All cadets and mentor got ready because today is the first drill of Mentorship program that is trust drill which will describe the trust between Mentor and Protégé.
All the member were assembled at the ground.
Bhargav: ye hai mentorship program ki first drill jisse trust drill kehte hai. Is drill ko complete karne ke liye mentor aur protégé ko ek dusre pe bharosa hona chahiye. Jaisa aap sab janye hai bharoasa ek tarfa nhi hota hai isliye protégé ka apne mentor par bharosa kafi nhi hai kyuki koye bhi equation one side nhi ho sakta isliye mentor ko bhi apne protégé par pura bharosa hona chahiye.
Is drill main pulley ek side pe hai 20 kilo ka weight jo apke mentor ke upar ghirega aur rassi ka dusra hissa Suri ji haath main hoga. Turn by turn har Cadet ka mentor is weight ke neeche aayega aur protégé ko rassi ko pakar ke apne mentor par ghir rahe wait ko rokna hai. Agar protégé samay pe rassi nhi pakar pata hai toh mentor ke pass apni jagah chorne ki izazat hoge wo waha se hat sakte hai.
Protégé agar drill pura nhi kar pata hai toh mentor ke pass re counselling ka option rahega aur agar wo protégé ki mentorship chorna chahe toh chor sakte hai. Suri ji cadets ko demonstration dejiye.
A watermelon 🍉 was kept under the weight. Suri ji leave the rope the weight started falling down and it falls on watermelon and it got blasted. By this the cadets got horrified.
Naveen: apni haddee thorwane ka full prove plan kiya hai Mogambo ne.
Abhi: demonstration isse janbhuj ke dekhaya hai kyuki ye jaanta hai cadets ye dekh ke seham jayege.
Rajveer: jo bhi kaho obstacles race se toh achha jo issne hamhe saath kiya tha.

The drill start Yudi runs to the rope to hold it and he got succeeded to hold the rope the weight fall on Abhimanyu.
Suri ji: Miss Shreya Singh aur Cadet Pooja Ghai.
The drill starts and at end Pooja saved Sherry.
Bhargav: mujhe nhi laga tha cadet Ghai aap ye drill pura kar payegi par I am impressed that you completed it.
Sherya: off course Cadet Ghai is capable to do this and she did her best. I take your words as a compliment kyuki mujhe lagta ki hamhe abhi bhi mehnat karne ki jarurat hai.
Bhargav: sahi kaha apne miss Shreya aapko aur Cadet Ghai ko mehnat ki jarurat hi hai kyuki hamesa se fauj ki kamjor kari hamesa se larkiya hi rahi hai.
Shreya: Sir aapko aisa lagta hai ki larkiya fauj ki kamjor kari hai par mere nazariye ne larkiya fouj ki unti hi majboot kari hai jitni larke hai.

Because of Rajveer's relaxed expressions every one was panicked except some.
Naina stands again and starts running. It was late for her to catch the rope so she jumped on Rajveer to save him from the falling weight. They both falls on ground.
They both have small but a intense eye lock and they both stands up and dust up their cloths. They both do a hi-fi for their success.
Bhargav: kuch jaata hi trust nhi hai Rajveer tumhe Cadet Singh pe.
Rajveer: Sir jaisa aapne is drill ke starting main kaha ki trust ek tarfa nhi nhi ho sakta isliye itna trust karna toh banta hai.
Bhargav: tum apni jagah se hat bhi sakte the.

Naveen and Aalekh get to there position. The drill starts and Aalekh reached there. He holds the rope but tight the grip when the weight was about to hit Naveen.
Naveen whispered: abe tu karna kya chahta hai.
Aalekh: apun bas apko darane ka socha tha bhai aur jada kuch nhi.
Naveen: tera mentor urf bhai hu tera dusman nhi jo tu mujhe darana chahta hai. Dubara ye sab kiya toh mogambo ki saza ke liye ready rehna wo bhi akele.
Aalekh: Bhai bachhe ki jaan loge kya ek choto si galti ke liye.
Naveen: teri yahi choto si galti ki wajah se mujhe chot lagti toh.
Aalekh: lagi toh nhi na.
Naveen: main bhi soch raha tha ki bhuke Hyenas ke saamne tujhe dinner banake bhej du tujhe.
Aalekh: Bhai aisi galti dubara nhi hogi I promise. Waise ye Hyenas koun hai.
Naveen: pata chal jayega tujhe.
Bhargav: Naveen tumara protégé toh daring lagta hai.

Naveen in mind: mera shak sahi nikla ye yaha puri planning ke saath aaya hai. Agar teri plan ki dajiya na ura di toh ham tere so called cadets nhi.

Rajveer: ye ham isliye keh sakte hai kyuki drill main aap sab nazar kahi aur ho sakti hai par hamari nhi. Aur hamari nazar pure time Nair ya Mogambo pe hi thi.
Pooja: Sir aap log hanset Mogambo ke target main kaise aagya.

At Assembly Hall
All of them leave the room and get assembled in the assembly hall.
After a while Brigadier came there with Major Bhargav and Major Nair.
Brigadier: aap sab jaisa jante hai ki abhi KMA main inspection chal raha hai uske saath mentorship program bhi chal raha hai aur aaj hi apki pehle physical drill thi mentorship program ki. Aur issi tarah kal ek obstacles race hogi with fixed timing.
Gunny: ye bhi koye reason hai kya announcement ka.
Naveen: hamhe pata hai achhe se ki kal ye hamse badla lena chahta hai.
Rajveer: hamare saath jo karna hai kare par mujhe is announcement ki kya jarurat hai.
Gunny: ye ailan ae jang kar raha hai.
Naveen: is announcement ka ek hi mtlb hai ki agar kal kuch ho drill main toh iska iljam ispe na aaye isliye ye announcement karayi isne.
Rajveer: kal ke liye hamhe abhi se hi ready rehna chahiye pata nhi kal kounsa naya boom blast karega ye drill main. Ye announcement bas hamhe warning dene ke liye karwayi hai BC se.
Brigadier: is announcement ki dusri wajah ye hai ki main 1 month ke liye official kaam se KMA se bahar ja raha hu. Isliye maine decide kiya hai ki 1 month ke liye main KMA ke principal ke ki jimedari kisi ko dege jauga kyuki main nhi chahta ki meri gair mujudgi main KMA suffer kare. Isliye main (Major Nair was about to come infront because he thought that BC will give the principal power to him) ek month ke liye KMA ke principal Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat hoge.
Brigadier's last line was a shock 😲 for the whole KMA.
All Captains were starting BC with open mouth and after hearing all this, Rajveer was about to fall unconscious on ground.
Brigadier: ek mahine ke liye principal cabin will be under Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat control because he will perform all his work from there.
This statement of BC again came as a shock for Captains and Rajveer was about to fall down but Aalekh held him who was standing just after Rajveer.
