Night 11:45 pm
Moran bedroom
Monami finally entered her...opps "their" room fully exhausted after completing the post wedding rituals....
She quickly changed and came out of the room and instantly jumped on the bed
"Huff! Kya kya karna padh raha hai mujhe.... Zabardasti ki shaadi aur zabardasti ki rasme...." Monami said aloud to herself
She suddenly heard the door knob voice and she realised that she is in karan's room.... She quickly pulled the blanket over her till neck and closed her eyes acting to sleep...
"Monu" Karan came in calling her to which she pressed her eyes a little more
Karan came in and looked around the room to find Monami with her eyes closed...
"So gayi kya" he said to which she gave no reply
"Lagta hai thak gayi..." He said and sat beside her and caressed her hairs to which she tried hard to not flinch...
Monami's body went numb when she felt karan's lips on hers in form of small peck.... She didn't dare to open her eyes and another shock for her was the kiss Karan just gave on her forehead....
She felt karan's footsteps walking away from bed but still in the room... She can easily say that karan had opened his cupboard due to the noises... She opened her one eye to look what was he doing... She saw him sitting on the sofa with his laptop... She saw his head moving and quickly closed her eyes...
That's when karan's phone rang and she heard him saying
"Hello.. haa... Kya... Itni raat ko...aree par... Accha theek hai aata hu"
She heard Karan's running footsteps she could recognise the sound of opening the door... She finally got up when she heard him closing the door...
"Bach gayi" monami said keeping her hand on her heart
She suddenly realised and kept her fingers on her lips where Karan just pecked her...
Her eyes had slight tears... But was angry... Everything was accepted but not anything against her wishes and self respect.... She wiped her tears and took a deep breath
She looked around to find karan have left the laptop open and she thought maybe because he was in a hurry...
"Mummaa" came a baby voice from somewhere
Monami's breath stopped for a minute... She was black, numb...
Her eyes started to fill with tears...
She turned around and look around the room
"Aap mujhe yaha kyu laye hai?"
"Ye wahi aawaz hai jo tum soch rahi ho" said karan
She remembered how karan blackmailed her for the marriage
"Mummaa" she heard it again from the laptop
She got up from the bed in hurry and quickly took the laptop in her hand and looked at it
After seeing she finally broke down...
"Mummaaaa!"
"Pi- piyu!!!"
Monami was so overwhelmed... She kissed the laptop screen several times...
"Piyu baccha... Kaise ho aap? Aap theek hona... Aap kaha ho aur-"
"Mummaa.... Bass! Aap mujhe bolne hi nahi de rahe" she made a cute pout to which she laughed with tears
"Ok ok ab aap bolo" Monami said and kept her fingers on lips
"Main theek nahi hu mumma.."
Monami got tensed and was about to speak when piyu said
"I miss you!"
A long tear escaped Monami's eyes and she closed her eyes
"I miss you too baccha"
"No... Aap nahi karte mujhe miss" piyu said and turned around with her arms folded in front of her chest
"Baby i-"
"Nahi agar aap mujhe miss karte toh yaha se le jate" she said with tears
"No no baccha don't cry.... Mumma pakka apko lene aayegi jaldi"
"Pinky promise?" She said she said looking at her with her innocent eyes
"Pinky promise" Monami said chuckling with tears
"Mumma mamu bro kaise hai? Aur nanu bro aur masi bro? Unhe bhi meri yaad nahi aati?" She asked again pouting
Monami chuckled and replied
"Kaun hai esa jo apko yaad nahi karega? Sab apko bahut Miss karte hai... Aap ghar ki princess jo ho... Haina!"
Piyu started giggling at this
"Ha! Main Princess" and laughed out
Monami smiled with tears looking at her
"Accha piyu... Tu... Um. Tumhe koi chot nahi aayi na.. aur waha koi tumhe pareshan nahi kar raha na.."
"Nahi mumma mujhe koi kuch nahi kheta balki mujhe sab milta hai jo main mangti hu..." She said making Monami shocked and confused
"Aree mummaa ye apke peeche wahi uncle hai jo yaha roz aate rehte hai..." She said pointing towards something
A confused Monami looked back where she was pointing and was shocked to see Karan's photo
"Ek sec agar Piyu Mumbai main hai hi nahi toh fir Karan baar baar aana jana kaise kar leta hai? Woh bhi Roz...." She thought
"Apko pata hai ye uncle na bahut-" Piyu's words were cut as someone snatched the laptop from Monami... She looked up to find Karan smirking there
"Piyu..." Monami panicked and stood up and tried to take the laptop from him...
"Please mujh- mujhe usse baat karne do please.. please..." Monami said crying when he just kept holding her not letting her take the laptop
"I knew it tum so nahi Rahi thi"
Monami looked at him and then at the laptop
"Guards!!!" Karan said on the video call
"Mumm- mummaaa!! " Piyu whined and started crying
Monami panicked hearing her cry...
