Aastha kept glaring Shaurya and smiled secretly as the physical distance was increasing but the distance between two hearts were decreasing gradually .
He started to feel something about her . He missed her presence . Rather he would find excuses to at least talk to her. But she doesn't seem so interested and focused in her studies.
Days went by , rather for Shaurya decades went by , anokhi's last semester were finished and today she was overjoyed with happiness . She came back home and started making special dinner to celebrate . She made puri , sabzi and kheer .

Shaan : Aaj ka khana toh bht tasty bana hai.

He wanted to give her appreciation for such a delicious food but his ego refused him to do so.

She was here . Her baby pink night suit was complimenting really well today . She was looking Euphoric. He presence made me feel valuable today . Deep inside I wanted to clear all the misunderstandings related to that day.
With a hope in his heart , he initiated the conversation -
"Anokhi", he spoke softly .
No reply .
"Wo...woh.. mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai." , He continued.
"Par mujhe aapse koi baat nhi karni .", She replied while combing her hair without even looking at her .
"Par tumhe meri baat Sunni padegi ... Please." He spoke in a determined tone.
"Boliye ... Kya pata fir mauka mile na mile." , She spoke .
"Tum Aisa kyu bol rahi ho. Na tum kahi jaa rahi ho na mai. " , Shaurya replied.
She turned her gaze to meet shaurya's when he continued.
"Uss din raat ko reunion party mai tum jaisa soch rahi ho waisa kuch nhi hua tha." He spoke looking into her eyes.
"Par maine aapse uss din ke baare mai koi sawaal nhi kiya ... Fir aap ko mujhe explain kar rahe hai. Aur wese bhi mai over-react krri thi firrr....Jo bhi uss din hua mujhe uske baare mai koi baat nhi karni. Good night ." , Saying anokhi was moving towards her bed.
Suddenly Shaurya held her arm and pulled her towards him . He kept his grip tight on her arm & spoke in a determined tone .
" Jo sochna hai socho ... Bas meri baat suno... Uss din raat ko Ahir ne phone karke bulaya ki reunion party hai aaja thoda mood thik ho jayega. I swear mujhe koi idea nhi tha ki shagun bhi waha hogi aur mera uske saath koi rishta nhi hai . Mai bhool chuka hu usse so please tum uski baaton Mai mat aao. Sabko manipulate karna uski fitrat hai. Aur anniversary nahi wish karne ke liye... Mera matlab hai bhulne ke liye SORRY . I am really SORRY . Maine tumhe unknowingly hurt Kiya. " .
By the time anokhi's eyes became moist. She gathered herself and spoke ," Ok. Ab mujhe neend aa rahi hai mai sone Jaa Rahi hu."
Freeing herself from his hold she slept beside mimi. Shaurya kept staring her as why she didn't reacted anything. Shaurya also slept on mimi's other side.
In sleep , mimi held anokhi's one hand with her tiny palm and shaurya's hand with her other palm and kept their hands on her stomach . Both looked at each other and slept.
After more than 2 weeks Shaurya slept without struggling with his thoughts thinking he cleared misunderstandings from his side.

Aaj finally sukoon ki neend aaygi ... Kal chutti bhi le li ... Ab toh aur subah tak sounga ... Kal araam se uthunga ...

He slept with a smile plastered on his face .
It was the day before karwachauth. Anokhi and Aastha have finished all the household chores and were getting ready for shopping .
All the time Shaurya was playing with mimi and was having fun with her. At 4pm, While Aastha was getting ready in her room , anokhi was getting ready in mimi's room and Shaurya who was already ready started readying mimi in her room.

"Princess konsa frock pehnegi . Pink or blue.", He asked enthuastically.

Deep inside he felt sad that she didn't argued with him rather gave up on argument herself .

Mai nahi jaanti humare naseeb mai kya likha hai . Bas itna jaanti hu ki hum kabhi ek nahi ho sakte . Jo baat mai ek saal se realize nahi kar paayi woh baat mujhe uss din samajh aa gayi aur ab mai khudko aapse door hi rakhungi . Mai nhi chahti meri wajah se aap ko koi aur pareshaani ho.
They reached mall where Shaan Aastha and mimi were already present. They did shopping till 7 . Anokhi made Shaurya to carry all the bags while she was busy shopping with Aastha and mimi . Shaan left for office in his car as he got an important work .
Outside the mall , Shaurya kept all bags in car and all went to DESERT ZONE (Shop's name) to have something to eat.

