Max's heart wakes him from sleep. It knows, even before he leaves the dream world, that something is wrong in reality.
He begins to activate all his senses one by one.
His nose brings him the only important message, that his Nat is still at his chest. He breathes the sweet fruity scent of his love and tries to calm his heart.
And his hands feel the only important reality. His husband's delicate body is pressed against him and he lets his fingertips send that glad message to his heart.
Nat is there.
He feels the gentle pressure against his skin.
His Nong is there after all, why does his heart ache so?
And so he wants to let his ears listen.
Maybe they can tell from reality why he was called out of sleep by his heart.
And a soft whimper suddenly makes Max open his eyes.
A whimper.
And now he also feels the hot tears on his chest.
"Nat?" his voice finally finds the reason for his awakening.
The sun shines brightly through the large windows of the white villa into their bedroom.
A new day of their love awaits them.
"Nat, what's wrong?" he tries to pull his Nong out from his hiding place on his chest.
Nat shakes his head slightly and digs his face all the deeper into his husband's body.
And Max's big hands reach for his face and guide him to the worried eyes that only want to catch sight of him.
"My sweet Nong! Speak to me!" he kisses his forehead.
Max's heart hurts at the sight of his wet cheeks.
He kisses the tears from the beloved face and now lets his sense of taste reach reality.
"Oh, I don't know either!" pouts Nat's snout.
He looks into his Pi's worried eyes and can't stop his tears.
As soon as the sun rose, Nat's soul could not find peace.
He woke up and snuggled all the closer to his husband.
And he could do nothing about his carousel of thoughts.
The last day on Ko Samui.
Being free for the last time.
On the dream island they came so close to each other.
Their love got to know each other even better.
Overcoming hurdles and crossing borders.
The last day with his Pi Max on the dream island.
Before they have to face reality again.
Pi Max and Nong Nat in a well-planned schedule pretend their brotherhood with hopeful moments.
Staging their love only as fiction.
The last day.
Tomorrow they will already be among all the others.
The ignorant others.
Experiencing P'Aof's fatherly guidance.
Being grateful to the crew for all the work.
Work.
Working tirelessly.
Providing fanservice and making fans' hearts soar with their play.
The sexy dino and the shy baby.
And exhaustion accompanies them home.
And makes them disappear into their own realities.
The idea of being separated from Max hurts Nat so much.
He with his parents and Max in his apartment.
They can't live their love freely.
There will be nights without Max.
And the sadness didn't let Nat bear the lump in his throat anymore.
And so he decided to allow his silent tears to be free.
When a dream journey comes to an end.
"Nat, please tell me what makes you so sad!", Max caresses his face.
"I just don't want to go back to reality!" whispers Nat, and can only see Max in a blur.
Big tears roll down.
Obstructing the view.
"Reality?" asks Max in amazement.
"I'm just sad that today is our last day on Ko Samui!", Nat tries to calm down.
Max frowns and hugs Nat to his chest again.
"Nat, the main thing is we're together! We're leaving together again. As long as we have each other, parting isn't so bad. I promise you we'll be back. We'll enjoy many more wonderful trips together!", Max tries to comfort him.
But Nat sobs louder.
"But we can't really be together. Everything is pre-planned for us. We can't make our own plans.
Always have to keep a low profile. Can't be free!" his sad body quivers at Max.
Max feels his heart cry out in pain.
His Nong is so sad and he can't take away its heaviness.
"Nat!", he tries again, "We have each other, whatever is planned! We love each other and we will overcome everything together!", he encourages him, "Today is the last day on Ko Samui. This day is dedicated to mindfulness. The temple will show us the way. Let the spirits of the other world give us inner peace and confidence!", he kisses Nat's head.
Nat kisses his husband's chest and lets his love cradle him.
"I am here! I won't be anywhere else. No matter what reality. I'll always be by your side!", Max ruffles his hair.
And he feels his Nong's breathing gently calm down.
He's right, after all.
The last day on Ko Samui.
They will enjoy the day together and tomorrow already have to put up a facade in front of the camera again.
