“Don’t worry.”
Qiu Tong seemed to know exactly how fragile the hearts of those three children were. She hugged them comfortingly, her tone exceptionally firm.
“No matter what he does, I will never let him take you away from me!”
Qiu Xingyu leaned against Qiu Tong and nodded vigorously. “I don’t want to leave Mommy either.”
The next day, a court summons was sent to Qiu Tong.
Yu Ge had really gone to court to sue Qiu Tong for custody!
Qiu Tong smirked as she gazed coldly at the date and venue of the trial.
Yu Ge was certain that she would not be able to get the original report and wanted to use the fake report to fool the court. Well then, she would play his game!
After sending the three children to kindergarten, Qiu Tong brought the original report to the court on time.
Yu Ge had already arrived with his lawyer.
“Qiu Tong, it’s not too late to regret now.”
Yu Ge narrowed his eyes as he urged Qiu Tong. “It’s just $300,000. Money can be earned anytime.”
Qiu Tong completely ignored him and walked straight to the defendant’s seat and sat quietly.

Yu Ge’s lawyer stood up and looked at Qiu Tong coldly. “Ms. Qiu, do you admit to refusing to let my client have contact with his children?”
“As the children’s biological father, my client has the right to visit the children. Just because of a conflict between adults, you purposely let the children live in an unhealthy family environment. Your way of thinking and emotional state are very dangerous. You are completely unsuitable to continue being the guardian of the three children!”
Qiu Tong smirked. “And Yu Ge isn’t dangerous? He tried to sell the three children and even robbed the eldest child of his money. He likes to gamble. How is he fit to be a father?”
“Since he’s the biological father, may I ask if he has ever spared a single cent on child support?”
Qiu Tong narrowed her eyes and said in a mocking tone, “This ‘good father’ would rather receive $300,000 and wash his hands off his children. He’s only using this custody battle to blackmail me into giving him money! From a legal perspective, this is a scam!”
“You’re slandering me!”
Yu Ge was instantly enraged. He had nothing. At most, he would just lose the lawsuit. So he lied for all he was worth. “You cheated me of all my money. How would I have money to pay for child support?”
“No money?”
Qiu Tong sneered. “If you don’t have money, why did you go to the Imperial Casino?”
Yu Ge was at a loss for words as panic flashed across his eyes.
“You forced me to do that. Qiu Tong, you snatched my children away and made me homeless. I had no choice but to stay in those places!”
Qiu Tong raised an eyebrow and turned to the judge again. “How can such a person ensure the children’s daily living conditions and studies when he doesn’t even have a place to stay or a stable job?”
“Therefore, I request to reject the other party’s request.”
Yu Ge did not expect Qiu Tong to react so quickly and catch on to his shortcomings. He immediately tried to salvage the situation. “I already have a place to live and a job. Since I’m the children’s father, shouldn’t you at least give me one of the three children?”
“Yu Ge, I’ll give you one more chance.”
Qiu Tong narrowed her eyes slowly and said in a strange tone, “If you stop now, there’s still room for reconciliation.”
Yu Ge thought that Qiu Tong was afraid, so he became even more arrogant. “Judge, I can choose not to fight for all three children. Just one will do!”
Seeing his stubbornness, Qiu Tong no longer held back but took out the report she had prepared.

Yu Ge’s legs gave way, and he sat paralyzed on the plaintiff’s seat. His lawyer, on the other hand, did not dare to say a word. Now, he wanted nothing more than to draw a clear line between them.
In the end, Yu Ge suffered the consequences of his own actions and was sentenced to three months in prison.
Qiu Tong watched with satisfaction as Yu Ge was arrested.. Then, she slowly walked home.
