*beep beep beep*
Shit! It's 6:30am and I'm meant to be at school by 7:00am, I couldn't get a lift from my mum today because she had to go to work early. I got up from my bed and headed for the bathroom and did my usual morning routine. After I was done it was already 6:55, how am I meant to make it?! I ran as fast as I could with my heavy backpack full of clothes until I heard someone honk behind me.
"Need a lift?" Jack asked with his usual smirk
I gasped for breath and nodded, I opened the door and hopped on.
"How come you were running to go to school?" He asked
"I woke up late and my mum had to go to work early" I replied
"I still don't get why you were running?"
"What do you mean, we have to be there at 7 so if I was you I'd drive a little faster."
He just laughed "you know for an A+ student you're not that very bright actually"
"Excuse me?" I scoffed
He was still laughing for some reason. What's wrong with him??
"If you read the letter properly it said we can get there at school by 7 just as long as we get there before 7:20" he explained
"Oh my god" I laughed and relaxed my whole body and leaned back in the seat knowing we won't be late.
We got there at school at 7:10 so we had 10 minutes to spare. I boarded the bus already so I can get a good seat, I decided to sit near the middle but it didn't matter anyway since I'll be alone. I plugged my earphones in and started to listen to my music.
"Excuse me? Is this seat taken?" Some boy asked but I'm sure I heard his voice before
"Uh, no it's not taken" he sat down next to me and introduced himself
"I'm Sam by the way" he smiled
Sam... Oh! He hangs around with Jack and them. "Hey, I'm Gail" I smiled back, I remember Flo telling me that Sam isn't so bad, he doesn't do the best in school but I know he doesn't toy around with girls hearts such as Jack but to come to think of it he doesn't do it anymore. Hm, I wonder why.
"Haha, I know who you are. I'm in your English class" he responded
*40 mins later*
Me and Sam actually have loads in common, on the bus we were talking about a bunch of random stuff. The bus stopped and one of the teachers announced that were here.
We got out of the bus and Sam said bye to me and went to his friends but Jack wasn't there..
"So you and Sam huh?" Someone said behind me that shocked me so much, I turned round to see Jack there with his signature smirk but in his eyes a sense of hurt? I don't know maybe it was just me.
"Um, yeah? We were just talking and Sam isn't that bad" I replied and walked away to join the rest of the class.
Jacks POV
Sam and Gail seem close all of a sudden and it makes me so angry.
Time to turn the Jack charm on ;)
Gail's POV
It was already 9pm at night and everyone had dinner but it was time to pick tents. It was already set up but I had no one to room with so I decided to stay on my own.
I got to my tent and zipped it up so I could change into some pajamas, I changed into pj shorts (it wasn't cold outside) and a big shirt.
It was already 11pm at night and I'm pretty sure everyone else were as sleep until I saw a figure standing outside my tent trying to un-zip my tent, I had no idea who it was but then I heard the figure say
"Gail?" I knew it was Jack
I giggled quietly since Jack can't even un-zip a tent, I un-zipped it and once I did he come straight to my tent sitting down.
"Um, what are you doing here?" I asked curiously
"Do you like me or not?" Okay, that was unexpected
"Yeah I like you" I simply replied
"As a friend?" He asked
I nodded, why is he asking?
"You can't resist me though." He said casually. Wow, douche alert.
"Excuse me? Listen Jack I don't get why your her-" I was cut off by Jack saying
"Stay still" he said calmly. I did so because to be honest I couldn't even move in this small tent. He came closer to me and leaned in centimeters away from my face but for some weird reason I didn't want to back away. What's happening?!
"I'm gonna make you mine even if Sam beats me to it" he whispered which sent tingling shivers down my spine and then he left my tent.
I had so many things going through my mind
Sam likes me?
Jack likes me?
Do I like Sam?
Do I like Jack?
I stood up, closed my tent and went to my sleeping bag with so many thoughts running through my head.
