I read this 22 page letter from a friend to some other friends (who we are extremely grateful for by the way), not too long ago and it’s got me wondering ‘what would a letter from myself and for myself - be like?’, well we’re about to find out. This isn’t a “get it done as soon as possible” paper, but a dive into what makes my brain function the way it does. It’s not intended to scare some people (or myself), it’s just writing from my monsters. Somethings in this letter maybe graphic for others - if I ever show anyone this, of course - so beware. First I will talk about some childhood trauma that nobody really fully knows or has a true understanding of, these will take multiple sections.