"Piyu piyu baby please please don't cry... Baccha mumma jaldi aayegi... Please baby bas ro maat...."
Monami said trying to get out of Karan's grip and get the laptop but....
Thud
"Oppps sorry ye toh fir gaya" Karan said while Monami moved her hand maybe trying to catch it but no....
"Kyu kar rahe ho ye sab" she said finally pushing him hard.... Her hairs were messy... Blood red eyes...heavy breathing clenched fists and jaw
Karan was first shocked but then laughed.. Monami saw him confused
"Tumhari galti hai... Mujhe ignore kyu kiya! Sone ka natak kyu kiya huh?!" He asked pinning her to wall
"Kyuki mujhe tumse baat karne main koi interest nahi hai...."
Monami said and bought her hand to push him when he held it and put it above her head...
"Arghh! Chodo mujheee!!!" She shouted when her placed his lips on hers
The kiss was quite rough showing karan's anger towards her... She tried a lot to push him but he was way more strong than her...
Karan harshly bit her lower lip as she was determined not to respond and break the kiss...
Monami shouted as she felt pain in the kiss itself and she could feel something flowing from the corner of the lip and she could easily recognise it to be blood...
After a while Karan himself stopped and looked at her lips... He saw the blood on her corner of lips and smirked a bit... He picked her up in bridal style to which Monami started hitting him on his chest
"Neeche utaro mujhe!! Problem kya hai tumhari"
Seeing Karan unaffected Monami started shaking her legs....
Karan made her sit on the bed and took a first aid box and started wiping her blood
"Aahh!" She flinched and then looked at Karan who was carefully doing her first aid...
"Ghurna band karo aur so jao ab... Ye ho gaya..."
"Nahi Sona mujhe..."
"Ok toh fir continue-" he said bending a little looking at her lips
Monami pushed him and pulled a blanket over her head closings her eyes....
"Pata nahi kyu esa lag raha hai ki piyu yahi kahi hai... Mujhse bahut paas" she thought with closed eyes when she felt a hand sliding in her waist, head on her shoulder and hot breath on her face...
She turned her head feeling angry and disappointed and tried to remove the hand but the grip just tightened... She clenched her fists but having no other options she tried to sleep...

2:03 at midnight
Monami opened her eyes and looked at her side to see Karan sleeping peacefully
She rolled her eyes and started getting out of the grip when she felt Karan moving a bit
She closed her immediately... When she felt no movement she got up and removed his hand... Kept his head on the pillow and adjusted a pillow in his hand...
She got up and tip-toed silently and went outside the room...
"Kya karu kuch samajh nahi aa raha... Kaise pata lagau kaha hai piyu..."
Monami was roaming in the house when her eyes felt on a door in the corner... Dim lights, kind of old door and a bit dusty
Monami remember the morning incident
Flashback
After the rituals Monami was walking towards the room when she saw the door... She went towards it and was about to open when someone held her hand...
"Yaha andar koi nahi ja sakta..." He said coldly
Monami looked at him and then at door..
She was about to question when she heard Sanju calling her... And she left
Flashback ends
"Kya ho sakt hai Yaha"
She moved towards it and stood in front of the gate...
Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder
Monami was breath hitched she started sweating a bit...she slowly turned
"Faizi!" She said and took a deep breath
"Monami tum yaha kya kar rahi ho itni raat ko" he asked worried as well as suspiciously
"Umm woh main Pani bharne aayi thi Jaa hi Rahi thi ki ring slip hoke yaha aa gayi bas wahi le rahi thi.." she said and mentally was thankful that she took the jar while coming out of the room
"Oh accha..."
"BTW tum? Itni raat ko yaha"
"Umm vo- vo muj- mujhe.."
"Bhook lagi thi?!" Monami completed
"Haa wahi-" Faizi said but then realised and scratched his head
Monami chuckled and both started walking
Both of them were silent remembering their good old days
They stopped as Faizi's room was there...
Monami smiled at him and wished him good night
She was going when she heard
"Monami" Faizi called her
She turned and raised her eyebrows asking what happened
"I hope saach main tumhari ring waha giri thi... Aur tum Karan ke mana karne ke baad bhi uss room main ja rahi thi... Kyuki Karan ki baat na Maan na tum janti ho..." He smiled and wished good night
Monami turned around and went to her room... She closed the door and looked behind to see Karan sitting on the bed with one eyebrow raised hand folded near chest...
"Uh- woh Pani bharne gayi thi" she said and showed the jar
Karan nodded and pulled Monami on the bed, hugged her and slept
"Kal ke liye ready hoga Monu... Piyu ka pata lagane ke liye ye karna hoga" she thought and finally sleep took over her
