Narrative Pov.

"Leftovers again...?" Duncan sighed while he sat at a table in the middle of the cafeteria, poking at his food with a fork as he had no one else to sit with. In truth, Y/N was the only friend Duncan had at the agency's school of excellence despite being the director, or as the other pupils like to call him, the principal. "Duncan cum-can!" A loud voice exclaimed as he heard a pair of footsteps approach him. Duncan didn't bother turning to the voice because he already knew who it was. "Hey! I'm talking to you shitbird!" A hand slapped the back of his head, making his body shift forward in his seat as he tried not to show that it hurt, even though it did. "Hey! He's talking to you, you fucking idiot!" And before he knew it, his whole face was smashed into his leftovers that were idly sitting on his tray, smearing onto his shirt and lap. He wiped it off but the bullies didn't stop there and continued to call him names while the other students secretly laughed at him while others felt sympathetic for him. The bullies just laughed and eventually walked away, with the last one elbowing the back of his head. "They've been doing this since I came here. Why me?" Duncan asked himself as he watched them walk off, but Duncan quickly thought that he might be let off the hook if he explains why he did what he's about to Y/N that he might be let off the hook. Enraged, Duncan grabbed his tray and ran to the group of bullies who turned around and failed to perceive the oncoming attack. In a matter of seconds, Duncan slapped the metallic tray against their noses, making them bleed. He ended his ambush by slamming the tray against their faces repeatedly, knocking them all out cold, all except for the leader who looked at Duncan furiously while holding his bleeding nose. "Fuck you." Duncan said, stepping his foot into his face, knocking him senseless. The other students just silently praised him while he was escorted out of the cafeteria by security.

Y/N's Pov.

I arrived at the bank where I had gotten the call that someone broke in, although at first glance there are no signs of anyone breaking in, there were no news vans parked outside and there were no cops around, so how is the bank getting robbed in any way? However, I quickly realized that they didn't call the 1273RCPD, they called us, which means that the perpetrator must be someone who's on our level. "Man, at this time of the day? it seems as though I can never catch a break from these people, let's just hope to god it's a normal kind of criminal." I said, taking my card and swiping it on the agency's key scanner next to the door and it clicked open. I push the door forward and walk inside, closing it.

At first, everything seemed alright, but as I came to the receptionist's desk, there was a body of a security guard lying there. "Crap. Better hope he's okay." I said, climbing over the desk and crouching down beside his body, placing my index and middle finger just under his jaw and beside his windpipe, nothing. I pressed the skin lightly and then finally a pulse arrived. A good thing on the burglar's side was that there still was a pulse, if he was dead then whoever they are gonna wind up on our watchlist for good.

"Let's just get this bastard, whoever they may be." I said, popping my knuckles as I advanced down to the safe underneath the bank. After I finally reached the vault, I saw that the vault's door was wide open, the blue light from inside illuminated a square-shaped cyan shadow on the wall across from the door. I sighed, hearing the loud fumbling coming from the vault which meant that the burglar was still inside. "Alright, let's get to this. Just take them down to the agency's jail cell and bring them to justice. No big deal." I mumbled to myself, prepping up whenever I was going to charge into the vault, but because I wanted to avoid letting them escape if they knew I was coming I stealthily entered the vault and aimed my gun around before I quickly retreated.

"What the hell?" I peeked out from the corner of the vault's door and saw the perpetrator inside was a new criminal I hadn't seen before. As I watched her from my hiding spot, She was holding an AK-9 and was bashing the heel of it into the glass containers containing numerous stacked bills and throwing them onto a duffel bag that was sitting on top of a cart in the center of the vault.

Hopefully, we can become friends like the other two gals in my life. "How did she get passed the motion sensors though? And what the hell is she doing with a diamond?" I asked myself while watching the beautiful arctic vixen gaze at the diamond in her hand, placing the AK-9 into the duffel bag.

"Excuse me, ma'am?" I decided to make myself known to this unfamiliar criminal that I have never seen before. She gasped and quickly turned to me, reaching into her duffel bag and pulling out the AK-9, and aiming it at my head. "Who are you?!" She asked me, softly placing the diamond into her duffle bag while also keeping her sights on me. "My name is Y/N L/N. I'm the director of an agency that specializes in hunting criminals like you." I told her, and she seemed somewhat perplexed. "You...you haven't heard of us?" I asked her, wanting to make sure she knew who we were but to my surprise, she jerks her head while still keeping the gun pointed to my head.

