Early the next morning l woke up unaware of my surroundings then it's hits me. I was back home again in my own bed, lying next to my wife
I can't believe I slept all through the night. It was just yesterday I was discharged from the hospital, we stopped at the pharmacy to drop off my prescriptions and then we went to the beauty supply store to pick me up some hair wraps. I brought over twenty of them in colors, l miss seeing the kids last night. I had no intention sleeping that long, but my body was tired physically and emotionally
I slept good in the first time in months
At the hospital l barely gotten any rest
Because there were nurses coming in and out of my room taking my vitals
Every few hours. It caused me to lose sleep, at least when l'm home
I was able to get a decent night's sleep
Without being woken up. It felt good to be home again, it feels like I been away for years but in reality l was only gone for a week. I don't know what the plans were for the day
I know l'm going to call Dr. Naomi Bradshaw later on today, she's a license psychologist. She came highly recommended, my doctor referred me to her. Dr. Bradshaw specialized in hypno therapy and so on, I realized
I never dealt with the issues from my childhood while I was in foster care
The emotional abuse I endure, it cause me a great deal of pain
I learned how to build walls around myself from letting people get close to my heart. When I meant Stef

Because I already have one who never left my side. Even though we had our fair share ups and downs
I feel Stef stir in her sleep, l begin to get out of bed. But l feel Stef grab me by the waist, love we're are you going
Stef says to me with her eyes still closed. Baby l need to go to the bathroom, I lean in and give her a kiss on the lips, she deepens the kissed
instantly I feel myself melting inside
I laid flat on my back. I stare deeply into her eyes as she opens them up
Stef Hoovers over me, l feel her hand massage my Breast. It sends shock waves through my body, Stef unfasten my jumper l had on yesterday, momma nana said come eat
She made a big breakfast
Said braylon. Alright babe tell we'll be down in a few minutes Stef replies, is mommy coming with you He asks me
Yes mommy is Stef says, l hear Braylon go down the stairs.
Welcome home baby she kisses me
As we got out bed and head to the bathroom to do our morning routine
Which consist of brushing our teeth and washing our faces. After we were done, I begin feeling rather nervous
About seeing the kids and my parents
Stef sees the conflicting expression on my face. Baby what's wrong? Stef says to me, l guess l'm a little worried
I know l shouldn't feel this way about our children seeing me in such a way that I couldn't put into words. Lena explains, honey you told me yesterday you wanted to spend time with Braylon and Nyla they missed their mommy Stef says to me, we head downstairs and see the kids eating their food. I took a seat at the table, just the sight of eggs makes my stomach turn. My mother sits a plate down in front of me, mom l can't eat this. Lena said to her mother, sweetheart you need really eat so you can gain your weight back Abbigail responds. Lena pushes the plate away from her, Abby leave Lena alone
If she doesn't want any food don't force her Nathaniel tells his wife
Look at her she's skin and bones
Abbigail argues. Abbigail the doctor placed a ng tube in through her nose
Because Lena couldn't keep any meals down without gagging, Stef tries to explain to her mother in law everything Lena's doctor told them yesterday. Sometimes it felt like talking to a brick wall when it came with talking to Abigail, Lena didn't want the kids getting upset. That's why it came with certain discussions Braylon and Nyla weren't never present when the adults were speaking. Lena excuse herself from the table and went out in the backyard to get some air, Nyla wanted to be with her mommy
Because she missed her while she was gone.
