•Nicole's Point of View•
It was officially the last week of my junior year. I can't wait for summer! There is gonna be some parties, me and my BFF, Collin Lloyd turn 18 on the same day We are having our party on the same day as we always do ever since we were born.
"Hey, babe" said a deep, masculine voice from behind me.
I turned around and saw my hot, senior boyfriend, Drew Matthews.
"Hi, sweetie" I said before giving him a quick kiss.
As I looked into his piercing green eyes, he asked, "Are you doing anything after school?"
As we started toward our last class that we have together. Yes, I am a nerd. Yes, I do have a geometry class with seniors. So does Colin, so I'm not the only nerd around here.
I thought about my schedule for this afternoon after school.
"Not that I know of, why?" I ask Drew.
"I am going to take you out on a date then." he responds.
"Where to?" I say curiously.
"It's a surprise." he says mysteriously
"That sounds so cliche." I say while laughing.
As we walk into the classroom I felt my phone vibrate so I pull it out to check who it's from. It's from Collin.
"Hey beautiful what's up? ;) "
I laugh because this is how Colin always is.bWe have known each other forever. I reply,
"Hey babe, I'm bored without u! ;) "
Then I see him walk into the classroom while he's laughing at the text I just sent him. He spots me in the room and smirks at me, then I catch him wink at me too. I blush and look down at my desk, embarrassed. Wait, why am I blushing?
I didn't have to much time to dwell on my reaction because the teacher, Mr. Stock, walked in and started the class.
After geometry, Drew walked me to my locker and I got all my homework together. Then we walked to his locker, both of us too engulfed in our own thoughts to have a conversation.
Then we walked out to his car, and he pulled out a blue blindfold.
"Whats that for?" I asked out of curiosity.
"Turn around." He commanded.
"Fine then, Mr. Grumpy Wumpy pants."
He chuckled, "It's for our surprise date."
"Oh well in that case, I don't want it to be a surprise anymore!" I whined.
"It's not your choice, it's mine, and I already made the choice for you." He said in a matter-of-fact tone.
"Fine, but I must say, your very lucky I like you." I said teasingly.
Suddenly I was twirled around and pulled into his muscular arms, while his arms went around my waist.
"I would hope you would like me." he whispered in my ear causing me to shiver. Then he led me inside the car and we drove off, me not knowing where we were going, and him still not telling me.
