vinnies turn to be clingy

today i was planning on going out with the girls. we planned on going out to this fancy restaurant in L.A.
all i know is the dress code is pretty formal so i had to break out some fancy clothes i had.
i found a nice silk dress in the back of my closet so i thought that should be good enough.
"hey baby" i heard from the bedroom door
"hey vin" i say
he looks at me closely and his eyes drag up and down my body
"wow i- you look absolutely gorgeous in that dress" he gawks
"thank you love" i say walking past giving him a smile
he grabs my hand and spins me around so my head is just about meeting his chest
"where are going that the dress code is that fancy?" he asks
"some place in L.A the girls found" i say kissing his cheek
i make my way to the bathroom, plug in my curling iron and grab my make up. its not a shock to me that i feel hand around my waist and a head in the crook of my neck.
"how can i help you sir?" i ask sound like a receptionist
"could you put a word in with y/n and let her know i'd like cuddles immediatelykf not sooner please?"
"well she has to get ready so maybe another day" i say
vinnie groans and i laugh
"you'll be just fine i promise"
at this point i already did my half my face in make up
i start applying my liquid blush and plop some on vinnies nose because he is just staring at me through the mirror with his hand around me.
"hey what was that for!!" he gasps
i just rub it in and smile, he looks so cute
i curl my eye lashes and put some mascara on, my curling is practically smoking so i had to turn that down a bit.
vinnie backed away when i did my hair for obvious reasons and he would not want to get burnt. he made me hold his hand though i kinda was dragging him with me but he didn't seem to mind.
i quickly put in some hair spray and while the curling iron was unplugged it was still hot and i had an idea.
"hey vin sit on the counter for a second"
he lifts himself up onto the counter and stares at me kinda confused
i just brushed his hair out a bit and went through his hair with the curling iron leaving little ringlet curls in his hair
i brushed through the curls with my hands
he turned his head to look into the mirror and smiled. he already has some curls but it looks so good when i did it.
i wrap the cord around the handle for the curling iron around the handle
i walk into the closet and find some shoes and vinnie still is sitting on the counter in the sink
i spray some perfume and get my rings on
"alright bye vinnie" i say before a walk out the bedroom door
"woahhhhhhhhh where do you think your going" he basically leaps off the counter
"i've told you babe out with the girl" i say walking through the halls
"i'll miss you" he hugs me
"i'll miss you too but i'll only be gone for dinner and bring you home some dessert" i say hugging him back
"i love you!!!" he whines
"i love you baby but i got to go" i slip my shoes on and grab my keys
"let me drive you please i'll feel a lot better " he says trying to take my keys from my hands
"i'll get you when i get there love but i'm 5 minutes late! i will see you later tonight"
i give him a kiss and head out the door
