The gang head to Hollywood to meet Scooby's cousin Scooby-Dee whose starring in a big budget remake of the late Milo Booth's horror classic, "The Phantom of Dixie,". But the film's production appears to be cursed when the ghost of Milo appears and warns them to cease production on the film, or else!

The gang join the new racing kids on campus and their special vehicle in the annual Crystal Cove Drag Race event. But the other racers and their cars begin disappearing when a mysterious and creepy fog rolls in along with the ghost of a long dead racer who died during a big race.

A short detour through the Ozark mountains leads to the mystery involving a frightening witch that haunts the woods and the townspeople.

The gang go on a fancy cruise where a professor is attending a science show about time travel, that is then interrupted by a mutant krill that begins a rampage on the ship, but why?