And Max feels how everything in him carries the hope to get the strength to strike new paths during the temple visit.
Their free love should find ways.
In reality.
For this they must be mindful today.
We humans carry the solutions within us.
And the stay in a temple opens all the ways within us.
"Do you think we can leave the bedroom again?" asks Nat and his enchanting giggle settles like balm over Max's heart, "Do you think Net and James are responsive again?" laughs his Nong.
And Max laughs heartily.
"I'm going to hope so. Let's go take a shower and start the day!" he replies and they go about their day.
In a harmonious silence.
Shower, get dressed.
Down the stairs.
No sign of their friends.
They hug each other and prepare breakfast.
Set the table.
Colorful fruits of life on white heaven.
And silent atmosphere.
Unspoken melancholy.
And again an embrace of love.
And Nat forbids his tears the free way.
He avoids his husband's gaze and presses his face tightly into his body.
And Max's hands still seem to know what it's like inside him.
Loving hands that caress and squeeze his Nong.
A big man fighting his own sadness.
As if the sadness of his Nong flows through his veins.
And showing him the reality that awaits.
"Good morning!" growls Net's voice.
And Maxnat see the cougar walking with difficulty.
"Have you hurt yourself? Why are you limping like that?", Max asks in amazement, seeing how he holds his hips while walking.
"Good morning!" follows the next limp.
James enters the kitchen and limps over to his cougar.
"That looks delicious! Thank you!" he takes Net's hand and leads him to the table.
"You guys look so demolished!" laughs Max as they sit down at the table.
They both grumble to themselves but make no reply.
"How's your foot, James?" asks Nong Nat.
"Better!" he gives as a short answer and sees the hand of his cougar, holding a piece of pineapple in front of his raspberry lips.
James smiles warmly, turns to his beloved, kisses him on the cheek and grabs the sweet piece of bliss.
Max and Nat look at each other and giggle.
"Did you guys have a good day yesterday?" grins Max, watching Net blush.
"Pi Max, please don't tease us!" the cougar asks politely, "We had a very nice day."
"An unforgettable day!" adds James, blushing now too.
And the youngest at the table wants to take away their embarrassment.
"We had a memorable day, too. You guys were missing. The elephants had fun with us!", Nat laughs and grins at his Max, "Especially with Max they had fun!"
NetJames laugh and want to know more.
And so the four friends manage to enjoy their last breakfast in the white villa on the dream island with light hearts and amused stories.
When love presents its diversity.
Max and Nat allow themselves to block out reality a little longer. Their love is taking deeper and deeper roots and they are still creating the breeding ground.
Net and James still feel the rush of their finally admitted love and the aftershocks of their collided fusion. Their love does not yet know reality and is yet to learn to take deeper root.
And they embark on a journey to mindfulness.
Four beautiful Thais in search of inner peace and insight on their last day on the dream island of Ko Samui.
When reality demands to be seen.
"The last tour takes us to Wat Rache Thammaram temple on the east coast of Ko Samui. This beautiful temple complex by the sea is not so heavily visited by tourists and invites you to pray and meditate. The red temple with many carvings receives our thoughts and wishes and lets us hear them inwardly," James explains to the camera as they all climb into their jeep.
Max is to drive and is amazed when the cougar sits down next to him in the front.
James had noticed how glum Nong Nat looked when they talked about going back tonight.
P'Aof called just as they were leaving the villa. And as James was telling them all about the itinerary of the return trip, he saw Nong Nat turn away and not even reachable by Max.
So he whispered to his cougar to sit up front so he could talk to his Nong for a bit.
"Do you have something on your mind? Are you going to pray for something special at the temple?", James has the vlog camera swinging around in the jeep.
Nat smiles at the camera and looks out the window.
James holds the camera forward and points it at their Pi Max.
Max puts on his sunglasses and smiles.
"We're happy as can be, Nong James!" he replies confidently, "You can also just seek inner balance and listen inside. Let's spend the last day on Ko Samui mindfully!", he starts the engine and drives off.
"And how about you, Pi Net?" asks James, filming the beautiful cougar.
Net raises an eyebrow and smiles.
