Y/n blocks Kefla's kick and dodges Goku's punch while Merus watches, impressed by his ability to use Ultra Instinct so fluidly.
Y/n: C'mon, you can do better!
Goku and Kefla pant heavily and revert to their base forms.
Goku: S-sorry, I'm tapped.
Kefla pouts and crosses her arms.
Kefla: I'm mad at you now.
Y/n raises a brow at her and starts chuckling.
Y/n: You're such a drama queen sometimes.
Kefla: Am NOT!
Y/n smiles at her and reverts to his base form.
Kefla: You're just a big, cute meanie!
She sticks her tongue out at the Earthling.
Y/n: Now you're just proving my point.
Kefla huffs and turns away.
Merus: You two act like an old married couple.
Goku: Yeah, you really do. Coming from someone who is part of an old married couple, hehe!
Y/n brushes them off and goes to say something when he hears someone opening the door to the Time Chamber. He, Goku, Kefla, and Merus turn to see Dende.
Y/n: Dende? What's wrong?
Dende: Some of Moro's men are coming to Earth! We've managed to gather up Yamcha, Krillin, Tien, and Piccolo, but I fear they may not be enough!
Y/n: Tch, damn that Moro... I can't stop training yet, I need all the extra training if I know that bastard! We're basically defenseless- Wait!
He turns to Goku and Kefla.
Y/n: I know you guys wanna keep training with me, and I'm loving it too, but you guys can buy me time! That... And Father, we have an ally that will gladly help us. Just say I asked for him.
Goku: Huh? Who?
Y/n: Broly.

Broly nods, smiling softly.
Broly: I would really like to see Y/n again. He's my best friend.

Paragus: No.
Goku turns to Paragus, shocked.
Goku: What?! You don't want to help?! But... Moro is coming and-
Paragus: That's none of our concern, and I don't care, honestly. Broly will not be assisting you people again. Come now Broly, I've heard enough.
Paragus turns and starts walking away, but Broly stands completely still.
Broly: ... No.
Paragus stops walking and spins on his heel.
Paragus: What did you just say?!
Broly: I said no. You don't control me, Father. I'm going to go help, it's better than me never using my power for anything good. Whether you go or not is up to you, but I won't stand by while the universe suffers.
Paragus: I own you! You're NOTHING without me!
Broly shakes his head, frowning.
Broly: I know that isn't true, thanks to Y/n. He showed me that I'm more than that. He showed me that you're wrong. Goodbye, Father.
He looks over to Goku, who smiles and gives him a thumbs up.
Broly: Let's go stop Moro.
Goku: You said it big guy!
Goku holds his hand out for Broly, who takes it, and then they Instant Transmission to Earth.
~ Meanwhile, on Earth, 20 minutes ago ~
Suddenly, a portal appears on Kami's Lookout, along with Moro's men.
Jaco: Ah! That's S-Seven... Seven-Three!
Seven-Three and the others with him ignore Jaco.
Seven-Three: Look. The Macareni Gang.
He and the other two bandits start walking towards the Macareni Siblings before Jaco speaks up.
Jaco: H-Hey! Stop in the name of the law...!
This makes the bandits turn to look at him.
Shimorekka: Oh? You're with the Galactic Patrol, yeah? Drawing a blank on your name, though...
Seven-Three: It's Jaco.
~ With Y/n and Merus in the Time Chamber, 20 minutes ago~
Y/n and Merus stand a few meters away from each other, their auras slowly flowing off of them.
Y/n: We're almost out of time.
Merus: Yes, it won't be long before we have to leave this place... So let's spar once more, before we leave.
Y/n smirks, his now much longer hair flows upward as it spikes and turns silver, his eyes also turn silver as his aura flares up a bit. He could use Ultra Instinct even better than before, and his current level of mastery made him even more powerful than he was in the Tournament of Power.
Y/n: I'm game.
Merus smirks as well, and also begins powering up. However, he stops as both he and Y/n are transported out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and on to Beerus's Planet.
Y/n: What the... Wait, this is Beerus's Planet.
???: That's quite enough.
He turns around and Merus looks up to see Whis floating above them.
Y/n: Whis! It's good to see you!
Merus: B-Brother...
Whis: It's been ages, Merus.
Merus: So... You caught wind of what I was up to...?
Whis: I'm afraid there are no secrets between Angels, Merus.
Whis: Training may only be just that... Training. Clashing against Y/n at your full power constitutes a battle, something we must not do.
Merus looks down, sheepishly responding.
Merus: Apologies...
Whis: Even more egregious was your plan to travel to Earth and do battle against Moro.
Merus gasps and looks up at Whis.
Merus: Y-you knew...?
Y/n: Oh, yeah... That's right. Angels can't fight unless it's considered trainin', am I right?
Whis: Yes, Y/n.
Y/n: Ag/n said the same thing.
Whis and Merus raise a brow.
Whis: Y/n... Ag/n was erased.
Y/n: Yes, and so were D/n and K/n.
Whis: How do you know their names Y/n?
Y/n smiles at Whis and opens his arms before gesturing towards himself.
Whis: I see... So you are their reincarnation. I was hoping that to be true. Y/n... Your current power is nearly on par with D/n, you know?
Y/n: Wha-? I thought he was still way stronger...
Whis: No, I remember when he was training to become a God of Destruction. You look nearly identical to him. I had assumed this was because you were his reincarnation, but I couldn't say for certain. So... How did you learn of this?
Y/n: Shenron.
Whis: I see.
