Titans run over to the Castle Ruins as one Titan pushes down another. The Titan then pulls out the other Titan's ear as it looks like it was trying to laugh.
[Nanaba]: Stand back, rookies. Leave it to us..-Nanaba says, seething her blades- It's time to show off our ODM gear..
[Y/n]: Wait! I can help, transforming into titan!, so that we can kill the titans more easily..-She tells her as she runs to Nanaba who shakes her head-
[Nanaba]: Not! You stay here!..-She then looks ahead of herself and announces to Geger, and the two other soldiers- Let's go!..

[Y/n]: Looks like someone was here recently..-She says, looking around inside the tower-
[Girl]: That's odd for a place this near the wall. Some bandits probably used it as a base. It said "Ruins of Utgard Castle" on one of the signs. Who would have thought there was a castle around here?..-The girl soldier said as everyone, except for Geger, gather around the fire they made-
Geger walks out from a room, holding booze in his hand.
[Geger]: Hey, check it out. Look what I found...
[Girl]: Gelgar..Is that booze I see?..-The girl furrows her brows-
[Geger]: Yeah..-He nods. He brings the bottle close to his face, squinting his eyes- What the heck does it say?..
[Girl]: You're not gonna drink it now, are you?..
[Geger]: Don't be stupid. Not a time like this..-He tenses up, lowering the bottle down as he scoffs. He then walks near the fire and sits himself down. Nanaba and the boy soldier sit together as the soldier says-
[Soldier]: Convenient... All this contraband to enjoy for ourselves..
[Nanaba]: Now you're making us sound like the bandits..-She chuckles as Geger turns to Reiner and the others, saying-
[Geger]: You rookies should try to get some rest. Titans won't be roaming around this hour, but the rest of us will take turns keeping watch. We'll leave from here four hours before daybreak..-Christa lifts her head up from her knees, blurting out-
[Christa]: Um...What if the wall isn't actually broken after all? The Titans... Where could they be invading from?..-Geger gives her a quick look before walking away-
[Geger]: Finding the answer to that...is our job for tomorrow..-He then starts to walk upstairs as Christa watches him leave. She turns back to the group, saying-
[Christa]: But what if--? Maybe it's not nearly as bad as we thought from the start. I'm just saying, but...
[Soldier]: Yeah... There's barely any Titans around here..-The boy soldier remarked- If the wall was really broken, that is..-Nanaba looks between the two, adding-
[Nanaba]: The only group we've really seen was during the initial sighting...-The group just stares at them until Ymir turns to Connie, questioning-
[Ymir]: Connie? What about your village?..
[Connie]: It was destroyed..-He answered- Crushed to sticks and rubble by Titans..-Ymir and Christa look down-
[Ymir]: I see... How awful...
[Connie]: But nobody there was eaten. I think they all escaped so there's that to be thankful for..-Ymir looks up again, confused-
[Ymir]: Wasn't the village destroyed?..-Connie looks over at her and answers again-
[Connie]: The houses and stuff were wrecked, but the villagers made it out safely. If anyone was eaten, then...there would've been blood and remains. But there wasn't any of that, so it's the only explanation. Still... I can't stop thinking about it...There was that Titan at my house. It couldn't move on its own, but it was lying right on top of my house. But it's weird...I don't know why, but it reminded me of my mother...What does that--?..
[Reiner]: Connie... You're still saying that? You--
[Ymir]: What an idiot!..-(Y/n) and the others turned to Ymir, who was laughing- You think your mother might have been that Titan ?! Then how come you're so damn short, huh? Come on, Connie! I knew you were pretty stupid, but this is taking it to another level!..-She continues to laugh, making Connie get annoyed as he holds her head from her-
[Connie]: Would you just shut up? This is absurd..-Ymir stops her laughter and leans her head on her left shoulder-
[Ymir]: If this theory of yours is correct, that means your father had to be a Titan, too. Otherwise, you know...They couldn't do it--
[Connie]: Shut up! Go to sleep, you wench!..

Later on, when everyone was asleep, Ymir was going through a crate as she holds a torch. The door opens and Ymir shoots her head over to it, who turned out to be Reiner.
[Reiner]: Ymir? What are you doing?..-He questioned. Ymir stopped and gave him a smirk-
[Ymir]: Prowling at night, Reiner? Come to see me? I'm shocked. I was under the impression that you had no interest in women..-Reiner rolls his eyes-
[Reiner]: Yeah. And it doesn't seem like you have interest in guys, either...-Ymir scoffs and goes back digging in the crate-
[Ymir]: I thought I'd use this time to scavenge for something that might fill my stomach. This'll probably end up being my last meal..-Reiner takes a step forward from the door, clearing his throat-
[Reiner]: About Connie's village...Were you joking around on purpose? I'd appreciate if you did more of that. So that he doesn't keep worrying about his family..