"All I want is a date with Nong James!" he grins cheekily at the camera, "Maybe my prayers will be answered," he knows exactly how the fans will react.
And where there is usually an annoyed moan by James in the video, this time a wild giggle arises.
Net is delighted by the sweet giggle of his James.
"Do you hear that?" he asks the camera, "He giggles so cute!" he whispers to the fans, "Soon I'll have him ready!" he looks cool to the camera.
And Jaime's laughter makes the camera bounce along.
"You guys will be back when we get there. Now I've got to get the idea out of Pi Net's head that we're going to date. P'Aof would never allow that!", James laughs and finishes the shot.
And the name of their so appointed father echoes in the jeep.
"What do you think P'Aof would say about that?", Nat is dying to know.
And it is Max who wants to answer his Nong.
"P'Aof can't have an opinion there as a private person. I think he knows very well that his boys could fall in love with each other. After all, he wants to convey that very magic to the world!" his deep voice rang out with a wistful tone, "But he's also subordinate to the system. If it becomes official that we actually love each other, it will mean a breach of contract and a lot of trouble for P'Aof!"
And Nat's deep sigh makes the atmosphere seem even more wistful.
"But P'Aof is wise and a hero! If anyone can get this wrapped up well, it's him. We can trust him!" retorts the brave cougar.
"Forget it!" it shoots out of James, "This is too dangerous. We need to lay low and just be content!" he puts his hands on Net's shoulders from behind.
And the silence in the car makes them all follow their own thoughts.
James suspects what's bothering little Nong at his side.
"You'll see Max every day, right? You're always so sweet to each other in front of the camera," he tries to get Nat to agree, "I always have to be standoffish. That's going to be hard for me!" he declares, seeing Nat's eyes on him.
And he sees the secret tears in his eyes.
"Reality would only be so much nicer if we didn't have to model fiction!" he replies to James.
And looks out the window again.
And the cougar wants to surprise everyone with his humility.
"I am so grateful for the reality that has finally opened up to me. James' heart is now mine. And if I have to keep this a secret forever, I'm the luckiest man on earth," Net turns backwards and gives his handsome man a smile.
And James can't resist, leaning over and kissing his man's warm lips.
And Max's heart laughs out as he hears his Nong giggling wildly.
James nibbles on Net's lips.
He just can't help himself.
To the delighted delight of his seatmate.
"That's enough!" his cougar purrs, "You've got to hold your resistance!"
James leans back.
"See!" he begins to persuade his friends, "You just have to know when to enjoy reality to the fullest! I'm certainly not going to be dismissive when the camera isn't rolling!"
"But it would be nice if we weren't there as embarrassed bystanders during your reality!" laughs Max, making everyone laugh.
"Besides, a chip's relationship can change over time, too. You don't have to stay the dismissive James!", Max explains, "The fans saw my obvious change too, didn't they? Nong Nat has captured me and now holds me in his little hands!", Max sound floats in the car.
A wing beat of happiness finally blows away the heavy thoughts.
"I think we could use a little drama in our relationship!" the big Net gets in on the act, "I could get away from you. Maybe a side chick. Or maybe I'll just give up and stop paying so much attention to you. Maybe then you'll realize you feel more for me," the cougar suggests with satisfaction.
James raspberry lips pout.
"And the fans can then see the ground being pulled out from under James. His Pi Net no longer adores him! That sounds like a good plan!", Max confirms the idea.
"And a twist lets you take him back!", now little Nat is happy, "Uhhh, that sounds like loud fan screams and lots of attention!", Nat nods to James.
And James looks out the window.
So many feelings and thoughts are circling inside him.
Somehow he can't bear to lose Net even played again.
But showing their real love in this fictional reality sounds like a lifetime dream.
"You're not saying anything!" he hears his cautious cougar say.
"I think it's really good that we indulge in the moment of mindfulness today. Let's all be taken in by the calm and concentration of the temple. Let's listen to what paths open up for us!", James reaches out to everyone.
And so it will happen.
An inward listening will show the four Thai boyslove performers the way of their not allowed love.