"Aren't you gonna tell me your name?" I asked her, lowering my gun and she slowly started to lower her gun and offer a soft smile. "Celestyna Nikonova." She said in a very beautiful Russian accent which I failed to register. "What are you doing here Celestyna?" I asked her, holstering my gun back into my pocket after Celestyna lowered her gun back into her duffel bag. "Stealing this." She said, pulling the diamond back out and rotating it in her hand. "Well, I'm sorry Celestyna but I'm gonna have to take that away from you--" "And why must you do that?" She said, pulling it away when I tried to reach for it.

"Because I must keep criminals from stealing from places like banks or casinos. Although casinos are excusable because those fucking places are one big fucking scam." I said and Celestyna's eyes widened, a smile forming on her lips as her ears perked up along with her tail swishing around happily. "Thank you for the advice glupyy chelovek!" She said as she threw the diamond back into her duffle bag and tried to make a break for it but I stopped her, simply catching her in my arms like a bride. "Please put me down, ili ya otkushu tvoyu chertovu mordu." She demanded and I did. Taking a closer look at her, she was somewhat smaller than Shiro and Charlotte. She had to be either a 5'11 or a 6'0.

I found it funny how she was saying things in Russian when I understood perfect Russian myself. I decided to discourage her a bit from running off with the diamond so I cleared my throat and said in perfect Russian, "Znayesh, tebe deystvitel'no nuzhno sledit za tem, chto ty govorish." Her reaction was rather priceless. "Russkiy?" She asked me and I shook my head to which she frowns at. I guess she was expecting to run into another Russian.

"No. I'm...actually I don't know but I know for a fact that I'm not Russian. The first memories I had were here in America." I told her and she nodded, crossing her arms and in the process pushing her breasts out to make them appear larger which was most likely done to persuade me into letting her go, but that was not needed because I was going to let her go on the condition that she doesn't steal again, although I knew she would break it and return nights later. "You're lucky human. I never could enjoy American freedom until now. Moscow was not as interesting and I hear there is plenty to steal here in America." She said, her Russian accent still sounding as beautiful as she is.

"So why come here?" I asked her and she shrugged, "As I said, America has better pickings. Plus, I didn't exactly like the snow. I've always wanted to...feel...what it is like to be in the summer sun. To feel the sunlight on my fur." She replied, her tail slowly wooshing around behind her. "Uh, Okay? Well, look, I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to take that diamond away from you--" "You can try." She hissed, blocking my hand. "Celestyna. Don't do this." I said and she quickly jabbed me in the chest and then sweep kicked me off the ground, my head banging against the metal ground.

"YA nadeyus' snova uvidet' tebya." She said as she ran out of the vault I quickly got up and catch up to her, but to my surprise, she was a whole lot faster than I anticipated. "Jesus Christ! Oh don't tell me, she's got super speed, doesn't she?" I groaned as her speed began to increase and her legs were moving at a pace that not even anthros can reach. She bolted out the door at the end of the hallway and I tried to chase her as fast as I could, but she was just so fucking fast. She let out a victorious chuckle as she reached the main entrance, and I knew it was only a matter of seconds before she got away. "Fuck. I have to do it." I said, taking out a small canister and throwing it at her legs, and when they came near the canister exploded and a wire wrapped itself around her legs, incapacitating her to the ground.

"You were saying?" I smugly asked, picking up the duffel bag and zipping it open to reveal the diamond stacked above a wad of tied up money. "Jeez! Not even Shiro or Charlotte could get this much! When did you--Matter of fact, how the hell did you get all of this?" I asked her, putting the duffel bag's strap over my shoulder. "Well? What will you do? Take me to jail?" She asked me and I shook my head.

"No. But, because I finally have what I tried to get back, I'm just gonna let you go." I said, snapping the wires off of her ankles and placing them back into my coat. "Really? That's it? Nothing else? Just that?" She asked me and I nodded, walking past her but a quick hug from behind stopped me. "Thank you." Celestyna whispered, hugging her arms around my neck as I tried to balance myself while standing. "Don't mention it. I should arrest you but, I was taught to give people second chances. And next time will be your second chance. Don't waste it all on trying to get a quick buck Celestyna. It's not worth it. I'm trying to rehabilitate these two other lady friends of mine and I think I'll add you to the list, but for now, we'll keep quiet about this. You're gonna keep quiet about me letting you go, and I'm going to keep quiet about letting you go." I told her as I exited the bank, and as I walked down the steps, I heard paw padding behind me.