[Ymir]: What are you talking about?..-She questioned, not leaving her eyes from the crate. She then felt something and pulled it out to reveal a small can- This might do the trick. Not that I like herring, but--
[Reiner]: Is there any more?..-Reiner asks, walking over to Ymir- Could I see it?..
She squints her eyes at the can for a moment before turning her head and handing it to him.
[Ymir]: Go for it..-Reiner grabs it, inspecting the can-
[Reiner]: Canned food, huh?..-As he looks at it, he gasps- What... are these letters? I can't read any of it. This says herring on it? You... are... able to read this language?..-Reiner lowers the can down and peers over at Ymir- Ymir...You're..
She looks over at him as a single strain of hair falls on her face. The girl soldier runs down from the stairs and screams to everyone.
[Girl]: Everyone, wake up!..-She screams, making everyone start to move and look up as she continues to announce- Get to the tower! Quickly!..
Like so, everyone rushes to the very top of the tower, where they see Titans slowly walking over to the ruins. Geger's breath hitches, muttering.
[Geger]: Gotta be fricking kidding me. I'd be drinking right now if it wasn't for you! This is all your fault!..-Nanaba rushes over to the three soldiers and orders-
[Nanaba]: Let's go!..
A Titan goes to grab Geger, who growls at it.
[Geger]: Get your damn hands away from me!..-He slices off all its fingers as Nanaba goes in and kills the Titan for him. The Titan falls on three 2-meter-class Titans as they get crushed. Geger and Nanaba fly themselves on the tower as they look down at the fallen Titan- Look at that. Those little ones got crushed by the fatty..-Geger smirked- Dumb-asses..
[Nanaba]: That was way too reckless!..Couldn't you have avoided that without wasting your blades?..
[Geger]: That's just how I do things. You better chalk that one up as an assist..-He just scoffs. Nanaba rolls her eyes-
[Nanaba]: How heroic of you..-She looks down to see one of the 2-meter-class Titans trying to crawl out of the 10-meter-class Titan- I'll think about it..-She finishes-
As the Titan continues to crawl its way to the wooden door, the girl soldier lands on top of its head and slices the nape off. She looks at the door and slightly gasps, to see that it was already been broken down.
[Girl]: I'm too late...-She then flies herself over to Nanaba and Geger, announcing- The door is bashed in!..-Luego sube hacia la cima de la torre, donde estaban todos- The Titans broke through. Go back down and form some sort of barricade. If you can't block them, retreat back up here as a last resort. But that doesn't mean we'll be able to help you though..-She looks behind her to see more and more Titans approaching- I'm not sure if we'll still be alive if it comes to that. We've all gotta do what we're trained to do. Give it all we've got 'till we die! Understand?..
[...]: Got it!..-They all nod. And off they went downstairs-
[Y/n]: Wait..-She stopped the soldier girl, making her turn towards her- Please, I can help kill the titans..
[Girl]: No, you help others..-She orders her before flying away, leaving her alone-
(Y/n) sighs as she looks at her hand, looks ahead, where the Titans were coming without stopping. Inside the castle, Reiner grabs a torch and continues going down the steps, telling his friends.
[Reiner]: I'll go see how far they've come through! You guys grab boards or rods or whatever! Bring everything you can carry!..-He then speeds himself forward as Christa calls in worry-
[Christa]: Reiner!..-Bertolt pushes through Christa, yelling-
[Bertolt]: Hey! Wait up, Reiner! Hold on!..-Connie furrowed his eyebrows-
[Connie]: Who does he think he is, always taking the most dangerous job? Come on, man!..
[Bertolt]: Yeah, that's a bad habit of his..-Bertolt shouts as Reiner opens a door to reveal more stairs-
He studies the room to see it empty as he begins to walk down.
[Reiner]: They're still below..-He looks at the door to see it was still locked from before- Well, it's still locked...But it's not like this wooden door will keep them out for long..
As he finally reaches the door, he lifts up the wood that was blocking it and slowly open the door, holding out his torch. There stood a Titan staring at him with its pearly teeth showing. It's mouth begins to open, which finally makes Reiner slam the door shut and lock it. The Titan begins to bang against the wood as Reiner drops the torch on the ground and tries to hold the door from breaking.
