Hey Ian

I never know what you're thinking
In the summer on the school grounds full of lines
I never know how you feel
In my soul that still lingers in eight years ago

You run barefoot in the midday sun
Went to the back shop and ordered some dishes
As usual, a glass of lychee tea is never alcoholic
Greeted by loud laughter until the roof and walls cracked

Hey Ian, the labile boy I met at the time, how are you?
How was your day after you left me?
I came back with the same personality
Like when we first met, eight years ago

Not a short day, but you carelessly left your book in the art room
Aesthetic and high authentic writing in deep black ink that sinks in
I'm running down the path and your friends are crowding around suspecting me
I left that brown-bound thing to your girl friend who kept asking about our correlation

Hey Ian, the shy boy I met at the time, how was your day?
Why didn't you just tell me how you felt that day?
You came back with the same regret
Like the last time we met, in that afternoon

Hey Ian, the boy who falls in love with all the girls easily, how is your life?
Are you still watching the same series in your navy blue jeans jacket?
Do you still play football with your three close friends?
How many times have you changed lovers since the last time I saw you
One thing I'm sure of, red is still your favorite color
Dozens of girls have probably been to the movies with you,
But still I'm the witness of your childhood

I never know what you're thinking
In the summer on the school grounds full of lines
I never know how you feel
In my soul that still lingers in eight years ago
