Surviving

Romi

Romi twitches even more now. I pick her up bridal style and start running. Romi jumps out.
"I'm fine." She giggles out.
Lauren points north.
"That way!" I nod.
Romi giggles again and falls to the ground. I stand up.
"Guys, I see a prison!" I shout, not even caring about the walkers.
Romi laughs again.
"Chan..get over here and deal with her." I say, annoyed.
Lauren catches up with me. I didn't realize how fast I was walking.
"Be careful when we get closer to the prison. There might already be a 'clan' there." She says, worry in her voice.
I look at her.
"Do you think they'll let us in?" I question, keeping a moderate pace as I walk to the gates.
