Doyoung was about to go to Yedam's house but he noticed that the guy's car wasn't there. Did he go somewhere? He thought. "Ahh that bitch" Doyoung cursed still tapping his phone hoping it will work now
"Where did he go?" He said staring at Yedam's house. He really wants to tell Yedam about Dami, like now. He really to let Yedam know that his girlfriend is cheating on him. But he can't do that now, Yedam is not here. He also can't call the guy cause his phone is broken
Doyoung took a deep and just went back to his house. Maybe I should tell him about everything when he's here. He thought
Seven in the evening, Doyoung still staring at the window patiently waiting for Yedam. His phone is already working but now he can't contact the guy. He also texted him many times, but none of them was answered
He suddenly jolts up when he saw a familiar car going into their neighborhood. He immediately went downstairs, going outside. "Yedam-ah" he called walking towards the guy
But he was met by Yedam's furious face "Kim Doyoung!" Doyoung stop when he heard the guy angrily calls his name while walking toward him
"Yeda—"
"What did you do?!" Doyoung couldn't finish what he was about to say when Yedam suddenly hold both of his arms and shakes him
"What are you talki—"
"Dami? what did you do to her?" Yedam raised his voice, fuming in anger, glaring in his eyes. "Why did you have to do that Doyoung. Why do you have to hurt her? Right Infront of his cousin"
Doyoung blink, he's genuinely scared at the guy's action right now and the way he talks. He escape himself from the guy's grip "Y- Yedam, I didn't hurt her" Doyoung stuttered, he was close to tearing up
"Stop lying!" Yedam shouts making the younger flinch and steps back from him. "That's not what she told me" he added as he steps forward to Doyoung who's also stepping back
"Yedam, I did push her but it was just because—"
"Because what?" He once again got cut off
"Because... She's cheating on you Yedam" Doyoung said earning a scoff from Yedam
"Really now Doyoung, with who?" Yedam stop and look at Doyoung, raising his brow
"Yedam that wasn't his cousin, she's lying to you"
"Gosh" Yedam exclaimed, running his hand through his hair frustrated by what he heard from Doyoung "Kim Doyoung, stop with that"
"That was his cousin" Yedam said. "Doyoung I know you hate her, but making false stories about her and mostly hurting her... Doyoung that's too much"
Tears unconsciously fall on Doyoung's eyes. "Yedam I'm not making false story, that wasn't really his cousin, she's cheating on you"
"And you think I believe in that" Doyoung was taken aback by what Yedam said. "Doyoung, you hate her, you already doubted her the last time. Now you're saying that she's cheating on me"
"Doyoung-ah, you're been my best friend for too long. I can't believe you can do this to me. I really thought you always support me and my happiness"
"I am Yedam! I always does!"
"Then why are you doing this! Why are you ruining us!"
"I'm not, I'm just telling the truth Yedam. Dami is cheating on you, why can't you believe me" he pleaded "Yedam I'm your best friend, I wouldn't do things to ruin you and your happiness. And mostly I would never lie to you" Doyoung cries, he slowly losing hope about his friend, he feels like Yedam isn't believing in him
"But you just did!"
And that just confirmed everything "So really believe in her more than me" Doyoung's voice softened, he press his lips into thin line and nod his head. He then let out a scoff. "I really thought Dami is the only problem here, I was wrong. You're also a problem Yedam" he said starts wiping his tears
"I'm so done with you Yedam. I can't do this anymore. I won't ever meddle with you and your girlfriend. If you want to be fool and be blind then go on, I don't care anymore"
"Fuck this friendship Yedam, I don't want this anymore" Doyoung said before slowly walking away from the guy
Earlier...
"Dami? Why did you call?" Yedam asked, he then started hearing cries on the other line
"Yedam-ah, your friend, Doyoung... He hurt me" Dami said crying
"What? What happened?" Yedam's heart started to beat rapidly hearing what his girlfriend said. "Dami? What do you mean?"
"Yedam I'm h- he hurt me Yedam"
"I- I'm going, where are you now?" Yedam said panicking, he immediately grab his car keys and head outside
"I'm heading home now"
"Okay, I'm going there" Yedam said
"Yedam" as soon as Yedam got into Dami's house, he immediately got engulfed by her hug. His girlfriend then started crying on his shoulder
"It's okay Dami" Yedam said rubbing his girlfriend's back. "What happened? What do you mean Kim Doyoung hurts you?" He was quite confused about the situation right now but he remained calm
Dami moves away from hugging Yedam and look at the guy. "M- My mom asked me to buy something at the mall, so I head there with my cousin" Dami started
"After buying... At the parking lot, K- Kim Doyoung... He was there and he... He immediately rages toward us... He then started screaming at me, he accused me that I was cheating on you. He keep insisting that it wasn't my cousin. Yedam he saying that right Infront of my cousin, he embarrassed me" Yedam could feel Dami is shaking as she explains what happens
"He then started hurting me. He then pushed me" Dami said then started crying again
Meanwhile, Yedam still processing what his girlfriend just said. Doyoung? Doyoung can't do that. He keeps telling himself. But Dami couldn't lie about this right?
"Yedam, does your friend really hate me?" Dami asked looking at Yedam's eyes
Yedam brought up his hands and wipe the tears falling on her face. "I- Did he really hurt you?" Yedam asked her
"He did, are you not believing what I said. Just look what he did" Dami said showing his hand that got scratched from falling earlier. "Yedam I won't ever lie to you, you know that"
The way Dami explained to him everything. The scratch from her hand. Maybe... Maybe she's telling the truth
Kim Doyoung
Almost seven, and Yedam was still at her house. Yedam is currently downstairs cooking something for him and Dami still having her victory as she once again fooled her boyfriend. She was laying on her bed when suddenly Yedam's phone rang. He looks around checking Yedam first before looking at his boyfriend's phone. She saw that it was Doyoung calling Yedam. "Ugh, that bitch" she said
She picks up Yedam's phone and just stares at it, leaving the call unanswered. Doyoung calls multiple times causing Dami to groan in annoyance. After that it didn't receive any call but now it got a text still from Doyoung. He read it and it was Doyoung asking where Yedam is. Asking him to go home immediately. She groans again and then deletes all the messages that just came from Doyoung. She then put back Yedam's phone back
Right before Yedam came back from her room bringing food. "Here, I cook something for you" Yedam said bringing the tray to the table beside Dami's bed. "Are you okay now?" Yedam asked fixing his girlfriend's hair
"I am, thank you for being here" she gives her boyfriend a faint smile. "It's getting late, I think you should go home" she said
"But what about you?"
"I'm fine Yedam" very fine
"Are you sure?" Yedam asked again and Dami just nodded. He heaves a sigh. "Okay, I'm going home now" he said kissing his girlfriend's forehead, he picked up his phone and took one last glance at Dami. "Bye Dami" before leaving the girl's room
As soon as the door closed, Dami smirked. "Who's ruined now Doyoung" she said chuckling evilly
Yedam get out of Dami's house and immediately went inside his car. He heaves a deep breath calming himself, but he couldn't. Everything that Dami told him makes him angry, angry at Doyoung. he couldn't help but to feel angry and disappointed with what he did, of what his own best friend did
"Kim Doyoung " he angrily said before starts driving back home
