2 WEEKS LATER
Its been 2 weeks since louis took grace to take the DNA test and were at the courthouse
"louis we are in courtroom 14" the attorney says
"ok lets go I think I see harry and his family" louis says as they walk in to the courtroom and go to sit down
"case of styles vs Tomlinson case number LS07230928 parties please step forward" the bailiff says as louis his attorney and harry and his attorney walk forward and sit down where they are told as the judge walks in the court room and sits down
"have you all been sworn in" the judge asks
"yes your honor" everyone says at the same time "we are here to determine paternity of minor child gracelynn rose Tomlinson and establish custody agreement"
"yes your honor" louis and harry say at the same time
"so before we begin lets get the DNA test results out of the way" the judge says as he opens the envelope "according the the DNA test results harry Edward styles is 100% the father of minor child gracelynn rose Tomlinson with no room for error" the judge says as harry smiles as a tear falls
"thank you your honor" harry says with a wide smile
"no problem lets continue" the judge says "we are here as well to determine custody agreement for the minor child"
"yes your honor" harry and louis says at the same time
"Does the minor child lives with the mother or father"
"Mother" louis attorney answers
"is the child in daycare and who pays for the childs medical expenses" the judge asks
"the minor is not in daycare mr tomlinsons neighbor takes care of her while mr Tomlinson is at work and mr Tomlinson pays for her medical coverage" louis attorney says
"how much does mr Tomlinson pay for child care and medical cost" the judge asks
"your honor mr Tomlinson doesn't pay for childcare as the nanny is a very rich older lady that doesn't need any money she watches the minor because it keeps her busy as per the sign affidavit we presented to the court signed by the babysitter herself" louis attorney says " as for medical expenses mr Tomlinson pays $200 a month for the minor child alone"
"well mr Tomlinson you are very fortunate to have a nanny that doesn't charge you" the judge says
"I know ms Barbara fell in love with my daughter the moment she met her and hasn't left her side" louis says
"has the minor child met mr styles" the judge asks
"yes your honor" louis attorney answers as louis raises his hand
"yes mr Tomlinson" the judge asks
"your honor mr styles has met my daughter and in that time he only has seen her once and that was a month ago your honor if mr styles is serious of being in her life he needs to be consistant and not in and out of her life he will not play with her feelings for a week straight my daughter would ask about her hawwy and I had to tell her that he was working the sadness and disappointment in her face was heartbreaking you honor please I want mr styles to be part of her life and not just when its convenient for him" louis says "or I will come back and fight all of this again and keep him away from her forever"
"mr styles" the judge asks
"im sorry" harry says with tears in his eye
"no your apologize mean nothing to me your promises mean nothing to me just be there for her" louis says crying
"your honor this last month I have been seeing a therapist and I want to be part of my daughters life" harry says
"ok mr styles well we will take a 15 minute recess so I can go thru all the documents and make my ruling" the judge says as he stands up and walks out of the room as everyone walks out of the courtroom and harry walks to louis

