"hey ri." i say on facetime with my best friend rileigh.
"hey girl excited to see me tomorrow?" she asks.
"i really need you like, now." i say.
"whats wrong." she says putting her mascara down.
"everything, belly's mad, conrad is weirdly mad." i say.
"well is jeremiah?" she's says.
"idk hopefully not anymore." i say.
"well that's all that matters." she says.
"ri." i say.
"heyyy c'mon." she says as we both laugh.
"i gotta get ready." i say.
"for???" she asks.
"the beach." i say.
"getting ready for the beach?." she asks.
"fine i'm going to the beach with jeremiah." i say.
"omgomg yesss!!! wear a hot dress, with thongs!!!" she says.
"ew-ri, c'mon be mature!" i say shouting.
"i am! but i have a perfect gift for you!" she says.
"it's better not be." i say.
"we will see, you go get ready you, love you." she says.

i open my closet trying to find a outfit, i wanted to tell jeremiah that i liked him tonight.
i decided to wear a white strapped crop top with my white skirt and baby blue sweater over it.
belly usually takes my pics for me but she's mad at me so she can't i guess. i decided to go outside and place it on something.
"wow." i say to myself.

i went downstairs to get a quick snack before i left the house.
"you look good honey, where you heading?" my moms asks.
"to the beach." i say.
"you have fun." my mom says kissing me on the forehead.
i grab a cookie and run down the beach.
he wasn't there yet.
i decided to sit down by the water waiting for him.
"hey, sorry." he says sitting down by me.
"oh, i thought you ditched." i say.
"i would never." he says.
"what is the surprise." he asks.
"uh- me." i say.
"the surprise is you?" he says.
was he not happy?
"yeah." i say.
"could you maybe elaborate a tiny bit more?" he asks.
"o-oh yeah, uh i'm surprising you with me." i say.
"mel, make it more clear-" he says getting interrupted by a kiss by my lips.
he pulled my waist on top of his not breaking the kiss.
he tucked my hair behind my ear with a second break.
"was that clear?" i ask.
"definitely." he says licking his lips.
i was still on his lap while he went in for another kiss.
i pull out a second after.
"what's wrong?" he asks.
"not on the beach ok?" i say laughing.
"oh yeah, sorry." he says.

"fine, for you." he says giving me and quick kiss.
he puts his hands on my waist pulling me up from his lap.
i grab his hand pulling him up.
"did you like the surprise?" i ask.
"the best surprise i've ever had." he says.
i then get a call for rileigh.
"sorry, gotta take this." i say putting my hand on his shoulder then answering it
"hey ri what's up." i say.
"HOW WAS IT!" she says.
"rileigh, i'll talk later. but sneak peak. awesome." i say hanging up.
"hey sorr-" i say looking back but jeremiah wasn't there.
"jeremiah?" i yell.
"come in!" he shouts from the water.
"no way! i'm wearing clothes." i say.
"so am i." he says.
he runs out of the ocean.
"come hereeeee." he says chasing me.
"no don't pleaseeee!" i say still running.
he catches me and picks me up putting me on his shoulders.
"jeremiah i have a skirt on!" i shout.
he pulls my skirt down covering everything.
"thanks but please dontttt." i shout but he doesn't listen he brings me into the water.
"got ya!" he shouts.
"your done!" i shout as we both splash eachother.
he grabs me by the waist then kisses me.
i put my legs around his waist holding one hand with his neck and the other with his hair.
"still gonna get you back, your not off the hook." i say smirking at him.
"oh yeah?" he says.
"oh yeah." i say mocking him.