[Reiner]: They're here!..Bring something quick!..-The Titans hand breaks through the door beside Reiner's head, making Reiner's mouth drop- Is this it? Will this be it? Is this the end?..-As the Titan's hand goes to grab Reiner, a memory suddenly flashes in his eyes-
It was a memory where a Titan was about to grab him. A friend of his pushes him aside and gets grabbed instead. Reiner and Bertolt watch their friend get eaten. His memory ends as clenches his teeth together.
[Reiner]: No. It can't be. I won't let it happen!..-He moves just on time before the Titan could even grab him. The door breaks even more as he sits on the ground and stares at the Titan. He stands up, determined- I'm definitely going home!..
[Bertolt]: Reiner!..
Reiner turns to see Bertolt plunging a pitchfork into the Titan's eyes as Reiner goes to help him. The two push it deeper in the eyes as Bertolt asks his friend in worry.
[Bertolt]: Reiner! Are you ok?!..
[Reiner]: Yeah! Bertolt, we're gonna survive and go home. We're going back to our hometown for sure...-Bertolt widens his eyes a bit before nodding-
[Bertolt]: Right... Right! We're going home!..
At the top of the stairs, Ymir, Christa, and Connie have placed a cannon near the steps as Ymir yells.
[Ymir]: Reiner! Bertolt!..-They stop what they were doing and look up, making Reiner mutter-
[Reiner]: Hey, that's...Have powder? A cannonball?..
[Ymir]: Hell no! You'll just have to take the whole thing!..-Ymir screams- Out of the way!..
The three push and kick the cannon as it wheels down the stairs. The two move away as the cannon breaks through the door and hits the Titan. Dust fills the area as each of them wait in anticipation. Ymir starts to walk down the stairs, stating.
[Ymir]: Looks like that worked out, miraculously...
[Reiner]: Yeah...It's not getting up from that. Not one of that size...-Remarked Reiner as Connie sighs, holding up a knife he found while searching-
[Connie]: What now? All we have is this knife. Should I cut off its nape?..-Reiner wipes the remaining dust on his face and turns to Connie-
[Reiner]: Don't even try. You'll get hurt if it grabs you..-Christa speaks up, fumbling with her words a bit-
[Christa]: F-For now let's retreat back upstairs. There could be more than just one that got inside...-As she was about to walk upstairs, she noticed another Titan walking in, close to Connie as he was unaware. Finally, he turns to the sound of the Titan's feet crushing against the wood-
(Y/n) runs to where everyone was but she gasped when she saw the Titan approaching Connie
[Y/N]: Connie!...
It goes and opens its mouth, about to take a bite out of him, but Reiner steps in and pushes both the Titan's face and Connie away from each other. The Titan turns back around and bites down on Reiner's arm as he inhales sharply at the pain. Christa starts to run back down, screaming once more.
[Christa]: Reiner!..-She was stopped when Ymir quickly puts her arm out from moving any further-
Bertolt and Connie gasp loudly as the Titan bites down on his arm even more. Reiner inhales once more before carrying the Titan. He takes long steps as his friends watch in awe.
[Y/n]: Uh, Reiner..-She murmurs, looking at him with concern- Don't tell me..You're gonna jump out the window with it?!..
[Reiner]: I've got no other choice!..-Reiner screeched, approaching the window. Just as he was about to jump, Connie rushed over to him-
[Connie]: Wait!..-He used the knife and stabbed the Titan's cheek, stating- If I can slice open its jaw...-And as he does that, Reiner's arm was released from the Titan's mouth. The two-step away and watch as the Titan had turned to them-
(Y/n) quickly runs towards them and pushes the Titan with a kick, and she saw him fall to the ground but she gasped when she realized that she was going to fall too. She closed her eyes, waiting for her to fall but felt a grip on her arm, she looked up and saw Reiner, holding her hand.
[Y/n]: Reiner, thanks...-She smiled at him, while Reiner helped her up through the window-
[Reiner]: No problem..
Short minutes later, Ymir and Connie placed heavy, tall, sticks against the wooden door from upstairs.
[Connie]: What will we do if another comes through?..-Connie questions, backing away from the heavy stick he placed- We won't be lucky enough to kill a second one..
[Bertolt]: Yeah, I'm with you there..-He looks to his right to see Christa looking at Reiner's wound. Christa grabs a bottle, opens it, and pours it on Reiner as he flinches in pain-
[Christa]: Sorry... I'm sorry...-She quickly apologized, putting the bottle down- I think it's broken..
[Reiner]: Yeah, just my luck..
[Christa]: We'll need a splint and a bandage..-An idea pops in Christa's head as she goes to stand- I know...-She rips the fabric off her dress, making Reiner's mouth drop. Christa continues to rip the fabric, apologizing again- Sorry..
