As the decision was finalized, Principal Larson asked Moana if there was one friend that she'd like to stay with while in isolation. That friend would be locked up too with her. Moana was unsure, but Amy volunteered to be her companion, choosing her bond with Moana over freedom.

As a result, they were both taken to what looked like a prison cell with a glass door and thrown in there by two officers. The guards walked away, locking the door with a special seal.

The walls were painted in rainbow color and had a bed as well as a toilet and a TV with a remote that looked broken beyond repair. There was a small window right above them that had bars over it.

Amy began to cry and Moana held her close.

"Why...?" Amy asked, "They were treating you like a hero and the moment you mentioned that tracker, they turned their backs on you! It's just so wrong..."

"We're all worried about the future of this nation, Amy," Moana told her, "After seeing how much it has fallen...civil war breaking out, the federal government rendered powerless to stop this, Nazism on the rise...it's a lot for us to take in. The more time I spend in this place, the more I understand the seriousness of this conflict. It's not merely a bickering between fans anymore. It's a full-out war between racial and social equality and oppression."

"It still doesn't make sense why the people who were your friends earlier suddenly became your enemies..." Amy replied, wiping tears from her eyes.

"That's the very nature of war." Moana answered her, "I'm going to try and get some sleep. You should too. We're going to be here a while."

"I don't need sleep." Amy told her, standing up and walking towards the glass door, sitting behind it, "I'll just wait here until they let us out."

"Good luck with that." Moana climbed up on the bed. It was as hard as a rock and had no blankets. Regardless, she laid down and eventually fell asleep.

"How COULD you?!"

"Mulan, please-" Shang began to say, but his wife cut him off.

"No!" Mulan yelled, "You should've fought for her! Fought for her freedom!"

"Why?! What good would it do?!" Shang shot back, "It was a student meeting! Zero teachers allowed, with the exception of the principal!! I couldn't just barge in there and disrupt the proceedings based on no evidence!"

They were in the Hall of Judgement just a few hours after the students had left. Principal Larson was also there, a look of regret on her face.

"You could've done something!!" Mulan insisted, "Now she's locked in a prison cell, treated like a criminal! She literally saved our skins earlier today and this is how we repay her?! What kind of civil rights activists are we?! This is racism at its finest!"

This got Principal Larson's attention, "In what way so? If you can prove my ruling was based on racial bias, then I will overturn it at once. Racism will not be tolerated."

"I will interject here," Shang said, "The ruling was not based on race, Mulan, and you know it. Pulling the race card will not reverse the ruling. You should be happy she is at least still here with us and not expelled."

"She saved our lives and we turned her backs on her," Mulan explained, "Just the fact that some of my classmates, who saw Moana out there saving us, had the thought of expelling her just equals betrayal in my book. Why can't we just perform surgery to remove the tracker?! We have a medical department here, hello?!"

"I'm thinking of authorizing that," Principal Larson told her, "After all, we can't keep her locked up forever. But I'll need to talk it up with Bob Iger first. He gives the official authorization for non-school related things."

"Then let's talk to him," Mulan said, "Maybe if we can resolve this issue that way, then maybe I can forgive all those traitors."

"They were not traitors, Mulan," Shang replied, "All the students had differing viewpoints, yes. But what they had in common was that they were acting out of the good for the Union. Some just had differing opinions on how to do it. But yes, we should talk to him. Shall we?"

Principal Larson stood up, "We shall. I don't think he's preoccupied with anything at the moment."
