The party was fucking boring. You sighed and downed your beer, smiling at the fellow party goers.

You wanted to go for a smoke, but first, you needed to relieve your bladder.

Your head hurt, you were too gone to bother to knock.

The sight that met you was a pretty girl having what looked like an identity crisis staring at herself in the mirror.

You stood awkwardly and stared.

"Everything okay?" You asked. Your words melting into each other.

The girl was clearly drunk. "noiminlovewithsomeoneihavenochancewith" her words were slurred you could not understand her.

"Umm.... wanna have a smoke with me?"

You could really not deal with people you did not know crying,

"Why would you want to have a smoke with me I'm all weepy. Steve says I am a terrible drunk and that when I drunk I just can't shut my mouth any more than when I am sober, you know? So it probably is not a good idea for me to be having a smoke with a pretty girl in my current state of mind, because I will probably end up spilling all my secrets to you."

She was babbling and blushing and talking with her hands. You were to inebriated to deal with that.

You grabbed both of her hands so that she stopped moving them.

"Just stop, stop, and come have a smoke with me."

She nodded, her cheeks deepening in a beautiful red color. She had freckles all over, even in her arms. Where did the freckles stop?

You stopped that train of thought. It was not healthy and would only bring you heaps of trouble.

The girl probably needed a friend at the moment, not some girl wondering If her freckles were all over....

The girl meanwhile, was having thoughts along the same genre.

You were so pretty, in your white mini skirt, and pink top. Your lips glossed and plump, looking so kissable, your perfectly manicured hand in hers as you led her outside.

You basically skipped to the only lone lawn chair in the patio.

You led her to sit, and she babbled and babbled, she wanted to be a gentleman and give you the seat, but you were done.

You gave her your best puppy dog eyes that always worked on everyone.

The girl blushed and sat, "But where will you sit?"

You sat on the grass, her legs opened so you leaned in between them. You rested your head on her inner thigh and you could swear her breath hitched.

There was a lawn table, which had a dirty ash tray. Perfect.

You took out your Marlboro and lighter.

You placed a cigarette between your lips and lit it, inhaling deeply, letting the smoke collect in your lungs.

"What is your name?"

"Robin, Robin Buckley."

"Well Robin, Robin Buckley, my name is y/n, l/n."

Robin's chin trembled and her blue eyes shimmered with tears.

"Robin, Robin, why do you cry."

"You are so fucking pretty." Robin laughed, as tears streamed down her face.

You panicked, her eyes were glistening, she looked so pretty.

"Here Robin, don't cry, have a cigarette."

"You are shit at comforting people."

You handed her the cigarette with a smile in your face "And you are shit at drinking."

"Yea well."

"What has got you all fired up?"

"Well, I think it is best I don't talk about it, because if it talk about it with you I will probably hate myself in the morning. Plus Steve would go crazy when I tell him all about you."

That had you frowning, "Who is Steve? Is he your boyfriend?"

Robin snorted. "God no. He's my best friend, he is just chick crazy and when I tell him all about the beautiful girl who dresses like a barbie doll he will go ballistic."

She babbled on about something or other, but you could only focus on the fact that she called you beautiful "Awe, Robin, you think I am beautiful."

Robin snorted. "What no, totally not."

You frowned, your lips pursing. Robin hated seeing any expression on you that wasn't a smile so she quickly backtracked. "I mean I do, I just did not want to admit that, because what if I make you uncomfortable you know? Like you are so pretty, it hurts, and I am drunk, and babbling, and I have a way of not being able to shut up when I am nervous or around pretty girls. No! I mean, not just girls, boys too. Not girls, only boys. Shit! Fuck! I mean-"

To shut her up you placed the cigarette back on her lips. "It's okay Robin, your secret is safe with me."

You guessed at what she was trying to hide, but it was something you understood. And Robin's chin trembled, and her eyes shone with unshed tears.

"No, no, no. Don't cry Robin, It's alright."

You stood up and leaned down, wiping her tears with your fingers.

