When we got back to the apartment I went over to Kat who was just sitting waiting there for me and Klaus to get back
"You guys are back finally!" She told us as she gave me a hug "aww you big vamp softie!" Harper said "Harper no!" She told me "oh ha-Harper ye-yes!" She smiled "damn it I was doing so go-g-g ye-yeah that word with not stuttering!" I frowned
"Hey hey! You got this try again okay?" I nodded "repeat after me harper" "go -od" "go-od!Omg I did it hahahaha yay!" I said as I jumped into her arms she started laughing I looked over at Klaus to see him give me a small smile but a small smile is still a smile 'baby steps' I told myself
I was trying to see if Klaus deserves to die so I have been testing him I have tried to get into his head but he had a strong mind like really strong mind I was shocked normally I can get into anyones head but Klaus was different "Klaus I wanted to talk to you about something" I told him as he went to walk off "hmm?" He hummed for me to continue "who are you using for the sacrifice?" I asked him
"I don't know yet" he lied "yes you do don't lie" I told him "who are you using!" I started to raise my voice "Tyler Lockwood elena Gilbert and... Caroline Forbes" okay now I'm pissed kidnap me... fine but touch my best friend... well then I will be pissed but scared to act on it doesn't mean I won't say what's on my mind I just won't hurt you
"What do you mean Caroline" I said in a dangerously calm voice that warned Kat what's about to happen "I needed a vampire and well Caroline is a vampire" he told me "don't hurt Caroline I'm serious Klaus!" I snapped and the windows started to crack Klaus looked around at it all in awe? "well maybe just maybe we could strike a deal what do you say?" He asked me smirking "depends on the deal" I told him "oh simple you give me all of the people I can't use in the sacrifice and I won't use them but once I leave this town you have to come with me" he told me "anyone on my list?" "Anyone on your list" he replied "okay i-its not a big list Jenna sommers jeremy Gilbert Alaric saltzman Caroline Forbes and can I say rina?" He looked to be thinking "deal I want touch any of them in the sacrifice but katerina is still being punished just not in the sacrifice" I nodded "okay deal mr.dinosaur!" He looked taken back "I'm.not.a.dinosaur" he told me sternly
"But your old like really old i-its not even funny so y-ye-yes you are a dinosaur your like 10 million years old! O.M.G were they're dinosaur when you were a kid!!!" I rambled "no love they were no dinosaurs" he stated getting annoyed but he looked around and saw she was slowly fixing the windows without noticing
"That's a bummer.t-that would have been really cool live the real life version of Jurassic park hah you could meet a trex that would be soooo cool r-right rina?!?" I said "yes harpy Lou it so would!" She said then we looked at each other and bursted out laughing
Katherine was shocked tho only her and that small list she made has seen this side of her normally she's very closed off but at the same time she was so proud of her
"Okay well I need to go torment some people come along love" he turned his attention to me I smiled "fine but don't hurt them please" I asked him "fine but that's only if they don't touch me. If they touch me I will be forced to retaliate" I nodded since I was happy with that answer
Me and Klaus were walking to the grill because I told him he will most likely find someone there "mental manipulation" I told him "what?" He asked me "one of my abilities is mental manipulation" he smiled since she finally told him more "so with mental manipulation what's that do?" He asked genuinely curious "like read minds see people's memory's I can get into heads make them do stuff I want uhm I can also erase memory's too haven't learnt to do that yet tho" I told him "how do you know you can do that if you haven't learned it yet?" He asked confused
"My parents before the incident were confused on me and my twins abilities so they saw many of my mothers witchy friends not many liked me but that's beside the point anyways they got all the books they could find so in my free time I learn a few tricks wanna see one?" I asked then he nodded wanting to see this "okay prepare to be amazed" he couldn't help but smile

He nodded his head then we continued to walk to the grill "what changed you mind" I looked at him confused on what he meant so he elaborated "you said you weren't going to tell me about you abilities but here you are"
"Uhm honestly I don't know. OH! Look the grill let's go!" I said changing the subject or at least trying to he chuckled at that she was different to what he was use to
Me and Klaus walked into the grill I poked his shoulder and pointed to Damon and Alaric "let's go" he told me and we walked over to them he started talking to Damon I covered alarics eyes with my hands "uhm who's this?" I started giggling "Harper!" He turned around and hugged me "hi!" "Hi. Now I can tell you off. I planned this out ok ahem . Harper Louise Monroe you will not walk the streets at night you will get kidnapped again I hope you learnt your lesson!"
