I woke up and my arm hurt even more than yesterday. I get off my bed and go to my bathroom and unwrap my arm. And rinse the dried up blood off my arm.
I can't wait for this thing to heal.
I quickly get dressed and go to clary's room.
I get to clary's room and knock on the door. "Hey clare!" I then pull her into a hug and I don't think either of us wanted to ever let go.
"I hate to break this nice little re-union we are both having but I have some news."
"Good or bad?"
"Depends. It's bad for me but may not be so bad for you." She looks at me with that confused look when I explained that last part. I close the door so none can hear us or anything and then I tell her.
"So Jace and Alec both know that we went to hotel DuMort."
"Wait,so your telling me with all that sneaking around was for nothing?"
"Yeah exactly! I hurt my arm for nothing!"
"Wait you hurt your arm?"
"Yeah, when I was killing one of the vamps."
I show her because I can already tell that she was going to want to see it so I just go ahead and lift my sleeve up.
When she looks at it she has a look of shock if that's how you would describe it. My arm had a deep cut and it was bruised badly.
"Did you tell anyone about it?!"
"No."
"Chloe this looks bad,like bad." She gives me her look of "pity"
"It's fine-sort of. Whatever that's not important right now."
"But how did Jace even find out?"
"Well,he went to your room to talk to you,saw that you weren't there,then went to my room to ask me if I knew where you might have been and that's when he notice that I wasn't in my room either. So he saw your notes and put two and two together and realized that we went to hotel DuMort."
"But that isn't that bad right?"
"I guess not but he told Alec. And we all know how that ended."
"Let me guess. He told Jace how if the clave finds out then-"
"Then youall will be in trouble." Hold up...
"Jace! Have you been here eavesdropping on us this whole time?"
"From the part about you talking about your arm until now.yeah. Oh and you should probably get that looked at.it looks pretty bad."
"Just don't Tell anyone about my arm,ok? Don't need people worry about nothing."
"Ok but if it get serious I'm telling someone." I just roll my eyes.
"Oh and did you need something" clary cuts into our little conversation if you would call it that.
"I was just stopping by."
"Ok well I'm going to leave you two love birds to it." I pat jaces shoulder before getting the dead eye from both Jace and clary then I leave her room.

I was looking for izzy and I went to her room to find that she wasn't there so I went to the training room and there she was. I watched her train and, wow. Who knew she was this good? I waited until after she was Done to talk to her.
"Hey Chloe, what are you up to"
"Nothing much what about you"
"Training.but other than that nothing much.haven't had any missions to go on lately." When she said the last part she winked at me. Did she know?if she knew she wouldn't care right? And if she knew how did she find out? Did Jace or Alec tell her? Or even clary? A million questions were going through my head.
"Wait- how did you find out?"
"Find out what?"
"Wait you don't know?"
"I guess not because I am still clueless as to what you are talking about."
"Never mind then"
"Ok,you have to tell me now."
"Yeah well I cant right here, I'll tell you later."
"I'll be waiting"
And after that me and Izzy talked and it was good to have a moment like this. But it gets interrupted by the lovely Jace.
"Hey Blondie."
"Hey,cami talk to izzy for a second?"
"Yeah, bye izzy" I took that as my sign to leave and decided to talk to clary and see what we can do about mom.

I get to clary's room and just walk on In. Knocking is over rated.
"Hey Clare,"
"Geez! You scared me Chloe!" He jumped as soon as I say "hey". Gotta love scaring my sister.
"Ok so we found Simon so what are we going to do about mom?"
"We could go back to the apartment and look for her?"
*ring*
I was going to respond until my phone rang.
"Simon?"
"Hey uh,I think something is wrong with me..."
"What do you mean Simon? What happened"
"I-I i don't know. Can you meet me at my house? Please"
"Yeah sure anything for you si."
And with that the line went dead.
"Is everything ok?"
"Uh,yeah everything is fine I got to go. we will talk later." Then I ran out of her room and ran through the institute. I know my best friend and I most definitely know when something is wrong.

I arrived at Simons home and knocked on the door. Only for Simons mom to answer.
"Hey Chloe! Long time no see!"
"Hey Elaine! I was wondering if Simon was here"
"Im sorry but you just missed him,do you want to wait for him?"
"No that's ok"
"Ok I'll tell him you stopped by when he comes home."
"Ok thanks Elaine."
"Anytime Chloe! Bye"
"Bye Elaine"
Where could he have gone? I'm not going to give up on him. I promised that I wouldn't ever give up on him when we were younger and I will never break that promise.
Then it hit me.
Hotel DuMort.
Time to take a trip down memory lane.

I climbed up the same ladder that I used last time and went through the same door as last time.
"Come on Simon where are" I muttered to myself.
I walked into the same room and saw Simon and... this other vampire. Instantly drawing my seraph blade that I Cary with me at all times.
"Get off my best friend!" I jumped at the vampire but to my surprise she "disappeared" and that caused me to land on the floor.
"I swear when I get back to that institute I'm going to get one of those healing runes.this arm is a pain"
I Mutter to myself
"Manners,I'm camille."
"Care to tell what your doing to my best friend."
"Oh well I'm simply doing nothing. He just came back on his own free will."
"I doubt that"
"Beleve what you want. Oh and I wouldn't try and throw that dagger at me seeing as your in no condition to fight." She pointed to my arm as she said the last part
"Stay away from Simon or by the angle I will kill you. And I mean it."
I grab Simon and head out the way I came in.
"Si what happened back there?"
"I don't know. But Chloe there is something wrong with me and I'm scared."
"Hey look everything is going to be ok. I won't let anything happen to you. I promise."
"Let's get you home"

"Hey Simon, please,please let me know when you need help or if your scared or anything like that. I will always be there and there for you"
"Thank you Chloe,really, for everything"
"Anytime. Come here!"
And right then and there I pull Simon into a bone crushing hug. And I never wanted to let go.
"Night Simon!"
"Good night Chloe!"

When I got back to the institute I went to find Jace before I went to sleep so I can get this arm healed
First place I went to check was his room.
I knocked on the door and waited for a response.
"Come in"
"Hey Jace,quick question."
"Hey Chloe, what's up?"
"Can you draw a healing rune on my arm"
"So your arm has finally annoyed you enough! I was waiting to see how long it would take for you to ask."
"I hate you, buffy"
"are the nick names ever going to stop"
"Nope! So get used to them!"
" but can you do it?"
"Yeah, witch arm is hurt"
"My left"
"Then give me your right arm"
"Oh and by the way this is going to hurt"
"Thanks for the warning"
And was Jace right. The rune hurt about as much if not more than when Jocelyn and me would fight.
"Done,should be healed fully in a few."
"Thanks buffy"
"I hate you"
"I love you too!" And before he can reply I left his room and went to mine.
I got back to my rooms and put my blade back under the floor board near my bed.
I got dressed and went to bed. For some well needed rest.
