it's been ages since holly and kacey took me to the hospital. the doctors have done my bloods and CT scans but the results haven't come yet
im in this hospital room waiting for the doctor to come in and tell me that everything fine and I can go home
I hate leaving the house. the less I go out, the less I come back without dom
I've read his note a thousand times over and over again and it's making me go crazy
holly and kacey went to the hospital cafeteria
for some food, they asked me if I wanted anything but I said no
I'm not in the mood to stuff my face in shit dying food I haven't got Time for this.
the sooner I'm out the sooner I can find Dominic
the sound of the door opening catches my attention "miss.D'Angelo?" The doctor says looking terrified of me
"That's me" I say "so your bloods have come back clean but there's one tiny little thing..." he says
"yes?"
"your pregnant, and the reason why your so poorly is because you have barley eaten or drunk anything it's bad for the baby, we are putting a drip on for you to make you gather your strength before you go home" he says
"miss?"
darkness...
darkness is all I saw

I open my eyes slowly to see my dad and all my brothers sat down looking worried
I shakily reach out for the bottle of water infront of me until it got stopped by a stronger pare of hands "Here let me" Nate says getting the bottle and opening it for me
he gave me it and I downed it, god I don't know I was that thirsty
"how you feeling?" my dad asks worried
"I'm fin-" "your always fine Emma! you died! and came back to life and all you got to say is that your fine?!" ace says shouting at me
"I died..?" I whisper under my breath is shock
"yes Emma you died" Nathan says looking into my eyes like it's the last time
I then remembered what the doctor told me
Speaking of the doctor he walks in the room and looks at me "we need to talk" he says
"guys wait outside" I say to everyone and they all looked at me shocked "what?! n-"
"do not make me repeat myself" I warn and they all walk out but my father stopped
"we will be waiting outside"
"okay well that was unexpected" the doctor says rubbing the back of his neck
"what happened" I ask
"I told you, you was pregnant and you had a heart attack, luckily we got you back without harming the baby. that baby is a fighter" he says
yeah I bet it is have you seen it's parents?
"your drip is in, we are going to keep you over night and see how you go. If hood you can leave Tomorrow"
"if bad?"
"well I guess we will just have to see if it happens" he says and I nod
"are you positive I'm pregnant?" I ask shaking
"The blood tests are 99% accurate, your only about 2 weeks on tho" he says
"okay thankyou"
he walks out and everyone comes back in "so what did he say" my dad asked "I had a heart attack" I say casually cause that's the least of my problems right now
all there faces look shocked "Oh my god" Nathan says shocked
"hey it's okay the doctor said im fine and that I have to stay in overnight just for double check and I'll be out tomorrow" I say and they seem to calm down a bit
"I'll stay in with you" my dad says and I give him a dry smile "it's okay really I got this new book I've been wanting to read, this is my chance to finally relax" I say
"you sure princesa?" "yeah I just need rest"
they all say there goodbyes and was about to go until I open my mouth "wait..." I mutter and they all stop and listen
"I'm pregnant" I say and they all look at me in complete shock
"I-"
"huh"
"what the-"
they didn't know what to say "is it Dominic?" one of them says I don't know which cause I was to busy starting at my hands
I lift my head up and make confused face "what the hell do you mean is it Dominic of course it is" I say pissed off
"when kacey told you all she was pregnant you instantly knew it was Nathan's" I add on and they all look at me
"we're sorry, it's just we never saw you grow up so when you tell us something big get scared your growing up to fast" ace says walking up to me and rubbing my shoulder
"I'm happy your pregnant, your an amazing mother to Ellis you've got this, you have us" Theo says walking up to me and hugging me
"thank you" I say speechless not knowing they would act this okay
"we will sort it all out tomorrow, get some sleep" my dad says kissing my head and they all walk out and closing the door
I have some more of my water and turned on my side and fell asleep

3 months later
12:30am
Its been 3 months since Dominic left, and I'm doing okay
kacey is having a boy
and I killed that guy the American needed dead,
I have a little baby bump where it's not big but not small, you can't tell if I wear baggy tops
Me and Nathan are now 19 with kids on the way
they wasn't joking when they said D'Angelos know how to breed
right now I'm wearing a grey large nike top with a pair of black shorts, grey socks and black trainers
I'm on my way to the basement.
