Nayvee rolled out of her bed, not wanting to get up. She absolutely hated mornings and wished that she could stay in bed all day long. If it was her choice, she'd probably live in her bedroom.
But sadly she has to get up to "start her day" and she's not happy.
Nayvee immediately went into the bathroom and did he daily routine. After that she wrapped her light yellow towel around her damp body and made her way to her walk in closet, finally picking out the clothes that she wanted to wear for the day.
After Nayvee put on her light blue romper, she got her brush and put her ginger hair into a cute messy bun because, in all honesty she didn't want anything to do with styling her hair today.
As Nayvee was walking into the kitchen, she got a text message from her older sister Tabitha asking if she'd like to go to a concert that Saturday. Nayvee wasn't that kind of girl to go to things such as concerts but she thought, why not?
Nayvee texted her sister back letting her know that she'd definitely love to go with her. She put her phone down, grabbed the cereal box and poured herself some frosted flakes.
After breakfast, Nayvee sat on the couch putting on Netflix and watched her favorite show. Nayvee was so into the show that she didn't even here her sister come in.
"Guess who" Tabitha asked putting her hands over her sisters eyes.
"Um, let me guess my annoying older sister Tabitha" Nayvee said sarcastically. Tabitha made her way in front of Nayvee to sit down next to her, lightly smiling.
"I honestly can't wait to go to this concert with you Nay!" Tabitha said lightly squealing in excitement. Nayvee just shrugged her shoulders not really that interested about the concert.
Tabitha looked at her sister in confusion, not understanding why she was acting irritated.
'Do you not want to go to the concert Nay? You don't have to go if you don't want to"
"No, it's just, I'm still trying to get over my horrible breakup and it just sucks. I just want all of this shit to be over" Nayvee said putting her hands on her head and lightly turning to look at her sister.
"I know Nay, it's hard but hey, at least you have mwah" Tabitha said lightly pinching her sisters cheeks.
Nayvee lightly giggled at her sisters actions. Tabitha was right though, at least she has her and that's the best gift Nayvee has ever gotten.
