The next day...
I woke up to check on any clients i had today from my nail page and then checked my hair page
i was looking till i got a call from an unknown number
i answered and they spoke
"hello is this diorxlani the one that does the nail" they spoke
"this is she"
"okay i was wondering for my appointment could i bring around 4 extra people they wont be any trouble
if i was one of those rude people i probably wouldve said no but ill allow it here and there sometimes because you never know what anyone is going through
"yes ofcourse i have a couch with extra room so its no problem"
"okay thank you im your 10 am appointment so im going to be on my way now" she spoke
"okay"
we said our goodbyes and hung up
after that i got up and decided to record my face routine and i decided to start recording for my youtube video
i started walking to the bathroom and grabbed my camera and set it up

" okay so first im going to start off with brushing my teeth" i said as i started to put the toothpaste on the brush
after i was done i picked up a rag for my face
"okay so now im going to wash my face with some hot water and then start my face routine"
"okay so im going to start off with my cleanser" i said about to show it then i remembered
"wait never mind guys lol i cant show you yet"
"i cant wait to bring out my "lanisskin" line guys i cant wait"
"ill just blur it out" i said
"now im going to apply the toner, serum, moisturiser, then SPF" i said in order then started applying them to my face

when i got done i hopped in the shower for about 20 minutes then put on some clothes and headed to my nail/hair room
i looked at the picture the girl send on instagram and put whatever i needed on my nail table and sat down to wait for the girl
she texted me saying she was here then i went down stairs to open the door for her and her friends
"hello" i smiled getting them
"hey"
"wussup"
"hey girl"
"wasgud"
and a boy just gave me a head nod
"rude" i thought
"these are my friends , kayla, bk, nas, and my brother nath-"
"skeeta" he cute her off
"and in myrah" she smiled
"okay" i smiled and nodded
"the room is this way i motioned for them to follow me" i spoke leading them to the room
"thats the couch, there beverages in this fridge and snacks in the drawers under it also feel free to help yourself" i told them
"i love your hospitality, new nail tech maybe" myrah smiled
"right" kayla smiled also

skeeta just sat there with his phone

they looked at me with a confused look

i shook my head no

i turned the tv on and started to play music and i played my michael jackson playlist
liberian girl started to play
"ou this is my jam" i said and everyone looked
"you listen to michael jackson" bk questioned and raised his eyebrow
i nodded and smiled just thinking his music
"weird" nas said but i didnt pay it no mind
"okay lets get started" i told her and sat down and she sat down after me
"michael jackson is a legend , atleast she dosent listen to that gun music yall be listening to the hell" myrah spoke up
"no cursing please" i frowned
"shut the fuck up , oh my god you guys dont stop talking" skeeta said looking up from his phone
i just turned up the music louder and didnt mind what he said
"nah turn the music back down" myrah said and i turned it down
"what the fuck is wrong with you dumb ass you shut the fuck up , this isn't your god damn house to be saying anything whore" she mugged him
"apologize whore" she said
"my fault gra" he said looking at me
"its okay" i said looking back at her nails
i filed them then i started thinking about last night
his voice sounded very familiar and i was looking for his arm and he had a jacket on so i couldnt really see
"fuck you looking at" he questioned
"nothing sorry" i put my head down and started painting myrahs nails
"you gon stop talking crazy to my nail tech hoe" myrah mugged him
"well tell yo nail tech to keep her eyes to herself the fuck" he mugged her back
she rolled her eyes and started to make conversation with until i was done
"let me get yo ten" she questioned
i tilted my head confused
"ten" i questioned
"your number bae" she laughed
"oh okay" i smiled giving it to her
"okay im done" i told her
"oh my god thank you" she dragged
kayla came over to look
"she definitely ate" kayla hyped them up also
"do you have any appointments tomorrow" she asked
"no actually" i looked up at her
"bae leave that girl alone" nas told her
"shut up" she looked back at him then turned towards me and smiled
"looks like we coming here tomorrow again" kayla smiled
"no we not" skeeta said and eveyone looked at him
"dont pay him no mind" myrah rolled her eyes
"how much i owe you" she asked
"65" i said
"i cashapped you 100" she said getting up and hugging me
"bye" she looked at me to say my name
"kaylani or lani" i told her
"bye lani" everyone but skeeta said
myrah side eyed him
"bye" he said leaving rolling his eyes
