The girl sits on the brink,
As she watches
The world below;
Like a silent dream.
There's a war in her head,
Maybe it's become calm now;
For the voices are muted,
And the eyes glazed.
She thought the decision was made,
But now she tilts;
A little to the right
And a little to left.
Some words enter and leave,
Her now numb brain.
Nothing matters anyways,
She's done playing the game.
But then she looks,
To the world and the day;
She bows a little and leaves,
Not today world, not today.