"I haven't been coming to see grace because I started to see a therapist because I was scared to fail as a father" harry says
"its not that you don't come over and see her but its you didn't even call me to tell me and to see my baby sad she is so attached to you and so quick this isn't about me and you its about her" louis says
"im sorry I feel a lot better and have worked thru a lot of things and am ready to be the father she needs" harry says
"I hope so because I am not going thru this anymore" louis says
"you wont" harry says "I will prove to you that you and grace are all that I want"
"same shit you told before and here we are" louis says
"we are back" the bailiff says as they all walk back into the courtroom and take their seats again as the judge walks into the courtroom and sits down
"I have my ruling" the judge says "I am award louis William Tomlinson and harry Edward styles joint custody of said minor child gracelynn rose Tomlinson I will have harry Edward styles pay for the minors medical expenses effective immediately I will also order mr styles to pay mr tomlisnon $20,000 in monthly child support and when the minor child starts school if you all want to come back we can modifiy the agreement I am also awarding mr styles to have minor child every other weekend to be picked up on thrusday night and drop off Monday night at a location that you both can agree on"
"I am ok to drop off at his house of he is ok to drop off at my house" louis says
"I can agree to that" harry says
"well I would say at a public location I think a police station would be more ideal" the judge says
"ok we can do that" harry says
"I agree with that as well" louis says
"I will make all this effective next week" the judge says
"we agree" louis and harry say at the same time
"mr styles also when the minor child is in your care you will need to provide mr Tomlinson you will need to give mr Tomlinson the child care facility that you will be taking the minor child" the judge says
"umm your honor I was hoping to have ms Barbara come to my house and watch her there, I have known her since I was a teenager" harry says
"well then never mind" the judge says with a small laugh "mr Tomlinson are you in agreement with this agreement"
"yes your honor" louis says
"mr styles"
"yes your honor" harry says
"ok well the ruling will be filed today and your attorneys will received finalized court records in 30 days" the judge says
"thank you your honor" the attorneys say at the same time
"you all are dismissed" the judge says as they walk out of the court room
"louis can I spend time with grace today" harry asks
"umm sure pick her up from barbaras apartment" louis says "I will call her and tell her I think she wants to talk to you as well
"umm ok thank you" harry says as he walks away with his parents
"are you ok son" anne asks
"yeah just I have made so many mistakes I don't think he will ever forgive me" harry says
"well focus on the baby did he let you pick her up" robin asks
"yeah he is calling barb and I pick her up at her apatrment" harry says
"well lets get going and pick her up I want to spend time with her as well" anne says as they leave and drive to barbaras apartment and knock at the door
"eddie anne robin come in louis said you are pickin up grace" Barbara says
"yeah well I wanted to talk to talk to you as well and ask that when I have grace if you can stay at my house and watch her I mean it would be Friday and Mondays I can do the weekend since u don't work" harry says
"of course I would love that" Barbara says
"thank you I mean I can pay you" harry says
"Of couse not I don't charge louis and I wont charge you I love spending time with her" Barbara says
"and if there are days you cant I can do it" anne says
"ok" Barbara says "just make sure to let louis know who has her"
"I know I don't want him to hate me even more" harry says
"he doesn't hate you he is disappointed in you that you told him you were going to come see her and you didn't harry I know its none of my business but don't play with that babys heart and feelings she doesn't deserve that harry I love gracie like she was my own granddaughter I love her so much and if you are going to be in her life make sure you don't break her heart because I cant handle her asking about you as she cried her self to sleep" Barbara says " harry I love you like my own son but what you have done to grace and louis is something that I don't understand why you would play with their feelings"
"im sorry Barbara but I want grace in my life and eventually I want louis back but I know I have a lot of work to do and a lot to prove" harry says
"I believe you" Barbara says
"where is gracie" anne asks
"she is taking a nap" Barbara says "let me get her"
"ok" harry says as Barbara getes up and gets gracie and she hands her to harry "hey princess daddy is here and will never let you go" harry says into graces ear as he places a kiss on her cheek as Barbara gives harry her overnight back
"louis said if you want you can keep her over night and bring her back tomorrow he usually gets home at 6" Barbara says
"I will bring her at 6" harry says
'are you going to work tomorrow" Barbara asks
"no I am taking the day off" harry says
"ok if you need my help I will be home all day" Barbara says
"we better get going thank you for today" harry says as he hugs Barbara as they walk out of her apartment and get to harrys car as they drive to his house and soon walk into his house
"mom she is beautiful" harry says as he stares at his daughter
"I know son" anne says as she takes grace from harry as she hugs her tight "do you have a room for her here"
"yeah I had one made for her but until she is comfortable I want her to sleep with me" harry says as grace starts to cry as she wakes up "what is wrong munchkin"
"mommy where mommy" grace cries out
"mommy is home you are going to stay with me tonight" harry says nervously as he takes her from anne
"I stay with my hawwy" grace says with a wide smile
"yes munchkin you are staying with me and we are going to play all day" harry says as he smiles wide
"I want that nana gampy" grace says as she sits up and smiles wide as she goes to anne and hugs her tight and then to robin "gampy"
"aww my pretty pretty little princess" robin says with a wide smile as he places a kiss on her cheek
"lets go out to dinner" anne says
'you hungry munchkin" harry asks
"yeah I want nuggies peace" grace says
"anything for my princess" harry says with a wide smile
"come on lets go" anne says as they walk out of harrys house and go to a nearby restaurant and are soon seated "are you taking the day off"
"yeah I will just work from home and keep her busy" harry says
"if you want I can go over and keep her busy thru out the day or if you have to go back to the office" anne says
"mom I know you want to watch her but I want to spend time with her how about I talk to Barbara and have you watch her and if you cant she can" harry says
"ok I would love that but make sure to let louis know" anne says
"I will but you know we are going to break barbaras heart" harry says
"how about we both watch her since we both wont charge you for it" anne says
"ok" harry says as they continue talk and and when they were done harry pays the bill and soon they walk out of the restaurant and drop off harry at his house and harry gives grace a bath and changes her clothes