"It's just that you are being so nice to me and I am being so weepy and depressive, and oh god. I am literally crying to one of the most pretty girls I have ever met. God I really need to shut up, but it's like my mouth has a brain of it's own, and I really really need to shut up before I make an embarrassment of myself." Robin whined. Her words slurring together

She could only stare at you, your hair tied in white ribbons, your white eye make up making your eyes shine, your skin glowing under the moonlight. Your shirt was was loose, but your skirt, your skirt was riding up your delicious thighs as you rested your hands in her legs, and she shook, because anyone could walk behind you and look at the skirt riding up your ass, and she was weirdly possessive of you.

Fuck she had it bad, and the only thing you had done was smile at her with your kissable lips, and your beautiful eyes, and your wild hair.

And she was bursting into tears again.

She cried harder when you sat on her lap, the cloak of the night covering you from peering eyes, as you wiped her tears away one by one.

"Shh, Robin, it's alright, it's going to be alright."

You wrapped your arms around her and she was gone. Melting into your arms.

"Shit, you really are a depressive drunk." You giggled as you ran your hand through her short locks, she shuddered and let out a soft moan. She blushed hard.

"Robin, Robin, do you like it when I play with your hair."

She shook her head, embarrassed, "Don't lie Robin, or I will stop playing with your hair."

She scrunched her face and hid it in the crook of your neck.

"Tell me, pretty girl. Why do you cry?"

"It doesn't matter now, I should probably keep it to myself, it's just I am always in love with someone who I never have a chance with."

Before she could continue babbling, you interrupted her. "I don't believe you Robin, you are so pretty, and sweet, and funny, I don't believe you never have a chance with the boys you love."

"Boys." Robin snorted. Was she that drunk? Really? To be confessing secrets to a stranger.

"Okay Robin, I think it's time I get you home."

You knew it was wrong but you wanted her safe, away from the prying eyes.

You sat up and yanked Robin by her arm.

"Where are you taking us? I would literally follow you anywhere, but it is nice to know where we are going." She was stuttering, and her words were slurring together.

You pushed her into the front seat of your car.

You got into the driver's seat, and..... Robin was asleep.

Shit.

You tried to wake her up but she mumbled some incoherent nonsense.

So she was gone. The next best thing was taking her to your house, but you did not know who she had come to the party with, plus tomorrow was Sunday, thankfully, you remembered your family was gone for the weekend.

So you did the best you could to drive safely to your house, you drove slow, did your best to not get pulled over.

Finally you were home.

At this point, Robin was snoring.

You got out of the driver's seat and walked around your car towards her, opening her door.

"Come on pretty bird, let's get you to bed."

You yanked at her arm and her eyes opened slightly.

"Just cooperate with me and we will get you to a nice nice bed, don't you want to sleep in a bed Robin?"

She made some unintelligible sounds, but she must have understood, because she cooperated, she could mostly carry her own weight so it wasn't so much of a struggle.

You got her into your bed, and it was lights out after,

She moaned as she shifted in your bed, and you clenched your jaw, you were too drunk for that shit.

You took a pillow and a blanket from your queen sized bed and went downstairs to sleep in the couch.

You stayed awake mostly, the alcohol making it difficult for you to fall asleep.

There was a recording in your brain of her.

Fuck

You had brought her into your house.

Into your room.

You remembered her moans, her innocent moans which you sexualized, god you were no better than a man. Could your brain literally just stop for a while?

Robin awoke with a headache, she awoke in a really comfortable bed, which was weird because her bed was shit.

How had she got here? Did Steve know where she was? Where was she?

Fragments of the night with you came back to her and Robin Groaned, pretty sure she had revealed most of her secrets to you. But you were so nice, she remembered, you were so pretty.

She rubbed her eyes as she sat up. She was still in her clothes from last night.

She had gotten all your bed dirty, how embarrassing for her.

You entered at the perfect time, knocking on the bedroom door.

"Good morning sleeping beauty."

"Good morning y/n"

"How about some breakfast? How do you feel Robin?"

Your lips were pursed and you frowned as you took her in. You were in pajama pants and a white t- shirt. No bra. Did you want to kill her?

You had clothes in your hands. For her.

She fought to maintain eye contact. You smiled at her struggle.

Robin closed her mouth, not wanting her morning breath to get out, she was dirty, and you looked freshly showered.

"Can you lend me your shower?" She did not want to overstep any boundaries, but she could not bare to be dirty when you were clean.

