get in touch with mom" Kim said
"I tried and Blake said he tried also I told him her phone is off" Scott said
"ill get dressed come pick me up we can go to the hospital together I'll ring the lodge they are at in the car" Kim said trying her best to remain calm
"do we tell the others" Scott asked
"we need to know what is happening before we tell the family" Kim said
"I'm on my way" Scott said getting into his rolls Royce before Kim hung up
11:20 pm in malibu
Blake knew he had one more person to call so
he mustered up everything in him searching up the number for the military base where rafe cameron was situated. truthfully the gray boy didn't like rafe not after everything that happened in North Carolina he blamed the cameron boy for almost loosing the blonde but the two boys had one thing in common and that was their love for Olivia Jenner
"I need to speak to rafe cameron" Blake spoke
"you can call him at the usual times" the man said
"Olivia was in a crash they don't think she's going to make it" Blake said sadly
"his angel he keeps her photo with him" the man said
"can you please tell him" Blake asked
"I'll get him now hold on" the man said
"hello" rafes voice was heard on the line
"rafe it's Blake" Blake said sadly
"I'm a little confused on why your calling me" rafe said confused
"it's Olivia she has been in an accident" Blake said swallowing his saliva
"is she okay" rafe said feeling his eyes
"no the doctor isn't hopeful that she's going to make it" Blake said sadly
"oh my god" rafe said letting the tears flow
"I'll keep you updated" Blake said
"thank you Blake but I'm going to speak to my dad see if he can pull some strings and get me home I need to be with her I was there when she was brought into the world she was so small and delicate so if she is leaving this world I will be right there beside her holding her hand till the very end" rafe said feeling his heart break
"do you think that will happen" Blake asked
"my dad isn't a good man but he does know people who can make it happen it will cost me though" rafe said sadly
"do you need money" Blake asked
"you don't know my dad it wouldn't be money it would be doing jobs for him" rafe sighed
"I could talk to Kim or kris if you don't want to ask your dad" Blake suggested
"no it's okay it's long overdue that we have a conversation" rafe frowned
"keep me informed if you can" Blake said
"I will" rafe said
"stay safe rafe" Blake smiled
"you too blake and take care of our girl" rafe was heard saying before the line went dead Blake put his phone in his pocket and walked back into Olivia's room
"did you get ahold of her" bryce asked
"no I got a hold of Scott though he's on his way kris is in aspen and has turned her phone off" Blake sighed
"I can't believe she's in a hospital bed having almost died and he hasn't tried to visit her she's his girlfriend" bryce said shocked that the Vanderbilt boy hasn't visited
"he's a dick head he doesn't care about her" Blake sighed
"I know" bryce frowned
"do you want me to go home since Scott and Kim are coming" bryce asked
"do you want to go home" Blake asked
"no I don't want to leave you but I'd understand if you want me to go" bryce said
"you can stay if you want but if you want to go get some sleep you can I'd understand" Blake smiled
"I'm not leaving you on your own" bryce shook his head
"I appreciate it but really I'll be okay if you want to go home please do" Blake said
"you need to eat" bryce said
"I'm not leaving her side" Blake said sternly shaking his head
"Blake" Bryce sighed
"no bryce I've already left her I left her in her room a couple of months ago, I left her in my room crying out while I locked myself in the bathroom being the fucking coward I am if I never left her in the first place then she wouldn't be lying in a hospital bed fighting for her life
I'm not leaving her again" Blake said
"she might not wake up Blake and you can't blame yourself for any of this I won't let you blame yourself" bryce said sadly
"then I'll be with her till the very end until her last dying breath" Blake said feeling tears streaming down his face
"don't look at me" Blake said acting tough
"it's okay to cry Blake I'm not going to judge you or think your any less of a man" Blake said holding his arms out sensing his friend needed to be held
"I can't loose her bryce" Blake broke down crying in his best friends arms
