"He asked you out ?" Jayda asked as we sat in her kitchen
"Yup" Lani sighed
"And what did you say ?"
"I told him I'm not looking for anything" lani shrugged
"Ughhh boooo" Jayda said putting her thumbs down
"Jayda you know I'm not trynna get into the nothing"
"Yea but you could still play around" she smirked
"No I'm not that type of person" Lani shook her head
"Yea yea yea"
"But we're still going to the movies AS FRIENDS"
"Friends my ass" Jayda laughed
"Whatever you ready ? We suppose to be meeting up with Ki" Kay'lani said getting up
"Yea let's go" she said grabbing her purse
Lani grabbed hers and headed towards the door with Jayda behind her.
"Whew it's hot asf" Jayda said while locking the door
"It damn sure is" Lani said pulling out her sun glasses
"Did she say where we was meeting at ?"
"Nope. All I have is an address" lani replied starting the car
"Okay"

"Oh this a food place...thank good cause I'm starving" Jayda danced as she got out the car
"Yayy" lani mumbled under her breathe
"Hey y'all" they heard kianna voice as they got out the car
"Heyy" Jayda said smiling as Lani sent a friendly wave
"I hope you guys are hungry." She said as we walked towards the entrance
"I definitely am" Jayda answered
"Girl you always hungry" Lani laughed
"Okay and ? Food be good asf" she said
"Hii can we have a table for 3 please" Ki said talking to the waitress
" sure right this way" she said grabbing three menus before walking towards a table
"Can I start you ladies off with some drinks ?" She asked pulling out her notepad
"Can I get a strawberry lemonade" Lani asked
"Sure and for you guys" she asked looking at Jayda and Kianna
"Can I get a mimosa" kianna asked
"Ouuuu I want a margarita" Jayda said dancing in her seat
Lani looked at her funny because she knew damn well she's only 20.
"Okay I need to see some IDs before I leave" the waitress said
Jayda smacked her lips "boooo your no fun"
Kianna and Lani laughed as she looked through the menu for something else to drink.
"Here" Ki said showing her ID
"Let me get a strawberry lemonade also" Jayda said causing the waitress to nod before walking away.
"I be forgetting you bitches young asf" Ki said laughing
"Girl I do too" Jayda said causing lani to laugh
"What y'all getting ?" Jayda asked
"I don't know yet...I'm not really hungry though" lani said
"Girl you haven't ate all day" Jayda said looking at her crazy
"I had a big breakfast" lani lied
"You can just take something to go" ki suggested causing lani to shrug her shoulders
"So Ki what's your brother's intentions with my girl over here ?" Jayda asked changing the subject
"What you mean ?"
"He taking her out tonight"
Ki look at lani " is he ?"
"Yea but only as friends" lani said rolling her eyes
"Mmmhm" Jayda said
"I already told him what it was" lani shrugged
"And that is ?" Ki asked
"I'm not looking for anything right now I got to much going on"
"Yea yea yea" Jayda said
"Jayda calm down cause you know" Lani said rolling her eyes.
Jayda held her hand up in defense "I'm just saying"
"Okay ladies do y'all know what you guys want to order yet ?" The waitress asked
"Yes can I get your chicken Alfredo" Jayda said
"And let me get your steak and broccoli" Ki said
"Do you want mash potatoes, fries or salad as a side dish ?"
"Let me get the mash potatoes"
"Alright and for you..." the waitress looked at lani
"Let me just get a Caesar salad"
"Okay I'll be right back with you guys food" she said grabbing the menus and leaving
"You sure you don't want nothing else ?" Ki asked Lani
"Nah I'll be fine"
"That's just Lani...she doesn't really eat much" Jayda said
"Where's king ?"
"Girl I don't even know"

The food had finally came and everyone was digging in except Lani who was picking at her food.
She took some of the salad putting it in her mouth and chewed slowly.
"Is it good bestie ?" Jayda asked looking at her
"Mhm" lani nodded trying to keep the food down with the lemonade she had
Feeling nauseous after her third bite she quickly got up and walked towards the bathroom.
"Omgg" she said after throwing up everything she just ate
"Why does this keep happening" she cried
"Lani are you okay ?" Jayda asked knocking on the stall door
"Yea I'm fine" she said sniffling
"Why are you crying ?"
Lani flushed the toilet and wiped her tears before walking out.
"I'm okay" she lied
"You haven't been eating huh ?" Jayda asked
Lani sighedd "I've been trying but it just won't stay down Jay I don't know what's happening to me" Lani said
"It's because you stopped eating when you were depressed Lani and you've gotten so use to it now that your trying it doesn't wanna stay down" Jayda said
"I didn't know having a eating disorder would be so hard to get rid of" Lani shook her head
"Have you talked to your therapist?"
"Yes but she keeps saying I need to try harder"
"Why would she say that if that's not working ?"
"I don't know" Lani said washing her mouth out then her hands
"Here" Jayda said giving her a piece of gum
"Thanks"
"It's okay you'll get through this" Jayda said giving her a hug
"Alright come on before Ki thinks we playing with her"
They both walked out the bathroom and towards the table they were sitting at.
"Is everything alright ?" Kianna asked
"Yea everything's fine" Lani said with a small smile

After getting home Lani took a shower and was now laying down in her bed watching bad girls club.
Realizing she never got Eli's number or IG she texted Kianna but still haven't gotten a reply yet.
Pulling out my notebook and my laptop I did a little studying for my upcoming test.
"Hello" I asked answering my phone
"You left yet ?" Jayda asked
"Nope I never got his IG sooo I'm just laying her studying" Lani laughed
"Really Lani ?"
"WHATT...he should've gave it me" She shrugged
"Ughh I'll send you his IG"
"How do you have it ?"
"I might have been doing some spying on there friend page and came across his" she laughed
"Jayda your such a stalker" Lani laughed
"Whatever hoe laterrr" she said hanging up after she sent the IG
Lani sighed and texted Eli before getting up to get ready.
Seeing it was 8 she looked at the location he sent and grabbed her keys and purse before leaving.
Arriving 30 minutes later she got out the car and made her way towards the entrance.
"They didn't lie when they said girls always late" Eli said
Lani chuckled "I'm sorry"
"It's cool" he said as we stood on the line
"How are you ?" Lani asked
"I'm good. You ?"
"I'm great" lani smiled
"Why Everytime I see you, you got sweats or some type of big clothes on ?" He asked
Lani shrugged "I just like to stay comfortable I guess"
"All the time ?" He asked
Lani rolled her eyes "yes that's just me"