my dad found Leah and Anna in Ace's office snooping so there in the basement chained up
I walk in and before I even touch them Anna opens her fake lips
"how's Dominic? he came back yet?" I stabs a knife in her thigh and she screams out
"you know I miss him, him and Anna had an amazing bond" leah says deciding to pipe up
"please he hates both of you" I say knowing that for a fact
"look on my phone you'll see" Leah says and I look at her and then look at the body guard next to me "go get it" I say and he walk out
after two minutes of waiting he comes back in and hands me the phone "password is : 3/8/05"
"Awh my birthday" Anna says smiling
I pull a dirty look at them both and type the password in "now what" I say "Go to photos"
I go to photos and a photo caught my eye of Anna and dom kissing making my heart break. again
I push back my tears and grabbed my other knife and cut off Leah's fingers making Anna watch as her daughters screams fill the room
after a little bit I walked out the room with Leah and Anna barley breathing, I got the doctor to sort them out so they can live
we still need to know what they were doing in ace's office but I got distracted about this photo
iv kept Leah's phone and went to me office and rote down the password making sure I don't forget it
you know baby brain and all, I was just staring at the picture on the phone until ace comes bathing in "we need to go to Italy" he says
"why?" I ask and he helps his self to a scotch and sat down "me and your brothers, dad, Cameron and kacey Salvatore, holly, John and Nate are going to Italy for a business trip, they need us all including 'the shadow'" he says and I nod my head not even questioning him
"what about Ellis?" I say not wanting to leave him
"dad, Issac, ella, freya, Alex will be here" he says and I sigh
"when" "pack now leave at 3" he then walks out
I put the little note of the phone password In Anna's phone case so I don't loose it
I put the phone in my pocket and went upstairs to my room to pack
I walk in to my wardrobe and put this on :
you can clearly tell I'm pregnant but at this point I don't care anymore
I got all packed and said goodbye to Ellis, giving his chubby cheeks kisses and he smiles at me
I pass him to Ella and we all said our goodbyes and got in the car, I was driving with kacey and holly and the boys was driving with each other
we got to the airport and got in our private jet
I sat down putting my hand on my belly breathing heavy
"yeah girl I feel you" kacey says Parking her fat ass in the seat next to me, I laugh at her and how big she is
then 'oh miss tiny waist' sits next to us "hey holly" kacey says not happy, think she's also jealous that holly can drink, smoke, and be skinny and not carry a full on baby
it's not like I have any partner to help me kaceys got Nathan to help her I have no one, don't get me wrong my brothers would always love to help me but I just feel like a burden
I sigh all my thoughts away and pulled out a book and started reading it
6:02pm
we landed and I felt a little plain sick but I was ok
I got of the plain and got into the car and we all went to a hotel
we all get there and walk in and everyone's heads turn to us, we all check in and we get our keys
I scan the room one more time before leaving but eye eyes randomly stop as a familiar pear of green eyes looking at me
Dominic?
ace then grabs my arm to get my attention making me look at him "did you hear what I said?" He asks and I slowly nod my head no
"come on" he says and I walk next to him to the elevator and we go on the 3rd floor my door name was 3.16 and ace's was 3.20 so now that far away from me
we walk down and I say goodbye to him and open my door walking in to a beautiful room what's looking over a beautiful ocean
a sudden knock is on my door and I open it to see two men with my bags in there hands, I open the door wider and they walk in and placed them down I thank them and they leave
I close my door and jump on the sofa, fuck did I actually see Dominic? no I couldn't of. I probably just imaged it
I take my jumper off as I'm sweating my tits off
oh speaking of tits mine have grown quite a bit
this baby has made my boobs grown
I put my hand on my belly and close my eyes
"your pregnant..?" I heard a man mutter under his breath in shock making me jump up and aim my gun at his head
"Dominic..?" I whisper looking at him holding back tears "your pregnant" he says staining the obvious "really? didn't notice" I say putting my gun back in my gun holder
"em." "it's Emma, only people I know call me em. I don't know you, anymore" I spat remembering he kissed Anna
"that's my baby, and you kept it from me?!" He says getting pissed off. Making me laugh right at him
"How?! how could I of possibly of told you. you left" I say looking at him "I'm so sorry I had-"
"no choice?" I said finishing his sentence
"You had choices Dominic. you just chose to leave" I say "get out"
"no, we need to talk" he says walking towards me
"I swear to god Dominic get the fuck out before I shoot you" I spat
"if you shooting me means I get at least 5 minutes to explain then shoot me" he says putting his hands up
"you have five minutes. no later" I say curious what he is going to say
"Anna and Leah are moles, Anna is Darren's daughter. they are trying to lead the Russian mafia again. they threatened me saying if I didn't leave for a bit they would tell you I was cheating on you and when I laughed at them and asked for proof Anna kissed me and leah took a photo but I pushed Anna strait off I swear" he says
"your fine minutes are over, leave" I say trying to process what he's told me
he was about to say something until I say "Dominic I'm not fucking joking, leave"
he walks out and closes the door making me lock it after him, I pull out Leah's phone and type in her password looking at the picture again
scanning every little detail, I look on the top right side of the screen and say in yellow letters 'LIVE PHOTOS'
I hold down the screen and see Anna kiss Dominic and him pushing her off him strait away
he was telling me the truth..
I quickly get up and unlock my door and ran out looking down the halls seeing if I can see Dominic but the hallways were empty.