His mouth closes when Christa sits back down, wrapping the fabric around his arm like a cast.
[Christa]: All I've got is this dirty cloth. Sorry..-Reiner looks at her for a brief moment before looking away-
[Reiner]: No, it helps..-He looked away- Gotta marry her...
[Y/n]: Are you alright, Reiner?..-She asks him as she walks towards them, a little steam coming out of her leg due to a scratch from the fall-
[Reiner]: Yeah, I guess..
Watching Christa's actions, a small hint of jealously looms over Ymir as she speaks.
[Ymir]: By the way, Christa. My hand got scraped up a bit, too...-Connie looks over at her and raises a brow-
[Connie]: Huh? Just spit on it or something...-Ymir eyes him as Connie looks back at Reiner- Sorry about that, Reiner. It seems like you're always saving my ass. I've gotta pay you back sometime...-Reiner sighs-
[Reiner]: Not really. It's...It's the normal thing to do. Because we're soldiers..
[Connie]: I'm not sure about that. I doubt I could ever be that brave..Hey, Bertolt. Has Reiner always been like this?..-Bertolt pauses for a moment before saying-
[Bertolt]: No... In the past, Reiner was more of a warrior . Unlike now...
[Reiner]: What's that mean?..-Reiner questioned, furrowing his eyebrows together- What do you mean by warrior?...-Connie and him look at Bertolt until Ymir states-
[Ymir]: For now, let's try to gather anything useful we can find. That way when we die, we can do so without regrets..-Ymir looks out the window and slightly gasps when noticing dead Titans all over the ruins- That's the scouts for you...-She mumbled to herself- They're on a different level from the other soldiers...
Nanaba slices off a Titan's foot tendon as it falls on one knee. Geger comes flying in and slices the nape off as the Titan's falls. Nanaba and Geger fly up towards the tower and lean against the walls.
[Geger]: That's mostly it for the big ones..
[Nanaba]: It's a good thing we have this tower..
[Geger]: Yeah, we might actually survive..
The girl soldier and the boy soldier land next to the two as the girl says.
[Girl]: We'll go check on the recruits..
Nanaba nods. And off they went. Nanaba and Geger look around when hearing a strange noise approaching.
[Geger]: What's that sound?..-Geger questions when suddenly, a huge object gets thrown all the way to the ruins, making the two gasp. When the dusts clear, they notice all their horses lay dead on the ground-
[Girl]: The horses!..-The girl soldier shrieked. The same sound reappeared again as she gasps- Again?!..
[Boy]: What the hell is that sound?!..
A huge rock gets thrown at the tower as Nanaba and Geger look up to see the two soldier's dead corpses.
[Nanaba]: Lynne! Henning!..
Inside the tower, (Y/n) and the others rush up the stairs as Connie exclaims.
[Connie]: What was that?!..
When everyone reached the top of the tower, they saw Geger and Nanaba holding Lynne and Henning.
[Geger]: It's no use..-Cried Geger- They both died instantly..
[Y/n]: This can't be..-She mutters, looking at the bodies of the soldiers. Connie looks outside and gasps, turning pale as he points-
[Connie]: It's him! The one that walked off towards the wall! That Beast Titan did this!..-Connie looks over at the edge to see more Titans pouring in. He turns back to the group, announcing- A group of Titans approaching! More than twice the number from earlier!..
[Genger]: What'd you say?!..-Geger shrieked, sweating furiously-
[Nanaba]: Their timing is too perfect, like it's part of some strategy..-Nanaba mumbled- I get the feeling they've been toying with us from the start..
From a far away distance, the Beast Titan lets out a loud roar. The Titans begin to bang against the tower as the group tries to gain their balance.
[Y/n]: If I could transform, but they can kill me...-She thought, looking at the Titans-
The Beast Titan climbs back down from the wall s the Titans continue to attack. A Titan's hand starts to make its way to Nanaba, who dodges.
[Nanaba]: This is bad! My gas is all but gone!..-She latches herself on a Titan's nape and goes to kill it- Did I get 'em?..-She mumbles, flying away. She did get it, but it falls to its side and causes a tower to crumble down to the Titan. Nanaba lets out heavy breaths until Geger flies and lands next to her-
[Genger]: This tower won't hold much longer..
[Nanaba]: I only have a small amount of gas left. What about you?..
[Genger]: No gas here, and I used up all my blades. Those blunt ones the last you have left?..
