Yeri woke up alone. She looked around for Jeongwoo, trying to find him but she couldn't.
She inhaled the scent of the jacket that Jeongwoo had left for her. She fell asleep instantly without any thought for she felt safe with his scent.
Meanwhile, it poured endlessly all night. The sun was now rising and the sky was a shade of a dark purple.
The clouds seemed to be the darkest shade of gray.
Yeri's eyes flew open the second she heard beeping noises from the door. She panicked as she clutched Jeongwoo's jacket closer.
"Jeongwoo?" She said lightly, hoping that it was her boyfriend who had shown up.
"Yeri." He heard Jeongwoo's familiar voice as she ran out to feel the warmth of his hugs.
She stood dead. "J-Jeongwoo...why a-are you c-covered in b-b-blood?" She asked, shivering.
Jeongwoo, who's shirt and hands had been covered in blood stood in front of her by the door. He was wet, dissolving the color of blood to a watery red which was apparent on his white tshirt.
Jeongwoo's face was a pale shade as the water from his soaking clothes dripped onto the carpet of Yeri's house. With another huge strike of thunder, Jeongwoo said calmly,
"I killed him."
