Giyuu arrived about 10 minutes early. The only other people that were there were Shinobu, Gyomei, and obviously Tengen and his wives.
He wasn't really surprised they were there early, Shinobu would do anything to hang out with Tengen's wives longer, and Gyomei is just way to responsible to not be early to a party.
Shinobu spotted Giyuu walked in and whistled at him as she walked over.
"Well if it isn't the hermit crab, you definitely came dressed to impress" Shinobu said through her teasing smile she had almost every time she talked to Giyuu.
Giyuu just stared at her with his blank expression, completely unphased by her obvious teasing. When Shinobu realized she didn't get a reaction she walked off to go talk to Hinatsuru.
Shinobu was one of the main pillars who made fun of Giyuu excessively. The others were Sanemi, Obanai, and Tengen. Which came to no one's surprise.
Kyojuro and Mitsuri were always trying to get them to leave him alone. Even if they thought some of the teasing was a little funny.

The other 4 pillars showed up around the same time. Sanemi, Obanai, and Mitsuri all walking in at once, since they drove there together.
Giyuu had moved to the kitchen so he didn't get trampled by people walking in. He knew that if Kyojuro spotted him right away he wouldn't be able to talk to Sanemi alone the whole night.
It wasn't long before Giyuu spotted Sanemi in the living room, talking with Obanai about who knows what. He knew that if he went to talk to Sanemi now, while he was with someone, that he would just get told to fuck off.
He decided to go talk to Suma for a bit until Sanemi was alone. He made sure to stay in the kitchen so he could keep an eye on Sanemi. Knowing him, he wasn't going to be alone for long.
Sanemi was fairly popular among the other hashira. Which a lot of people didn't really understand, he was loud, angry all the time, and took everything the wrong way.
Giyuu was one of the people Sanemi had roped in somehow, except Sanemi hated that Giyuu wanted to be-friend him so badly, at least that's what everyone thought, since he was always yelling at and trying to fight Giyuu whenever he tried to give him things or talk to him about anything.

Before Giyuu could get Sanemi alone, Tengen struts into the living room.
"Alright everyone! I hope you're enjoying yourselves. I propose we play a game." Tengen says with a giant smile on his face.
Sanemi speaks up, looking clearly annoyed. "What fucking game?"
"I was thinking a mix of 7 minutes in heaven and spin the bottle, obviously with shots aswell because it wouldn't be my party without alcohol" Tengen yells
Shinobu perks up out of no where and says "that's a great idea Uzui"
Everyone agrees, some a little hesitant. Tengen tells everyone to gather around the kitchen counter in the middle of the room. Tengen, his wives, and Shinobu go to get the shot glasses and the bottle to spin.
As Sanemi is getting up from the couch, he spots that ink black hair he was really hoping not to see. He wants to back out of this game so Giyuu can't get a chance to talk to him alone.
He doesn't know what he would do if he was in a giant pantry with the guy that was stuck in his head. Especially after he sees what Giyuu is wearing. Not so clean thoughts start running through his head as he looks Giyuu up and down. Never realizing how slender and clean he could look.
He shakes those thoughts off as Tengen, his wives, and Shinobu come back into the kitchen with the shots and two bottles. Knowing it was too late to back out and praying to whatever God Gyomei prayed to that he wouldn't be in that pantry with Giyuu Tomioka.
Tengen speaks "Who wants to go first?"
Shinobu is quick to reply "I'll go first!"
Tengen gave her the empty bottle and started pouring the two shots while she spun. To Tengen's horror and Shinobu's surprise, it landed on Hinatsuru. Who everyone knew Shinobu had a little bit of a crush on.
Tengen grumbled under his breath and gave them the shots. They took them really quickly and headed into the pantry. The fact that they would only be in there for 7 minutes was what kept Tengen grounded.
7 minutes later, they both walk out. Shinobu looking very proud of herself, and Hinatsuru being as red as a tomato. Tengen glared at Shinobu but she giggled and said
"This game was your idea"
He cursed under his breath a bit but moved on to the next person. He decided he wanted to go next so he spun the bottle and it landed on Gyomei.
"Himejima, it handed on you" Giyuu said to him
"Oh alright" Gyomei said while being handed his shot to take.
Tengen and Gyomei took their shots and headed to the pantry. No one really expected them to do anything crazy. Tengen was one of the people in there so they may kiss on the cheek or something. Tengen was "too flashy" to not follow his own rules.
They came out after time was up, both of them having a little pink on their face. Mitsuri and Shinobu giggled and whispered to each other.
Mitsuri said she wanted to go next. Everyone looked at Obanai as soon as she said that. He glared at them all, they were making it really obvious that he wanted it to be him.
It was him. Mitsuri spun and it landed on Obanai. Mitsuri blushing as soon as she saw where it landed. Tengen handed them their shots with a giant smile on his face. They took their shots and headed to the pantry. Obanai glaring at Tengen the entire time until he was out of sight in the pantry.
Everyone started whispering about what they think will happen. It was really obvious they both had feelings for each other.
Shinobu whispered "who wants to bet against me that they'll kiss"
Kyojuro whisper yelled "I will, I don't think they'll do anything, Iguro is too nervous around Kanroji"
They bet 300 yen, and waited for the results. Mitsuri walked out with a bright red face and Obanai was pulling his mask up to hide his also bright red face.
Shinobu eyed Kyojuro, making a motion that obviously meant "pay up". He shook his head
"We don't know exactly what happened" he whispered to her
"Fine" Shinobu said, sounding very cocky
She walked over to Mitsuri and whispered to her, Mitsuri whispered back. Everyone trying to overhear what they were saying.
"Ugh you win Rengoku" Shinobu said very annoyed
Obanai started yelling about how they were weird for making bets and that they need to fuck off. Mitsuri just sat there and blushed like crazy after hearing they had made bets on what would happen.
No one volunteered to go next which means Tengen got to choose.
"Hmmm.." he hummed to himself as he scanned the room.
"Shinazugawa, you can go next" Tengen said
"What?! Why me?!" Sanemi protested
"Because you haven't said much of anything this whole time and I want you to have fun too" Tengen said, sounding like he was teasing Sanemi a bit.
Which he was. Sanemi grumbled a bit but took the empty bottle. He spun it and as soon as it landed on someone, Shinobu and Obanai bursted out laughing. It had landed on the one person Sanemi was praying it wouldn't land on. Giyuu Tomioka.
