A White Painted Room

Your soul is like
a white painted room
of which you had the colour pencils
and the crayons too
But you were scared that you will mess it up
that you will fail
So you gave your crayons away
to the people you didn't know
and you let them paint a picture
while you didn't paint a stroke

And now you are lost
in some other person's fantasy
You are lost
in some other person's dream
You were too scared to try
and now you are just copying
from the people, you gave the crayons to

Its time you understand
and take your crayon in hand
and paint a picture you like
and paint a picture you want

So come on
take the crayons you gave
and bring in some white paint
because to paint a picture like
you'll have to paint the others white