You smiled. "Of course robin! I have an extra toothbrush if you want, to get all the liquor breath gone!"

Robin smiled at your grin, "yeah, thanks. Hey about last night..."

"How about we talk over breakfast once you showered?"

Robin nodded. You led her to the bathroom and placed the toothbrush, and the change of clothes on her hands.

"Alright, I will be downstairs when you are done!"

You don't know what got into you but you reached to pinch her cheek. Her eyes opened wide and her cheeks colored a beautiful pink. You smiled and skipped downstairs.

──────── ✧ ────────

Robin in your clothes was not a sight you knew you needed. But you did. They were a little loose on her, but that made her look all cuddly.

"Shit, you cook?"

"Yeah!" You smiled.

Robin nodded. Accepting the fact that you could not get any more perfect in her eyes.

You placed two plates on the breakfast table and motioned at her to sit with you.

"So." She started, nervously.

"So?" you pursed your lips to keep yourself from smiling at her anxiety.

"Yesterday, I kind of went a little loose lipped, and I spilled some secrets, or maybe not spilled, more than insinuated, my secrets, but I just wanted to-"

"Robin, Robin, it's alright. I swear, no worries. I will keep your secrets."

Robin nodded solemnly. "But it... it doesn't bother you?"

"What? That you like girls?"

Robin hid her face in her hands, the fact that you said it out loud made it worse.

You laughed. "I swear Robin, I don't care? So what if you like boobs?" You said between bites of your breakfast.

"Please stop?" Robin was squirming. You loved making her uncomfortable.

"Stop what? Saying boobies?"

"Yes!"

Her voice was delicious, you loved it when she babbled, her raspy voice making your stomach burst with butterflies.

"So Robin, tell me about Steve."

"Oh, it's just this guy I work with, we have been through a lot together, but anyway, that is all in the past. We work together in Family Video. He's the best friend I have ever had, he and  I had the crush on the same girl. Anyway I envied him, but we went through a ton of shit together, so yea."

She stopped herself abruptly, conscious of the way she spoke a lot. She was really insecure about her babbling.

"Why'd you stop?"

"Hmm?"

"Stop, stop talking, why did you stop?"

"Oh well, everyone always complains that I talk to much, but I can't really control myself, once I start, I cannot stop, and anyway, I don't want to annoy you, or bore you with all the gory details of my life." She smiled.

She smiled while putting herself down, and you found it unacceptable.

"I like it when you babble, I love your voice, it's raspy and beautiful."

Robin blushed red. "Oh thank you."

She played around with the food for a while, you just stared at her, why did you stare at her? Was there something wrong with her? Robin wondered.

"Do I have something in my chin?" Robin frowned.

"No."

"Oh."

"Why?"

"Nothing, it's just you were staring at me, and I was wondering if I had something smeared in my face, that would be embarrassing."

"No, Robin, I just like staring at you."

"Oh."

"Yeah." You smiled.

Robin sat up abruptly.

"I really don't want to overstay my welcome."

"It's alright Robin, my family won't be in until late at night, you can stay until you want."

"I really can't, you see, I find myself babbling around you and if I stay I might say something stupid and I don't want to ruin what I think will make a good friendship. See? Why did I say that?"

"Well Robin, I think this will make a good friendship. And as a good friend I will accept you and everything embarrassing you have to say about yourself, I swear I won't judge you. I consider myself a good friend. And good friends don't leave each other for embarrassing shit." You grinned at her.

She loved your smile, she would do anything to keep it there, even if it meant ridiculing herself.

"Yes, alright, but I really need to get going, I did not come home, and my parent's will be worried, and I went to the party with Steve, and left with you, and-"

"Robin, it's okay I understand."

You smiled and cleared the table. She awkwardly offered to help, but you refused.

You walked her to the entrance.

"Well, bye." She wrung her hands, not really wanting to say goodbye to you, wanting to see you again.

"Bye Robin." You sing-songed, and as she left, you grabbed her by the arm and gave her kiss on the cheek that had her breath hitching, and a stuttered thank you whispered by her. You smiled and closed the door behind her.

She worked at Family Video, perfect, you knew what your Monday afternoon would be spent doing