Anokhi makes mimi sit in car and gives her phone to her . She plays game while anokhi gives an excuse to mimi and comes back to shagun.
Anokhi, Shaurya, Aastha and Shagun outside ice-cream parlour -
Anokhi : Tum yaha kya kar rhi ho?
Shagun : Abhi toh kaha... Apni bacchi se milne aayi hu .
Aastha : Itne saalon se bacchi ki yaad nhi aayi ... Aur ab achanak se...
Shaurya : Meri beti se door raho
Shagun : Humari Shaurya - meri aur tumhari . Mai uski maa hhu aur naa ki kal ki aayi anokhi.
"Tumhari aise bolne ki himmat bhi kese huyi. "(Shaurya shouted.)
Aastha : Mimi Shaurya aur anokhi ki beti hai... Samjhi tum .
Shagun : Anokhi ... Anokhi.... Anokhi 😆 ye woh anokhi hai jiske saath arrange marriage ke naam pe ek bachhi ki maa bana diya jo filhall khud ek student hai. Woh sab toh chodiye ... Ise to Shaurya ne aaj tak Good morning bhi wish nahi Kiya hoga .... Aur kaha bechari Sochi hogi ki shaadi ke baad mera pati prince charming hoga .. jo mujhe movies aur date pe leke jaayega... Yaha toh dono chaar kadam bhi sath Mai chalne mai ladkhadate hai... BECHARI ... MUJHE TARAS AATA HAI TUMPE, REGRET KARRI HOGI APNA SHAADI KA DECISION.😂 (She laughed viciously.)
Anokhi's eyes became moist. She was not able to process what shagun just spoke.
Aastha : Agar ek aur shabd tumne meri Bahu ke baare mai kaha toh mujhse bura koi nhi hoga.... GET LOST.
Shagun moved out from there smiling viciously.
Anokhi silently sat beside mimi in back seat.
Aastha and Shaurya glared each other and sat in the car.
SHAURYA drove the car to home.
After reaching home , anokhi ran to her study room and after 1 hour she came out to prepare dinner only to find that dinner was already prepared by Aastha and that too her favorite dishes . She changed and started working on laptop.
During dinner time :
Shaan : Anokhi beta tum thik toh ho na ?
"Haa papa mujhe kya hua hai " she replied with a smile.
"Don't lie anokhi", Shaan said.
"Mai bilkul thik hu .. mimi yaha hai please aaplog khaane par dhyan dijiye." Anokhi replied.
Aastha : Anokhi mai bol rahi thi ki kal ke vrat se tumhe koi aitraaz nhi hai na
Anokhi : Nhi maa... Mujhe kyu aitraaz hoga
Aastha : Nh..nhi woh...
Anokhi : Maa mujhe khushi hogi ye vrat rakhne se... Aur mai subah 4 baje uth bhi jaungi... Don't worry.
Aastha : Thike☺️
After sometime, everyone finished dinner.
Shaurya slept with mimi while anokhi was in her study room till 1 am.
Anokhi was sobbing and crying hard . She reminisced the moment when shagun tormented her as just a mother and a daughter in law of the house. She knew that he would never accept her , still she just wanted to befriend with him. She was crying and crying.
ANOKHI POV :
Meri mimi mujhe bohot pyari hai . Uske bina toh ab ek din bhi nhi bitta . Saas - sasur nhi maa aur papa mile h . Sab mujhse kitta pyar karte hai. Par mujhe bhi apni marriage life se koi expectations hogiiii.... I know maine decide kar liya h ki ab mai unse dur hi rahungi lekin kyaa ek baar bhi unhone mujhe miss nhi .
Do din ke koyi doggie paal le usse kitta lagaav ho jaata h lekin m...mai toh ek saal se bhi j...jy...jyada. kyuuuu ... Nhi rehna mujhe pata nhi kyu b...but I am just feeling uninterested about my life.
Sab kuch chodkar bhaag jaane ka mann kar raha h... But then meri mimi ,.maaa aur papa ... Nhi mai sirf apne faayde ke liye unhe kaise bhool jau. Shaurya bhaad mai jaaye unki ex- wife I don't care...
She slept in study room itself .
Uhhh... Finally it's done ... With 2600+ words .
So how was this chapter...??