[Nanaba]: Yeah...-She nods-
[Genger]: How many did the four of us kill?..-Geger quizzes as Nanaba shrugs-
[Nanaba]: I don't know. I didn't have the luxury to count...-Genger, again, sighs, looking down at the hungry, crowded, Titan-
[Gelgar]: You know what? I think I did a pretty good job myself. But the thing is...I wish I could have a drink before I go..-Nanaba turns to Gelgar with jagged brows-
[Nanaba]: Gelgar...-She gasped when she noticed him spit out blood-
[Gelgar]: Sorry, Nanaba..I must've hit my head...I can't hold...any longer..-And at this, he falls towards the Titans as one grabs him-
[Nanaba]: Gelgar!..-Nanaba screams, coming to his aid. She goes and stabs her blades on the Titans back as it breaks into two. Geger gets released from the Titan's grasp as he was sent back inside the tower by a small hole- Gelgar!..-Nanaba goes to fly to him, but she couldn't. She ran out of gas- Damn it! Is that all I've got?..
She turns her head and gasps in horror as Titans surround her. Inside the tower, Geger coughs as blood dripped down from his forehead. He looks to his right and sees the booze laying still on the ground.
[Gelgar]: Thank God...-He opens the cap and goes to drink it, but nothing comes out. A Titan looks in the whole as small droplets of booze fall on his lips while shivering with fear- H-How cruel...-Tears fall down from his eyes as the Titan goes and grabs him- This just isn't fair. Who the hell drank the rest of this bottle?!..
His head hits against the edge of the wall and he blacks out, dropping the bottle as he meets his doom. The group stare down in horror as Connie falls to his knees.
[Connie]: They got him..-Christa picks up a rock and chucks it at the Titans-
[Ymir]: Quit it, Christa!..-Ymir yelled, holding her arm- The tower's about to crumble! You'll fall!..
[Christa]: But they're dying in our place!..-Christa retorted. The two look over at the edge again to see Nanaba screaming in agony as she gets held by Titans-...Nanaba...
[Nanaba]: Father, stop!..-Nanaba screams as her leg gets bitten off- Father! I'm sorry! I won't do it again!..-A Titan grabs her body and brings her close to its mouth as she lets out her final screams- Father! No!..-Christa and Ymir back away from the edge as Connie screeched-
[Connie]: Damn it all to hell! Hey... Do we gotta wait here now until the tower falls and we get eaten alive? Is there nothing we can do about it?! This sucks...We'll be wiped out without even finishing our mission...-Ymir and Christa look back down at the ledge-
[Christa]: I... want to keep fighting, too..If only I had some sort of weapon, then I could fight and die alongside them...-Ymir shoots her head towards her, asking-
[Ymir]: Christa... You're still saying things like that?..-Christa looks up at her as she continues- Don't you dare use their deaths. They didn't die so you'd have an excuse to get yourself killed...-Christa's ocean eyes widen, shaking her head-
[Christa]: That's not... That's not what I...-Ymir turns her body to her, shouting at her now-
[Ymir]: You're not like Connie and the Scouts! They don't want to die, but you don't even care. All you want to do is die in a way that makes you seem like a hero..
[Christa]: Th-That's not...
[Ymir]: Connie..-Ymir stated as Connie raises a brow and perks up. Ymir walks over to him, demanding- Give me that knife you had..
[Connie]: Huh? My knife?..-Ymir just rolls her eyes-
[Ymir]: Just hand it over...
[Connie]: Fine. Here...-Ymir grabs the handle of the knife and pats his head-
[Ymir]: Thanks..-Connie slaps her arm away and questions-
[Connie]: What do you want it for?..-She looks at the knife for a moment-
[Y/n]: Ymir..-She says as she walks towards her, looking at her confused- What are you planning?..-Ymir only shrugs-
[Ymir]: Who knows? I don't even know myself...-She then takes steps forward to Christa, who mutters her name. She places both her arms on her shoulders- Christa. You've probably forgotten all about it by now...-The tower then shakes as Ymir takes a deep breath- But this might be the end, so...Try to remember... that promise we made training on that snowy mountain. I have no right to tell you how to live your life. So actually, this is nothing more than a hope of mine...I want you... to live a life you're proud of...
Ymir then lets go of her and steps back while Christa widens her eyes. Ymir pokes the edge of the knife before looking at Christa again, giving her a smile small.
[Ymir]: Remember our promise, Christa...-She then starts to run straight to the ledge as Christa screams-
[Christa]: Ymir! Wait!..-Everyone watches her jump off the ledge while Christa tries to grab her- Ymir!..
Ymir slowly falls to the Titans as she uses the knife and slices her hand, blood covered her face when an electric field surrounded her. Christa's mouth drops when she sees that Ymir had transformed into a Titan.
[Y/n]: What the hell...