'of course I love you so much" harry says with a smile
"why you no see me" grace says
"I been busy and couldn't come see you but gracelynn daddy loves you so much and I promise never to to never see you" harry says

"I wuv my hawwy" grace says as harry places a kiss on her cheek
"you want to watch a movie so we can go to sleep" harry says
"yeah I watch moana" grace says as harry puts on the movie as they lay down and watch the movie as harry takes a picture of himself and grace and soon grace falls asleep and harry gets up and takes a shower and gets into bed as he stares at grace regretting not being there for her but harry knew he was always going to be there for her and soon harry falls asleep and the next morning harry gets up and starts to make breakfast and soon hears grace crying as he goes to his room
"what is wrong princess" harry says
"I no see you" grace says crying as harry picks her up
"its ok princess daddy is here" harry says as he cuddles her "I was making breakfast I made you some baby pancakes"
"I like pancakes" grace says as harry takes her to the kitchen and sits grace in her booster chair as he places her plate in front of her and when they are done eating harry takes grace to his room and changes her clothes and he changes his and harry and grace walk out of his room and goes to a nearby park and starts to play and a few hours later harrys phone starts to ring
"can I help you" harry says
"im sorry mr styles but the production supervisor wanted to speak to you about some mistakes being done at the production floor and im sorry it cant wait until tomorrow as production is at a stand still"
"marie give me 30 minutes I am on my way" harry says as he hangs up the phone "im sorry princess I have to go to work"
"I go witchu" grace says
"ok come on lets go I am going to teach you how to run the company" harry says
"ok daddy" grace says as they go to harrys car and drive to Gucci and soon walk in and harry goes to his office
"mr styles who is this beautiful little girl" harrys assistant says
"marie this is my daughter grace today is my day to have her we were at the park when you called me" harry says
"she is beautiful she looks just like you but cuter" marie says laughing

"yay I go work unkle roro" grace says with a wide smile as they leave harrys office and go to alessandros office "unkle roro" grace yells out as she runs to alessandro as he picks her up and hugs her tight

"hey I have an issue at production can I leave her hear while I fix this mess" harry says
"of course not I'm gonna take her to the closet and get her more clothes" Alessandro says
"I will be back" harry says "princess please be a good girl"
"ok daddy" grace says as harry walks out of the office
"munchkin lets go play" alesandro says as they walk to the kids room and Alessandro starts to go thru the clothes option as Alessandro starts to play dress up with grace and grace starts to walk up and down the room as Alessandro takes pictures of her and sends some to louis "you don't have to call me"
"why is she there" louis questions "thought harry was going to take the day off"
"he was but we had an emergency production stopped because of an error and it couldn't wait until tomorrow" Alessandro says "and we are playing dress up so I might send her back to you with a suitcase"
"please don't I don't fit in this apartment anymore" louis says as he starts to laughing "between toys and her clothes I might move out of my office"
"yay I win" Alessandro says
"unkle roro I talk to mommy pease" grace says as Alessandro puts his phone on speaker "mommy"
"munchkin are you having fun with dad and Alessandro" louis says
"yeah I play dress up with unkle roro" grace says
"and what did you do with dad" louis asks
"we play at park and I see nana and gampy" grace says
"I am happy you are having fun" louis says "dad is bring you back tonight so have fun munchkin I will see you when dad brings you home ok"

