Soviet has one white eye (no they're not blind) and one white eye with a golden hammer and sickle symbol on it like this, they cover it with an eye patch which also has a hammer and sickle on it:

Soviet 6'5-6'6 (around 200 cm *2 meters*)
Third reich 6'3 (around 190 cm)
The rest you can guess and no Vatican City is not like 0'1 / 2cm I do not make them that short but they;d probably be like 4'5 or somethin
