Layla's POV
Sunday 12pm
I was sitting in my room on my phone when my mom called me down to the living room. I ran down the stairs making sure not to trip. I sat down on the couch "What's up mom?" I asked. "Honey I just got a call from Ms.Abby Lee Miller herself and she saw a video of you at a competition and she wants you to come and join her competition team and the show dance moms!" My mom said excited. "OMG really that is like a huge honor, did you tell her yes?" "Yes honey I did." "Thank you so much mom!" I said giving her a hug. "She also said you start tomorrow at 3:30 pm but I think we should be there by 2:45 pm so you can stretch and so I can do the paperwork." "Ok well I'm so excited I think I might go practice in the dance room!" "Ok honey have fun." I got up, ran upstairs into my room put my hair in a high ponytail and changed into my dance wear.

I made my way up the second set of stairs to the third floor. I walked down the hallway and opened the door to the dance room.

I connected my phone to the speaker and started improving to the song feeling good
When I finished I took a drink of water and kept practicing. I finished practicing and checked the time, it was already 10:20pm so I went back downstairs to my room hopped into the shower, did my night routine, put my pajamas on and went to sleep.
Tiffany's POV
Monday 1:30 pm
I was sitting in my office at home doing some paperwork and I decided to go see if Layla was up yet. I walked down the hallway and up to her door and knocked. "Come in" she said. I opened the door and she was cleaning her room and getting her stuff together for dance. "Honey have you done your school work yet?" I asked her. "Yes ma'am I did that after I ate breakfast." She said. "Good, well I have some paperwork I have to finish up on and then we can head out, ok?" "Ok mom, I'm almost done getting everything together." I closed her door and walked back to my office and continued my paperwork.

Monday 2:00 pm
I got changed into a black leotard and put some dark grey sweats on over it then I put on my black converse and grabbed my dance bag.

I ran downstairs to the front door where my mom was waiting and we went to the car and drove to the ALDC.