Merus: I thought the was something special about you.
Whis: That's why I originally agreed to train him. That and he introduced me to stromboli, and that shit is bussin'.
Y/n: Whis, please don't say bussin'...
Whis chuckles and Merus smiles before Whis stops.
Whis: But... Back to more urgent matters.
Merus: Yes... I'm sorry for keeping that from you, Whis.
Y/n: So... What happens if you do fight?
Whis: Angels who break our codes... Are eradicated without a trace.
Y/n: That's it? They just... Vanish?
Whis: It is the only means by which an Angel can be removed from existence... There's no way around this fact, this truth. Such is the nature of the Angel life form.
Y/n: ... Damn...
' So, that's how Ag/n was erased? ' Y/n thought to himself.
Whis: On that note, I've come to inform you that your time in the mortal realm is over, Merus... Henceforth, I shall be responsible for you.
Merus: Understood.
Whis leans over and whispers.
Whis: Be grateful I'm not dragging you back to the Grand Priest.
With that, he taps his staff and Merus's Angel clothes appear on him.
Merus: Son Y/n... I'm only sorry that I couldn't see this through with you.
He taps his staff, and Y/n's signature Gi appears on him, replacing the torn up " All Mighty " hero costume.
Y/n: Ah... Thanks, Merus.
Merus nods to the Earthling.
Merus: I have complete faith in you. Moro shall die on this day, and peace will be restored in Universe 7.
Y/n: It's a promise, Merus!
Whis: Alright, it's off to the Angel realm with you.
Merus: Yes, of course.
He grabs Whis's back, who turns to Y/n.
Whis: Until next time, Y/n... I have the upmost confidence in your ability. Perhaps you can become a Destroyer after this Moro mess is fixed.
With that, he rockets off into space.
Y/n: Whis, Merus... Thank you.
He looks down at his Gi and reverts to his base form before clenching his fists.
Y/n: I feel untouchable... Alright, let's do this!
He places two fingers on his forehead, sensing for Earth. He doesn't have to sense long, however, when he feels a familiar and powerful person - Broly. He then Instant Transmissions back to Earth.
~ Present time on Earth ~
Seven-Three, Kefla, and Gohan had been battling it out for a few minutes, until Seven-Three gains the upper hand by switching his abilities to Moro's and was now absorbing Gohan's energy.
Gohan: Damnit, all that training and still...!
Kefla: Yeah, tell me about it.
The others could only watch in shock, but then something slams Seven-Three into the ground.
Gohan and Kefla, confused, look up and see Goku and Broly.
Gohan: Dad! Broly!
Kefla: Goku, Broly!
Goku turns and smiles at Gohan.
Goku: You did good, son! Now why don't you let me and Broly handle this?
He looks over to the taller Saiyan.
Goku: Broly? Go say hello!
Broly nods and flies at Seven-Three again, smacking him around before he could even absorb his energy.
Krillin: Wow! Broly's incredible! He's even stronger than before!
Suddenly, Shimorekka gets a transmission from Saganbo.
Shimorekka: Huh? ... Sure, okay. Yunba, Seven-Three! Captain's ordering us to leave this rock and head back to rejoin the main forces.
Yunba: Huh? Why?
Shimorekka: We'll finish the job later, we're waiting on that other Saiyan.
Seven-Three: Vegeta...
Shimorekka: Right, him.
Broly: Why are you running?!
Seven-Three: Sorry, I have orders.
Krillin: But why? What's going on?
Shimorekka: Moro's gonna come and devour you all himself!
Piccolo: So the big boss himself is coming...
Shimorekka: Yep, then you're all history. So you'd better tell your pal to get back here, 'kay? We'll be back in Galactic Cycle 7!
Krillin: How long is that??
Jaco: Roughly twenty Earth days...
Kefla: Damnit, they think we're weaklings or somethin'!
Seven-Three then makes another portal and they all leave through it, but just then, Y/n arrives.
Broly: Y/n!
Y/n: Damnit, I must have just missed them! Moro wasn't here, though...
Piccolo: No, he'll be here in twenty days. He's waiting for Vegeta to return.
Y/n clenches his teeth and his fists.
Y/n: Damnit...! Fine...
He straightens up and turns to Goku, Gohan, Kefla, and Broly.
Y/n: We've got twenty days to prepare... You can train all you want.
Kefla: Whatcha mean? Aren't you gonna train?
Y/n: I don't need to, I can take Moro by myself... You guys can train all you want, but he's mine.
Broly: I see... Y/n, you seem much more powerful than you were.
Y/n: I could say the same to you, big guy. Tell you what guys, I'll train you all.
Gohan: You seem pretty confident, are you really that strong?
Y/n chuckles, crossing his arms.
Y/n: Who knows? But if I can't win, you guys can take him. He's screwed either way.
Kefla: Actually, Y/n...
Y/n: What is it?
Kefla: I want you to myself for a few days.
She blushes lightly and looks away.
Y/n: R-right, of course...
He blushes and shakes his head.
Y/n: Then Broly, Dad, Gohan... You three train for now.
Y/n takes Kefla's hand and then Instant Transmissions away to his and Kefla's house.
Y/n: We're ho-
He's cut off as Kefla leans forward and kisses him, after a second he kisses back and they continue the kiss until they have to break apart to breathe.
Y/n: I... M-Missed you too.
Kefla grins, her eyes glazed over with lust.
Kefla: He said twenty days, I'm using them.
Y/n: O-oh, alright~
He picks her up and carries her to their bedroom.
