There was a screech from outside Steve rushed up and looked out at the crack of the bus
Dustin followed "you see it ?" He asked
Steve shook his head "no"
"Lucas" Jamie yelled upstairs "what's going on"
"Hold on !" Lucas yelled back down "IVE GOT EYES 10 o'clock"
Jamie stood up "alright I'll go" Jamie got ready to open the door
"Hey" Steve stopped her "where do you think you're going"
"To go and see" she pointed at the door "I'll be fine Steve"
Steve laughed "yeah like I'm letting you go alone" he said grabbing his bat with nails
Amy stood up "yeah let's go" she grabbed a knife she used the night they killed a demegorgon
Pietro scoffed "you're all mad"
Mia looked at Jamie "please be careful" she hugged her tightly "I love you so much" she let go of her
Jamie exhaled "let's go"
The three of them slowly walked out, looking at their surroundings they turned each side. The sound of the demegorgon echoed the outside
Steve whistled "come on buddy" he whistled again
"Dart dinner time" Jamie yelled "come on mate don't make this longer then it needs to be"
Max looked outside "their both insane"
Dustin smirked "their awesome"
They looked and saw the demedog staring right at them
"JAMIE" Riff yelled "WATCH OUT 3 O'CLOCK"
Jamie turned and saw another demedog heading towards her and Amy
Dustin opened the bus door "GUYS ABORT ABORT"
One of the demedogs came running towards them, Jamie created a red energy ball and shot it at the creature making it go flying backwards
"RUN" Jamie yelled at her two friends as they started running as fast as they could to the van
Amy jumped in first followed by Steve, Jamie stayed a little longer and pushed another demedog out of the way, she started running and jumped in the bus, Steve grabbed her and shut the door
He wrapped his arms around her "you crazy son of a bitch"
Lucas and Riff came down the ladder and went to the back of the bus
"What do we do ?" Lucas added as they were surrounded
They felt one jump up on the roof. Jamie went towards the whole in the roof and created a energy ball
The demedog stared at her, before it could jump in it looked over and ran off.
They were all heavily confused why it did not come and rip their faces off.
Pietro went up to Jamie who had blood coming from her nose, he wiped it "you can't fight anymore Jamie you're too weak" he sighed at his sister
They all got out of the bus and looked around "where did they go" Mia asked
"Jamie scared them off ?" Dustin asked
Jamie turned to them all "no no way, their going somewhere"
They all followed the path the demedogs made and went on a hunt
"Jamie that was awesome" Mia giggled "bummer you didn't tell me"
"I'm sorry I just didn't wanna get you in trouble" she smiled at her friend "I'm glad you know now"
Mia walked on and was questioning the boys, Steve came behind her "you alright" he saw that Jamie's battery was low
Jamie nodded "yeah fine, just tired" she stayed silent
"I'm sorry for ignoring you" Steve finally admitted "it's just when me and Nancy broke up she mentioned how I only put effort into you and no one else"
Jamie scoffed "that's not true Steve"
"It is" he smiled "I guess I like you more then anyone else"
She hit his shoulder "are you actually serious or are you playing with me"
"Deadly" he put on a straight face, he stared at Riff "how comes you two aren't all over each other"
"We broke up" Jamie said simply "we're just better off as friends I guess"
Steve blushed a little "yeah definitely" he smirked "so we both got dumped in the same week huh"
"Guess we did" Jamie smiled at Steve she then looked at Dustin "poor Dustin he really likes that Max girl doesn't he"
"He'll get over it there's plenty of other girls who will throw themselves at him" he always saw Dustin as a child of his
"He is not becoming a mini you and I'll tell you that, I will not allow that" she shook her head "two Steve Harringtons the world would explode".
When they finished the trail they saw hawkins lab in front of them
Jamie sighed "of corse it leads to here" even looking at the place made her uncomfortable. All she wanted to do was leave at this point
Pietro held Jamie's hand "it's alright i got you" she whispered. They all went down to the outside of the lab and saw two figures
"Whose there" a male voice appeared
Jamie was the first to walk out. Nancy and Jonathan's face came to focus, they raised their hands and looked at Jamie "Jamie ?" They both said at the same time
"Nancy Jonathan !" Jamie exhaled in relief, she walked up to them and hugged them both "you don't know how good it is too see you"
Jonathan laughed "what are you doing here ?" He looked up at Steve and the others "whose that" he pointed at Pietro
Jamie looked back at her brother "it's a long time to explain but that's my brother" she looked back at her friend "what the hell is happening in there" she looked towards the lab
Jonathan still looking taken back by what she said "my mom and the others are in there, demegorgons are in there" he looked to Nancy "we can't open the stupid gate"
Jamie looked at the gate which was blocking them to the lab, she stared at the gate as it crushed. She wiped her nose and smiled "not a problem anymore"
Jonathan smiled in relief "okay" he clapped his hand together "we now need a plan"
Pietro walked forwards "and Jamie won't be in them" he grabbed his sisters shoulder
"What ? Why?" Jamie replied "why am I not" her face dropped.
Pietro shook his head "you're exhausted, you have to sit out on this one Jamie" he sighed "and you need to come with me to get your powers working to the max"
Jamie tutted "and why would I need to do that" she looked back at Steve who looked like he was agreeing with him
"It's all making sense. The only way to stop all of this is you. You need to help stop this and you can't do it exhausted.There is someone I know who can help you Jamie"
Mia walked forwards "he's right Jamie" she smiled at her friend in reassurance "go we'll see you soon right" she glared at Pietro
"She'll be a couple hours at tops" Pietro nodded at all of the boys who were looking at Jamie in concern "wow you all are very protective aren't you"
"Just go and get it done with" Steve took a step back
Jamie smiled "let's go".
Pietro grabbed onto her "you might wanna hold on tight".
Before anyone could say anything they were off at a blink of an eye.
The journey was about 2 minutes tops. They stopped outside an alleyway as Jamie leant down to catch her breath
"You alright" Pietro comforted her
Jamie nodded "yep okay" she stood up and took a big breath "let's do this".