"I will talk to you later" Alessandro says as he hangs up the phone and a few minutes later harry walks into the room
"are you playing dress up with Alessandro" harry says

"well it looks beautiful on you" harry says "did you send pictures to Louis"
"yeah he called me and grace talked to him" Alessandro says "I think she should model for the kids line I have been teaching her to model since she could sit up"
"im sure you have and im sure her closet full of clothes is all thanks to you" harry says laughing
"of course she was my personal doll and I am happy when we found out she was a girl" Alessandro says

"unkle roro I try this one pease" grace says as Alessandro takes the dress and changes grace
"walk like I showed you" Alessandro says as grace starts to walk up and down the room as harry takes pictures of her as he smiles wide "now pose like I showed you"
'ok" grace says as she poses
"ohh my you have trained her better than models I have seen" harry says
"I know when she did her first pose I almost cried" Alessandro says laughing
"well I am done come on princess lets go home and play" harry says

"of course wait" Alessandro says as he starts to get clothes for grace as he puts it in a duffle bag "here and becareful louis might throw a tantrum"
"I will drop her off at barbaras anyways so expect a call" harry says laughing as Alessandro changes grace to her own clothes
"you are ready" Alessandro says as he fixes her clothes and hair "my beautiful baby girl"

"ok lets go to lunch" Alessandro says as he picks up grace as they walk out of the office and goes to a near by restaurant and are soon seated
"what do you want to eat" harry asks
"nuggies and fries" graces says
"ok" harry says as grace colors the paper she was given as harry and Alessandro look thru the menu as the waitress goes to their table as they place their drink and food order as the waiter walks away
"are you going to your house" alessandro asks
"yeah i put a swing set in the yard" harry says as they continue to talk and laugh and soon the waitress takes them their food order as they start to eat and continue to talk and when they were done harry pays the bill and they leave as harry drives alessandro back to gucci and harry goes back to his house and walks i as he takes grace to the back yard as she screams and yells as she sees the swing set
"daddy push me" grace says as harry gets to the swing and gently pushes grace "daddy i go on slide"
"come on" harry says as harry stops the swing and grace gets off the swing as she goes up the steps and gets to the top as she slides down and harry catches her as she laughs and harry cant help but smile wide as they continue to play and a few hours later they walk in the house and start to watch a movie a grace cuddles into harry
"you want something to snack on" harry asks
"yeah I want pizza" grace says
"ok pizza it is you want just cheese"
"yea pease daddy" grace says as she stands up and hugs harry tight as harry takes out his phone and places the order and soon hangs up as they continue to watch the movie and soon the door bell rings and harry answers the door and gets the pizza as he pays the drives and goes to the kitchen and they start to eat and when they were done harry picks up grace and takes her to the couch as they continue to watch the movie and when it was close to leaving harry gets graces things and puts her in her car seat

"ok daddy" grace says with a smile as they drive to louis apartment building and harry undoes graces carseat and helps grace out of the car
"stay right next to me so I can take your things" harry says as graces stays close to harry as harry gets graces things and he gets her hand as they walk to the apartment building and go in the elevator and go to louis floor and go to barbaras apartment and grace knocks at the door as Barbara opens it
"lala" grace says as Barbara picks her up and hugs her tight
"ohh I missed you so much" Barbara says "look mommy is here"
"mommy" grace says as Barbara puts her down as she runs to louis and louis picks her up
"were you a good girl for dad" louis asks
"yeah and unkle roro give me more clothes" grace says with a wide smile

"really good she had a ball at the office ohh here Alessandro sends this to you" harry says laughing