I looked at him and blinked a couple times then burst out laughing "okayyy.wow" I said still laughing "I'm being serious lou lou" I stopped laughing and put the most fakest serious face ever "okay I harper Louise Monroe promise to not walk the streets at night per request of Alaric saltzman" I told him then we both laughed
Then we both focused back on Damon's and Klaus's conversation "let me be clear I have my vampire I have my werewolf and my doppelgänger the sacrifice will happen tonight so if you want to live to see tomorrow don't screw it up come along harper" he told me "wait out side I will be there in a second" he nodded then walked out and waited but being the nosy dinosaur he is I know he ears dropped
"Look Ricky I have to go okay I promised I wouldn't run if he took me with him just make sure Elena enjoys her last day okay?" He nodded and I went to walk out but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a hug "be careful okay? Your the closest thing I have to a daughter I can't lose you and don't worry I'm mad at damon for the way he treated you" I smiled and hugged him back and then I realised this was a 'if I apologise with drinks maybe you will forgive me' session with damon
"I'll be ok ric pinky promise" we locked pinky's then I walked out and Klaus was trying to make it look like he was playing on his phone "you can stop pretending you weren't listening now" he looked up "huh no I wasn't" he said as he started walking off on me "liar" I told him while running to catch up to him
He smiled at me "look can we go to my house so I can get changed? Please" he nodded then sped us to my house "SERIOUSLY TELL ME WHEN YOUR GONNA DO THAT KLAUS!" I yelled at him my eyes flashing gold since I didn't like going places with vamp speed
"I'm sorry you never said I couldn't do that!" He said to me "okay I'm sorry! That was rude I'm just gonna get changed" I whispered then went into the house to get changed
"Okay so now what?" I asked him one I was done "well we can now go get my doppleganger" he said smirking "o-ok let g-go" I told him "do we have to walk or can I vamp speed you to alarics apartment?" He said turning to look at me "just vamp speed and get it over with" he nodded and held his hand out to me and I hesitantly grabbed his hand and it felt sorta like...sparks? Yeh sparks erupting in my hand
By the look on his face he felt it to then he cleared his throat "uh let's go then" he said awkwardly "ahem yep let's go!" He nodded then I mumbled "странный" (weird) in Russian then he vamp sped me to the apartment I went inside we where just sitting around doing nothing well me and Kat where playing Rock Paper Scissors then finally got back and he grabbed his laptop and started watching a girl start screaming in pain I know that pain it's from turning
Klaus must have realised I was watching "it's my backup plan for my werewolf" I nodded "oh by the way hope you don't mind love I still kidnapped Caroline to make them think I was using her just for the fun of it" he informed me "you didn't hurt her? Did you?" I asked him he shook his head so I nodded "okay then" I mumbled and sat up and started looking around
"What are you looking for love?" He asked me realising I was looking for something "my book" I told him simply "ugh come on! Where the hell is it!" I said getting mad
Kat sat up and came over to me "Harper calm down I will help you look what book is it" she asked me calmly "it's the only book I have left from mum and dad you know the note they wrote on the first page. I need to find it I know I left it here!" I said now getting nervous I lost the one of the only things I have still from mum and dad except for my necklace
"Okay? Let's check the spare bedroom over there" she said and I nodded not realising Damon just bursted through the door
We looked around and finally found it "oh thank god" I mumbled and hugged Kat "thanks kitty kat" I whispered "no problem harpy Lou" she whispered back then we heard a snap we looked at each other and walked out slowly and saw Stefan with his neck snapped "holy shit" me and Kat whispered "little wolf let's go I have a sacrifice to attend" I nodded and went to grab my bag with my book sketch pad and pencil case in it I looked over to see Klaus whispering something to kitty kat
He held his hand out for me to grab and I did and that weird feeling happened again! "What the hell" I whispered I looked up and yet again he had the same reaction "let's go" he said and we walked out and luckily he took me over to his car "thank the fucking lords" I mumbled and Klaus chuckled "yes I thought with you always complaining about vampire speed that I should just get a bloody car" I smiled at that
At the sacrifice:
Idk what that witch Greta was saying but Klaus did so when he walked over he said something about being glad he stilled had a dance partner
I look over to see a random person in the spot for a vampire and werewolf. He listened to me. I saw Elena glare at me "Harper help me!" She yelled "I can't I'm sorry" I whispered "of course you can't the one time I actually need you, you hide like a coward no wonder every Guardian you have had left you!" She yelled at me and to say that hurt was a understatement
