Netflix just announces the Asian Adaptation of the British Black-Comedy Drama
The End of the F***ing World and the lead actors are none other than Korea and Japan's top actors Genji Haru and Rui Engel.

The Asian Adaptation will have minor changes in the plot and will be directed by 2 female directors, Korean director Bora Kim ( Director of 'House of hummingbird' which received multiple awards and praise from film critics ) and Japanese Director Mika Ninagawa ( Photographer and Director of visual pleasing japanese films like Helter skelter , diner and more ) this

Based on the British Netflix series with the same name 'The End of the F...ing World' The Asian Adaptation sees two 17-year-old wealthy outsiders from a boarding school, Hisa and Rory, Rory Kinari an upcoming teen actress and the embodiment of existential angst and Hisa Hiroshi a two faced physchopath who decides to graduate from killing animals to something bigger, laid his eyes upon Rory, as the two escapes their boarding school and embarks on a journey to find rory's estranged father who has sent her weird and alarming letters the two got caught with a trail of violence that grows increasingly more ominous as their quest to find Rory's estranged father progresses.

The Female directors said that the Adaptation would mainly focus on how "Existential Crisis affects teenagers" and Visually Pleasing aspects, The Directors also said that they already saw how Genji and Engel will adapt to their new roles.

Genji and Engel was also seen interacting on Twitter and saw walking together in Tokyo.

Netflix announced that the Asian Adaptation of the series would be released in June of 2024.

The full cast and episodes titles hasn't been released by Netflix.