"munchkin dad is leaving" louis says as he puts grace down and she goes to harry and harry picks her up

"im going to miss you too" harry says "but I will pick you up soon ok umm I ordered pizza about an hour ago"
"ok daddy" grace says as harry gives her to louis and harry hugs Barbara and walks out of the apartment
"we better get home to so I can make something to eat" louis says
"ok I will pick her up in the morning" Barbara says
"ok thank you" louis says as they walk out of the apartment and louis goes to his apartment and makes himself something to eat as grace plays in her play area "munchkin you want to eat or have a snack"
"snaky mommy" grace says as louis gets graces some pieces of fruit and puts them on her place as he gets her and puts her in her booster chair as louis sits down and they start to eat
"what did you and dad do" louis asks as grace tells him about her day with harry and Alessandro "I am happy you had fun with dad"
"when I see daddy again" grace asks
'soon baby I promise" louis says as they finish eating and louis gives grace a bath and changes her as they lay down on louis bed and watch a movie and soon both fall asleep the following morning louis gets up and starts to get grace ready as he hears a knock at the door "come in Barbara"
"lala" grace yells out as she runs to Barbara

"yeah" grace says as they walk out of louis apartment and louis starts to get dressed and soon leaves his apartment and goes to work and when he gets there he goes to his office and starts to work and soon his boss walks in

"yeah I was planning it I have a few drawings and colors I wanted to try" louis says
"what about your dress and i have to ask about gracies dress" tyler asks

"ohh before I forget chris hemsworth in coming in tomorrow to get fitted for a few suits he has to do press for the new thor movie and needs a few different pieces he will be here Friday for ideas and to get measured" tyler says
"ok I will add him on my calender do you know what time" louis says
"no his manager will call us an hour before" tyler says
"ok I will try to have minimal work that day" louis says
"ok well that is really all for me" tyler says
"don't forget I will out in two weeks starting Thursday and be back Monday" louis says

"no worries I know I am a bit early" peter says as the louis gets what he needs and walks out of his office as he locks it and louis and peter walk out of the building and go to a nearby restaurant and are soon seated "how is your day so far"
"really good been so busy sometimes I forget what time it is" louis says "and yours"
"same trying to get things done on the production floor and not screw shit up" peter says
"I know what you mean" louis says as louis sees harry walking into the restaurant with someone he doesn't know and are holding hands and sees harry glaring at him
"umm louis I want to ask you on a date tomorrow night" peter says nervously

"ohh so he is involved with your daughter" peter says
"yeah well I told him he can have whatever relationship with my daughter I am not going to force him to be involved with her" louis says
"I wish my sons dad would think like you" peter says
"well I mean my daughters father is a jealous asshole but I don't give a shit what he thinks" louis says
"ohhh so he still isn't over you" peter questions
"honestly I don't give a shit" louis says

"I want you to be honest with me about a few things" louis says as the waitress takes them their food as they starts to eat

'look something about me is that as much as I want to be in a relationship and find my forever I want you to know that I will not be controlled I love my freedom and our dates will be minimal since I do have a daughter and she will always be my priority to anyone" louis says
"I understand but I like to be in charge of my relationship so this you being independent will all be new to me" peter says

"yeah my ex relationships I have been in control of the relationship my exes would all ask me permission to go out or even talk to anyone" peter says
"ohh no that is not me I cant and wont be controlled" louis says