"Will I get to see you again?" She asked me as we both finally stopped at the end of the stairs. "Why? You got a little crush on me now?" I asked her, smirking at her and she huffed, crossing her arms, pushing her breasts out to make them larger. "No! I just...well, since I came to America, I had no one to talk to but you. In fact, you're the only person here who I had a long conversation with instead of just pickpocketing and making off with whatever they have." She said and the fact that she added that last part was enough for me to discretely check my pockets in case anything went missing, but thankfully everything was still there as it should be.

"So, what were you before you came to America?" I asked her, both of us absentmindedly starting to walk down the street while suddenly just entering into a normal conversation as if we were old friends. "I was a russian spy. Still am...kinda. The whole spy business wasn't paying me as much so I left Russia. After leaving the agency I worked for, I came here, and I just started gathering all I could to make a living. I just want to try and live a normal life." She said, lowering her ears and her tail and I couldn't help but feel sorry for her.

When she told me her life story, I felt awful. "Damn. Sorry to hear that Celestyna. I didn't know..." But I do know what it's like. I was abandoned by my real parents, was left at an orphanage and got adopted by a nobleman and now I'm taking his place. Shit has not been real smooth for me ever since I was born. The very first memories of my childhood all started at the orphanage where I grew up in.

"Hang on. Here, just take it." I said, stopping and unzipping the duffel bag and simply taking the diamond and leaving her with the rest of the stacks of bills inside. "Why?" She asked me, looking at me with a puzzled expression. "Why what?" I asked her and she placed a finger on my chest, "How can you be so nice all of the time? To us? To criminals?" She asked me and I shook my head. "it's not about being nice. It's about doing what's write. Not all criminals are bad Celestyna. There are those who do need money, not for themselves, but for their loved ones or people they care about. And you're one of them. Shiro is one of them, and so is Charlotte." She said and she looked confused at the mention of Shiro and Charlotte. "Remember the lady friends I told you about?" I asked her and she gasped and immediately nodded in understanding of who they were now.

However, as I was about to walk away, she jumped onto and placed a kiss on my lips, smearing her black lipstick onto my lips. "Mmm!" I let out a muffled scream as she immediately pushed herself away. "Thank you!" She said, giving me one final peck before disappearing into the night. "Well shit. Does everyone like me now? I thought everyone hated me but it seems as though I'm just getting the best of it." I sighed, facepalming myself as I just decide to end the day by just handing the diamond over to the police so they can return it for themselves.

(Timeskip)

A few hours later after I turned in the diamond to the police, I was just taking a small stroll around the 1273 Rockefeller Mall, not knowing what else to do for the day. I was just thinking to myself amidst the loud conversations of the other customers, mixed with the classic holler from the little kid in the distance. I had my hands buried deep into my pockets while absentmindedly staring down at the ground.

"Hey there sugarplum! Where've you've been all this time?" A sweet seductive voice came by my side and I looked to my side and smiled, seeing Charlotte appear beside me wearing a dark purple business suit that showed off her voluptous figure which I could see some guys looking at her out of the corner of my eyes. "I've missed you baby~." She giggled, putting an arm around my waist as we both walked alongside each other albeit too closely.

I had my arm placed on her shoulder just to get those guys staring at her off of her back. "So, what have you been up to all this time?" She asked me, pressing her boobs against the side of my chest and I couldn't help but blush a bit, not only that but her too-close-for-comfort behavior started to attract some pretty envious stares from both humans and anthros. "Still, I'm just glad I ran into you. I needed someone to talk to, well, to distract me to be honest with you." I told her and she flashed her eyelashes at me, "Yeah. I can understand that. It gets so lonely nowadays without someone who you can spend time with~." She said this as she leaned her head on my shoulder, and the envious stares didn't seem to go away, but I digress anyway.

"Still, if you don't mind me asking, what have you've been up to since you left highschool? Oh, by the way, I'm still kind of upset that you left." I said, telling her the truth and she seemed upset too, but I can tell she was upset with herself because she knew how much it would hurt her students for leaving. "I know, and I understand why you're still having doubts about forgiving me, but you have to understand that I had no choice. And, well, I've just got into the whole heist planning gig. Pulling off jewelry store robberies, bank robberies, you know, that sort of thing." She said casually, as if she didn't just rob so many places all throughout the whole fucking country.

"Still, there is something I've been meaning to ask you. Where's my surprise?" I asked her and she gasped, smirking at me and booping the tip of my nose. "You'll get it soon~."
