After checking in with General Blade we learn of my "sisters" location. With her location that means we know where the amulet is now too.
"The Kuatan Jungle?" Cassie questions as Jackqui and I stand next to her while Jin, Takeda, and Kai all come from the large set of stairs that lead somewhere....
"With at least two divisions of Tarkatans. They're on the move constantly to avoid detection" Sonya tells us from over a phone.
"That's not far. Maybe two-hundred kilometers" Jacqui tells us
"You know what to do" Sonya says
"Yes ma'am" Cassie replied
"Good luck, Blade out" Sonya says signing out.
"You have new information? From Earthrealm?" Kotal questions as him and D'vorah come from behind us walking to a table.
"Kano talked. Gave us the details on Mileen's location. She has the amulet, but she's got a lot of protection" Cassie tells Kotal as we meet him across the table.
"We will strike immediately" Kotal tells us
"Perhaps a two pronged approach. The army will engage Mileena.... district her....... while This One retrieves the amulet" D'vorah tells Kotal.
"Not alone. This One's coming with" Cassie tells the big bug
"Stealth is of the national essence..." D'vorah tells Cassie
"Did you not hear me?" Cassie questions
"You may assist in the main strike-" D'vorah said before getting cut off
"D'vorah. We will grant their request" Kotal tells her. "And I will be rid of Mileena" he finished.
"I have one more request to make" Cassie says making Kotal look at her. "Dakota will come with us" she says
"Very well" Kotal says. "We live soon, you three be ready, but Dakota..... follow me" he says making the others look at me in which I follow.
"Yes emperor?" I ask
"I wanted to give you something before you leave" he says turning around.
"Is that?" I questioned looking at what he was holding.
"Your lasso. I saved it for when you were ready to be Khan" he say handing it to me.
"Thank you Kotal, but when did you-" I says before Kotal tells me
"After you had left with Jade. I saw Kitana being taking somewhere so I quickly made my way to your room to check on you. And to my surprise you were gone and the only thing left was the lasso. I kept it ever since" he said
"I must get going. Thank you Kotal" I say bowing before quickly giving him a hug.
"She would be proud" he says referring to Kitana.

We end up making it to the camp. Like they said, it would be dead since everyone here is trying to deal with the ambush. D'vorah, Cassie, and I make it in without a problem. We hide behind a couple of boxes. I pulled my mask up since we're being sneaky, once and assassin always an assassin.
"There" D'vorah says looking at a tent with 2 people walking out one being a Tarkatan and the other being.... Rain!
"Stay here, if backup is needed" D'vorah says as Cassie and Her go.
"Here to surrender, traitor?" Rain questions
"You would speak of treason? This One knows you desire the throne. Why serve Mileena?" D'vorah questions Rain
"I advise her. Stealing the amulet was my genius. It kills her a bit each time she uses it." He tell's D'vorah
"As both sides are diminish, you fill the void" D'vorah says
"Exactly my plan" Rain says. Then a women in yellow comes up from behind Cassie and making her drop her gun. Then Rain kneed D'vorah in the face. "A shame you will not see its fruition" Rain says before fighting.
I try to help Cassie but she tells me stay with a small hand jester. D'vorah makes of Rain but Cassie on the other hand...... she getting the other end of things. D'vorah try's to enter the tent but the women in yellow known as Tanya stops her.
"Leaving without your friend D'vorah? Your people believe we avoided your island out of respect for your solidarity nature.... We just didn't like you" Tanya tells D'vorah
"The Kytinn do prefer solitude, which I will achieve momentarily" D'vorah tells Tanya, they both fight but she put up less of a fight then Rain. "Now two Edenians will die" she says getting ready to kill them.
"I know you said we weren't friends but you're not killing them. Heads fine, by the way" Cassie says walking up to her and I come out of hiding.
"You know if you were gonna keep me hidden I wouldn't have want to come with" I say walking up to Cassie.
"Lucky you, stay here and watch them" she tells me
"Very well, let us go" D'vorah says as her and Cassie walk inside the tent.
"I can't believe this..." I say walking over to Rain but as I do he gets up slowly trying to shoot water at me. I duck it and he gets up and runs. "So be it rain" I say to myself before running after him. I throw one of fans at him making him stop and duck turning around which I jump over him so he can't go anywhere.
"I wouldn't try stopping me" Rain tells me
"Yeah? Not happening. But what is happening is you telling me answers" I say pulling my mask down, making his face go from a mad look to a shocked look.
"Dakota?" Rain questioned. "But you? Mileena told me you had been killed" he said
"You believed her? The same person who tried to stop me from leaving!" I say sounding mad
"Dakota I-" he says
"Save it Rain. Ugh I can't talk to you like this" I tell him as he pulls his mask down "What were you thinking? To join forces with her" I say looking at him
"She told me you were killed by someone, that you tried looking for me but ended up running into the wrong person, I had questioned her. That's why I was trying to get the throne, to avenge you" he says sounding sad.
"Rain..... I ran away to be somewhere safe. Mileena tried to stop me from going. She would go so far to kill me" I say
"And to think I missed all these years..... you've grown a lot" he tells me
"Rain.... you must go. I want nothing bad to happen to you" I say
"Dakota...... I'm sorry, I walked a dark path" he says
"If you really are sorry, then I need you to go" I say. "Go and-" I was cut off by leaves moving I turned to look at he was gone. "Thank you Rain, this time make the right choices" I say to myself before getting back to the camp.

I made it back to the camp. I walked to the tent only to see Kai standing outside of it.
"Dakota!" Kai said running up to me
"Don't worry, I was trying to find one of Mileenas "helpers". But he got to far" I say
"Ready to go in the tent?" He says
"Ready to see my sister" I say walking to the tent. As I enter I see Mileena who's tied up and turns her head to look at me.
"My own brother?! And you're just gonna let him take my throne!" She asks
"It's not your throne Mileena. If only you had not walked a dark path maybe you wouldn't be here" I say before she turns around. "I am sorry Mileena" I said quietly seeming sad.
"Enough of your prattle. Finish me, that I may join my father" Mileena says looking at Kotal who is sitting on a throne.
"You do not deserve death by an emperors hand. Instead I give the honor to my worthy First Minister" Kotal says looking at D'vorah. Who then walks up to Mileena and grabs her head. Mileena looks at me with a tear falling down her face and for once I see something in her eyes I've never seen before...... saddness, just like Kitana. I quickly walk out of the tent not wanting to see what will happen and Kai follows fast.
"Kota!? Dakota? Are you okay?" Kai ask
"Kai? Did you see that?" I asked turning to him
"See what-" Kai said
"That look in Mileenas eyes! She looked sad-" I say before getting cut off by Mileenas scream.
"I know it was hard hearing this but-" Kai say before I put my hand over his mouth.
"Kai you hear that? move come on" I say as we hide behind a tent. We look to see the others being took away to somewhere.
"Send a group to look for the other two" I hear someone says.
"Kota, let's go. We need to free the others" Kai say
"We can't follow them, we need to take a different way to them. Everyone here is looking for us meaning they're everywhere in this jungle. Let's get out of here and we'll find them" I say. We then quickly leave.

I went from a long one chapter to a nice shorter one. I hope you guy liked this one and I told you there would be some tea between Rain and Kota but I wonder where Rain went?? And we got out lasso back yeah!!! But how ever will Kota and Kai save there friends!? Idk guess you'll have to read😌 ALSO NO RAIN AND KAI ARE FRIENDS!!! nothing else that's just weird dude.....😐