"Wow low blow Elena" I mumbled and ran off to the woods Klaus stood there watching the girl that has been confident no matter what look vulnerable and hurt and that pissed him off for some reason he looked up he still had time to do whatever so he went into the woods to look for Harper
"Harper" He called out "I'm over here" I whispered but of course he heard it "are you okay little wolf?" He asked sitting next to me "peachy" I said sarcastically "Harper" he said in a warning tone so I sighed "I'm fine it's just what Elena said got to me and brought up memory's and I hated it" I told him leaving out details
"Don't listen to her Harper" he told me "was she really wrong tho you have no idea what my story is so how would you know" I told him but like seriously how he doesn't know what happened "I don't need to know something that happened in the past because right now all I see is a girl with a pure and kind heart who seems just a little broken" he told me I searched his eyes for any dishonesty but there was none
I looked away and chuckled "a little broken? bullshit" I muttered "look I have my sacrifice to get to and I don't really want you there to watch so go head to your house and start packing I will come and pick you up once I turn back" he said helping me off the ground "yeah okay well night" I told him "good night Harper" he told me and sped off so I started walking to the Forbes house
Once I got there I walked up to my bedroom and started packing a bag with my clothes a book chargers earphones my stuff bear (yes I sleep with a stuff teddy sue me) and my sketch pad and pencils

I was thinking about how Klaus was with me earlier he legit walked away from something he has wanted for a thousand years just to make sure I was okay and he even got me thinking on what he said it was something like 'I don't need to know something that happened in the past all I see is someone who has a pure heart and a little broken' maybe I should try and look past what everyone has said about him because he seems like a really nice guy maybe I just need to stop judging his past?
And I would be lying if I said he wasn't attractive...no I can't think like that tho okay nothing is going to happen between me and him and that's final! No way in hell! I grabbed my book and sat on my balcony that viewed into my backyard
Behind our house is the woods so I sat there looking at the view then I saw amber eyes so I quickly ran down the stairs to the backyard only to see a beautiful black wolf just looking at him I knew who it was "Klaus" I whispered I smiled and walked over to him and started patting him and I think his wolf liked it since he sat down
"Oh I am so never forgetting this you really are a vampire puppy!" I teased and his wolf pulled back I started laughing "I guess there plan to kill you failed huh?" I probably look like an idiot talking to a wolf but seriously I am so teasing Klaus about this!
"So I was thinking since your a hybrid does that mean you turn at will now?" I then laugh at myself "my god I am talking like you can respond to me!" Then I got a idea "OMG! Can we play fetch since your a puppy sorta" I said then Klaus in wolf form backed away from me
"Rude" I whispered not realising that Elijah freaking mikaelson was watching me and klaus curiously while wondering why Klaus is letting this young girl do this with him legit calling him a vampire puppy
I started to get tired so I turned to Klaus "look this has been sorta fun but I'm uh I'm a little tired so imma go to sleep good night klausy" I then got up and walked inside I turned around and Klaus's wolf wasn't there anymore
I walked inside my room and I heard a knock "come in!" I told them then care came in "OMG YOUR ACTUALLY HERE I THOUGHT I WAS HEARING MUMS HEART BEAT!" She said jumping up and down I just smiled while laying on my bed "can I join you?" She whispered I nodded "of course you can care-bear" I said and she ran over and jumped onto my bed
"You will not believe how my day went!" She said at the same time as I said "guess how my day went!" Then we both laughed then once we calmed down I looked at Caroline "you first" I told her then she ranted about her day like how Tyler can home and how she got kidnapped
"Okay now your go" she said "you sure?" She nodded "okay so I hanged out with Klaus and got to know him a little better I got scolded by Alaric I nearly destroyed the windows in rics apartment uhm Elena she uh mentioned all my dead family and how every guardian I have are dead basically because I wouldn't save her and now she is dead I feel bad but anyway what she said got to me so I ran off to the woods then Klaus came he made me feel a little better then I came home so then I saw Klaus in his wolf form and he is such a beautiful jet black wolf so then I hung out with him anyways so there's my day"
To say she was shocked was an understatement "wait! Hold up! Klaus was nice to you?" She asked baffled I nodded "okay wow I really need some sleep so uh night harpy Lou" "night carlie" I whispered
Yes for me I call her carlie I don't know why it's just her nickname I gave her then I fell asleep
