"I don't know anything...!"
A man screamed as bright lights shun down on his face.

"No. Everyone knows something.
Tell me anything you know."
Another man hissed sternly, shining the light right into the other man's eye.

"...he's a new boss! He took over only recently...! We don't even know what he looks like or who he is..! We just know to beware of the man with eyes on the palm of his hands...!"
The man yelled once more, shutting his eyes due to the brightness that illuminated from the light.

The interrogator let go of the light and stepped back.
He let out a drawn sigh, "alright.
Your interrogation is done."
He walked out of the concrete room and stepped outside to the hallway that led to the room.

"What did you learn so far, detective Tsukauchi?"
Another man asked as he followed.

"I'll explain when we make it to the conference room"
Tsukauchi said, a bit annoyed, as he opened the door to the conference room and walked in.

Heroes and other detectives sat at a large wooden round table, waiting for the results of the interrogation.
"So...
What did you get out of him?"
The #1 hero asked.

Tsukauchi sat down at the head of the table and shook his head.
"Nothing...
It's just the same old same old.
New guy came in and took over, what's known about him?
Nothing.
All that's known is that he has eyes on the palms of his hands."

"...at this rate he's taken over almost all the Mafia and gang organizations in Japan..."

"Yes it's bad.
We don't know what to do.

It's like he knows our every move."

"Heh. This is good"
A voice chuckled as he watched the meeting play out from the safety of his home.

"Looks like no matter how hard they try, they won't be able to figure out who I am.
Good.

Besides.
Who would suspect a freshman highschooler of being a notorious villain?"
He stood up and walked over to his desk.

"I'm glad I was able to get such a big commission.
With this being hung up on large buildings of Tokyo, I'll be able to see everything."
He sat down and began to draw.

The lines glowed a light green as every pencil stroke was embued.

It was a long process, it took many hours but it'd be worth it in the end.

At the end, the drawing ended up being a hyperrealistic black eye.
The drawing glowed green all at once before it all subsided.

"And...
Done..."
He yawned.
He glanced at the clock, it was 12am.
"I took longer than I thought I would. But at last.
I'm done.
Now I just leave a signature."

He signed the art piece with his initials "I.M"
Though it was written in such a way that the letters couldn't be made out.

"7 million yen, all for me.
Its good this commission came in on time, I have bills to pay."
He pulled out his phone and messaged his buyer.

"It's done"

"Amazing! I'll pick it up tomorrow"

"Thanks"

"No thank you, what time can I drop by?"

"Early morning works good, 7am.
I'm busy after school"

"Of course.
I'll see you then"

"Alright see you."

The conversation ended there.
He put his phone away and went to sleep, he had a long day and needed it.

_________________________________________

"This is amazing!
Here's your check. This'll be hung up today!
You can look forward to seeing it"
The buyer said as he handed him a check.

The art piece was loaded up delicately Into a truck.

"Thank you."
He smiled.

"Of course, now see ya"

He walked back into his house and dressed into his uniform.
After quickly dressing, he slipped on some black gloves and made his way out to school.

After a long route, he made it to the gates of the school and to his classroom.

He walked in with a friendly smile, it was only the third day of the school year.
School had only just begun.

"Heya Midoriya!"
An electric teen cheered.

The green haired teen cheered back, "hey kaminari"

"How's your morning going?"

"Pretty nice"
He sat down behind a spiky blond haired teen.

"That's good"

The conversation came to an end as the teacher walked in.
He had long black hair and evident beard stubble.
It was obvious he lacked sleep and needed a good cup of coffee.

"Hello class.
I hope you all rested well.
I didn't.

In today's class we'll start by learning the basics of heroism"
The teacher began.

Midoriya glanced out the window, "he was at that meeting yesterday.
It'd be useful if I used my quirk on him.

But there's no opening as of now.
I'll have to wait.
Doing it in school his risky, so I should catch him during his nightshift."
He thought to himself as he shut his eyes.

"Hm. The painting is in the middle of being hung up right now.
I'll have to check up on it later."
He opened his eyes back up again, glancing at the board.

He wrote down some brief notes, though he didn't really need them.

The day dragged along, sitting in class wasn't fun at all.

But there was something Midoriya enjoyed doing.
Something he wouldn't openly admit to just anyone.

The school day came to an end, Midoriya walked alone in a system of alleyways.
He had already gone home and changed.

He wandered around in a hoodie, holding a particular lethal item in his pocket.

"Pro hero liespice should be around here.
I made sure to calculate his shifts.
He'll walk past this alleyway in a minute, he'll be alone and be drinking a cup of iced venti caramel macchiato, with 15 pumps vanilla syrup, made with heavy whipping cream, barely any ice, one shot, add whip, and extra caramel drizzle.

