The radiance surrounds me,
It invites me closer to it's source.
I step closer to the light,
Closer towards the flickering, dancing flame.
It's glow climbs beastily,
It claws and scrapes against the walls.
Shredding the cold in a horrid bite,
Another step and I too, am in it's clutches.