"ok well I am glad we got this out of the way but louis I would really like to take you on a date Saturday" peter says
"I don't think that would be a good idea since I know what might be" louis says
"ok I understand" peter says as he signs the slip and louis and peter walk out of the restaurant and go back to the office and louis goes to his office and starts to work and a few hours later louis hears a knock at his door
"come in carol" louis says
"so you went to lunch with peter"
"umm yeah it was just lunch why do you ask" louis says
"i just wanted you to know that he is controlling we were talking for a few months it got to the point where I couldn't even wear makeup" carol says
"we talked about that and I am not one to be control I told him we just stay coworkers' louis says
"ok I just wanted to warn you" carols says
'I appreciate it thank you" louis says as carol walks out of the office and louis continues to work and at the end of the day louis leaves work as his phone starts to ring "harry"
"sorry hey louis i was invited to do the premier for buzz lightyear and wanted to know if i can take munchkin with me to walk the red carpet"
"as long as its with you i dont care when is it" louis asks
"next friday and dont worry about clothes alessandro is designing it" harry says laughing
"i wasn't even gonna ask" louis says laughing "i know when it comes to grace she is well taken care of"
"i know i will send you pictures" harry says
"ok thank you" louis says "ohhh dont forget i am going to my parents in two weeks"
"yeah i know i am keeping munchking until wednesday night" harry says
"yeah i know and i am going to miss her my house is to quiet and clean when she is gone" louis says
"you are more than welcome to come ever when ever you want" harry says
"its ok i dont want to intrude in your time with her" louis says as he gets to his apartment not wanting to hang up on harry
" i will let you go you must be busy" harry says
"umm not really i just got home and was about to pick up gracie" louis says
"want to come have dinner with me" harry says nervoulsy
"like just me and you" louis asks
"if you want or we can go to dinner with munchkin" harry says hopeful
"umm yeah i would love to go to dinner with you" louis says
"i will pick you up in an hour" harry says
"ok" louis says with a smile as he hangs up the phone and gets out of the elevator and goes to barbaras apartment and gets gracie as goes to his apartment and changes grace and himself and soon hears a knock at the door and louis opens it "come in"
"daddy" grace yells out as grace runs to harry as he picks her up and throws her to the air and catches her as he places a kiss on her cheek
"my princess did you have fun with lala" harry asks
"yeah" grace says as she tells what she did with barbara all day
"well i wish i could stay home all day and play too" harry says as louis walks out of his room
"yeah me too" louis says laughing "ok i am ready lets get going"
"you look beautiful" harry says
"umm thank you you look handsome yourself" louis says
"what about me daddy" grace says
"you look beautiful princess" harry says with a smile "lets get going"
'ok let me get my keys" louis says as they walk out of louis apartment and go to a nearby restaurant and are soon seated and place their food and drink order
"how was your day" harry asks
"really good just getting busy" louis says
"us too we are doing the paris and new york fashion show" harry says
"ohh why didn't you do it this year" louis asks
"i was not in the mindset to do it it was my fault and Alessandro was disappointed with me but when i talked to him about some things he got it" harry says nervously
"can you tell me why" louis asks
"when i walked away from you and grace i didn't care but when i saw you pregnant and then i saw that you had the baby there was this overwhelming guilt that went thru me i couldn't forgive myself and didn't know how i was going to try and even make things right with you i wanted to fight you for visitations for her since then but was scared to piss you off more" harry says "but now i am happy louis i really am sorry for what i did to you i want to get to know you and hopefully one day you can trust me enough to be your boyfriend and one day your husband i like you a lot that every day that i don't see you i cant handle it i don't know how to breathe please give me a chance to prove to you that i only want you"
"umm ok i want that too" louis says
"really" harry says in shock
"yeah i been wanting to talk to you about it but been nervous about it" louis says
"i dont care but am happy you want to give us a chance" harry says
"look i really like you when we are together i just feel so safe so happy and seeing you with grace makes my heart so happy so full just how good of a dad you are with her and how much she loves you" louis says
"i love her too so much and makes me mad at myself for missing so many first with her" harry says
"look just focus on right now i know its been a few days but the way you are focusing on her means more to her that anything you can ever buy her" louis says
"thanks it means alot to me" harry says as the waitress brings them their food and they start to talk and eat and soon they finish and harry pays for their meals and they walk out of the restaurant and takes louis back to his house and walks him to his door "good night"
"good night thank you for tonight" louis says as louis opens the door and walks in as harry walks away and louis puts grace to bed as she had fallen asleep in the car and louis goes to his room and takes a shower and when he gets out he changes his clothes and gets into bed and soon falls asleep
