People, or perhaps players began to voice out their complaints, whereas the victim of the story who didn't know about the leadership board was calmly walking into the forest to hunt high leveled beasts.
Tang Zhan got to a forest outside the village, on his he met some players grouping together to fight some feral pigs, wild rabbits and the likes.
He went deeper and the amount of players he met were dwindling down, becoming miniscule. Walking a little bit more, he got into the thicker parts of the forest.
His senses could already pick bloodlust from the animals around him, apart from the bloodlust he could also pick the qi around them, which means they were beasts, in other words animals that has been cultivated.
He opened his eyes and saw four beasts at least 20 meters opposite him, and depending on their body structure he could tell they were wolves, but these ones were a little bit different.
In the aspect that they had antlers on their head and little spikes along their spine, like their spines were protruding.

As he pulled out the scythe black from his shadow started to spread 10 meters around him.
The wolves not feeling any bad thing from the shadow ran straight into it, but ultimately slowed down.

Like a blur, he was upon the first wolf, swinging his scythe. The wolf looked up at Tang Zhan and shrieked, then it tried to turn back but with a speed of 4.5, even a tortoise had a better luck.

The wolves having regained their speed, also regained their confidence.

Back on earth, in a desolated area filled with mountains and forest, a small farm house is shown in the middle of the forest, but under the house is a lab and the scientist are all running helter skelter as something was chasing them.
This creature chasing them was also wearing the same clothes as the other scientist, but he was different.
With rotten skin, bloodshot red eyes, sharp jagged teethes, he was screaming, growling and gnashing all together.
He finally got one female scientist, as he fell with her, he plunged his teeth into her but she used a metal water container to hold off his mouth.
"Help! Someone, anyone help!" The woman screamed but everyone was running for their own lives.
The woman tried to hold off her crazed colleague but she could only do so much, and sooner than later the man successful bit into her neck, and then pulled out part of her flesh and muscle as he retreated from her neck.
"gurgle!" The woman with one final attempt tried for help, but her voice was drowned by her blood, as blood was both pouring from her mouth and throat.
The man dived back to his meal and by the time he was through, not even 3 seconds was gone but the woman's whole face was lacking the thing called flesh.
The man stood up and looked towards the other scientist running.
"Raahh!" He yelled with vigor and rushed towards the others.
The dead woman on the floor, shook and twitched and after a few seconds stood up and looked towards the scientists as well.
"Raahh!" she too yelled before rushing off.
