Hunter's POV
Currently I was standing in front of Emily's house with her in my hands.
I could hear her soft snores.
Awwwwwww only you can
Heart that's it OK.
" emily" I repeated 5 times.
" hmm" she said weakly
" where are your house keys?" I asked her
"In my bag " she said in a sleepish tone
I gently kept her down on the grass . I took her keys from the bag and opened the door. I again picked her up and closed the house door with my leg.
I wondered where are her parents.
She was still sleeping in my arms safely.
Only you can keep her safe huntee .
Ya right. I said sarcastically to myself.
I accidentally touched her head which was hot like a stove .
" oh shit" I said
I went upstairs and found only one room and opened the door with my leg. (Deja vu)
I placed her gently on the bed .
Oh god it was a Pokémon room. Walls of pokemon , bed sheet of pokemon and even her night suit which was kept on the table was of pokemon.
She was definitely a pokemon fan.
"Did you like my collection" Emily suddenly asked .
" yes" I smiled at her.
" where is the first aid box?" I said.
" in that drawer" she said mentioning towards the other part of the room.
I quickly got a bowl of cold freezing water and a cloth and gave her a blanket .
I quickly gave her the medicine for fever from the first aid kit.
I dipped the cloth in the bowl and put it on her forehead.
Then a question came in my mind.
" how did you get fever?" I asked her
Her eyes fluttered open .
" you know actually I am allergic to alcohol and when I was 5 years old I had cough and cold so my grand mom gave me some brandy and after that I was like a hobo who had fever for 10 days and I didn't even take bath. You know 'side effects' . That's why I didn't want to have vodka" she explained
"Oh " I said
It is all my fault .
" sorry" I said
" no no please . You took so much care of me. Brought me back home and even saved me from max the devil, thank you so much " she said weakly
I smiled at her.
We were having a staring competition and there was an aukward silence .
Awkward silence always happens between two people who love each other to death
Sure as hell heart. (Note the sarcasm)
" I think you should sleep now" I told her.
I got up from the stool on which I was sitting.
When Emily held my hand from behind.
" please go after sometime" she said sadly.
I looked at my watch 11:30 .
" I guess I can stay" I said and sat on the stool again.