That's his usual to go order.

He's getting closer.
There's no one accompanying him.
No other heroes flying in the sky either.

Witnesses to the crime will be low, only 3 people will see him actually die but they won't be able to see me.

Good.

His guard is dropped, only weapons he has are 2 guns and 3 knives.
His quirk isn't all too strong.

He walks past in 3.

2"
Midoriya cocked his gun and took aim, a second later he shot and ran away.

"Lethal shot.
No coming back from that"

He ran through the alleyway system and made it far.
Once he was far enough he continued his walk at a leisurely pace.

"Perfect kill.
No evidence left behind.
Witnesses have called for police but they're not going to make it in time to figure out anyone was close by."

Midoriya was a villain.

Izuku Midoriya
Quirk- clairvoyance.

This quirk allows him to see through the eyes he draws.
As long as the drawing is distinguishable as an eye, he can see through it.

He also as an eye on both palms of his hands, those eyes allow him to see through the eyes of someone else.
As long as the eyes on his hands can gaze at someone, he'll be able to see what they're seeing and read their thoughts.

His eyes change color based on the color of the eyes he's looking through, including the drawn eyes.

He cannot hear through the eyes.

Despite having an amazing quirk that could easily allow him to be the best detective alive, he didn't want to go down the route of justice and herosim.

The reason was simple.

He hated how the heroes and justice system operated.

It started at the ripe age of 5, a year after the quirk kicked in.
An incident occured in which he realized he simply just couldn't support it.

Being gifted with intelligence only made him be aware of things he wished he didn't know.

Though it was because of that same intelligence that he was able to operate the way he did.

He taught himself how to fight and wield weapons, posing as quirkless to everyone and anyone he knew.
He fed them with thoughts of training to be a hero while having ulterior motivies.

He also honed his art skills to perfect ability.
For good reason as well. He sold his art.

He needed money and with his good skills he was commissioned frequently.
He was known in the art world under a different identity. His most famous pieces were his drawings of eyes, everyone was drawn to them.

To the point where they were hung around everywhere.

Though, once he was old enough and trained his abilities to a T...

He went down a different route.
A route of evil.
A route that no one could know of.

Directly opposing society, he became a villain.
An unknown one.
No one knew who he was, who the monster that was taking over the underground system of evil, was.

The only thing they knew was that he was a man with eyes on the palms of his hands.
And anyone who met the man with eyes on his palms never lived to tell the tale.

He had a childhood 'friend'.
He was hardly a friend.
More like a bully.

A wannabe bully.

"I'll get into UA.
I'll be able to learn the weaknesses of incoming heroes and all might.
He's teaching there this year.

With the information I'll get, I'll be able to conduct my revenge properly."

_________________________________________

He got into UA.
With his skill and ability, it wasn't all too difficult at all.

It was just another step in his grand plan anyways...

"Death by gun.
It's the same bullet from all the previous attacks.
No evidence and next to an alleyway.

It's the same killer."
An investigator said, looking over the killed hero.

"Does it seem to be in relation to the guy who's taking over all the mafias and underground gangs?"

"It might.
That guy has yet to use his quirk and also kills with weapons.

But this could just be one of his henchmen.
At this rate, he's such a secret that the only thing we know is he has eyes on his palms."

"Shouldn't someone like that be easy to find?
I mean it's such a distinct trait."

"Anyone who's seen him never makes it out alive.
And he's just some citizen among the other millions in Japan.
Trying to find him is like trying to find a needle in a haystack."

"So not even his henchmen know what he looks like...?"

"Yep.
We've interrogated many.
No one knows..."

"That's crazy, so he's just living among us while doing all that evil...

For all we know he could be the most beloved person known."

"Mhm...
He's our biggest problem as of now."

"His quirk must be strong, seeing as how it's giving us so many problems."

"Most definitely."

"The league of villains.
That's a new organization going around.

I should aim to take over that group as well.
I have to find them first.

Hm.
Well I am going out later tonight to kill pro hero shadowwave, I should draw a bunch of eyes and stick them in potential areas of hang out.

Oh, I also need to find eraserhead.

Alright then.
I have work."
Midoriya thought to himself as he sat down on his desk and began to draw.

He made the eyes small, very small.
But they were also all clustered.

At first glance, it didn't look like eyes.
However, a better look at it showed off the many small eyes drawn on.

They were all drawn in a different style, he didn't want the eyes to be recognized under his famous style.
They'd be hung in alleyways after all.

He worked for hours on end, making many eye cards.
The work was difficult per usual but he didn't mind it.

When he was done, it was time to go out.

He grabbed his disguise and left.

"Three tasks.

2 hours.

I can only spend a maximum of 40 minutes on each task.

If I work diligently enough, I'll be able to finish with extra time left on the clock."
