Alex slept over, he slept on the floor because he said sleeping next to me would make him so something he doesn't want me to regret in the morning.
I wouldn't regret anything though but he didn't need to know that.
Alex and Sasha didn't leave yet, they're still knocked while me and Kimani are making sure we have everything.
Once the clock hits 6am we know that's when we're gonna need to start going to the field, Alex and Sasha are going too for their regular practice.
Once they wake up we're in the car together, Kimani and Sasha in the front and Alex and I in the back.
"Iv" He mumbles to me and I turn my head to him.
"You're nervous" He tells me rather than ask.
"Huh" Im not nervous.
"You're nervous about the first competition" Now I can't tell if he's asking or not.
"Honestly" I start, turning my head to face him.
"Maybe a little, but as much as I like to think positive and confident i'll never not have the twinge of nervousness, it's dumb" I explain and once again i'm trying to figure out how I ended up explaining myself to Alex.
"No I get that, but honestly Ivy as much as I love to be a doofy dickface jock who's over confident, at every game i'm nervous and shitting myself about how it'll end up and if i'll play good or what" He explains and I just listen.
"I just focus on the goal which is wining, but also making sure i'm having fun and loving what i'm doing" He explains and I nod, I agree with that especially the loving part, the only thing keeping me going is the fact that I love cheering.
I keep silent though, sometimes before competitions I need silence and I just want to think to myself.
I think Alex acknowledges that when he keeps his silence only having his hand slowly move closer to my own.
I look down at the almost interlocking hands and look to Alex who has a straight face. Maybe it wasn't intentional then.
However I'm once again wrong, because his hand moves closer to mine basically on top of it. I can't help but give into this moment by moving kinda closer to him.
Our bodies are getting closer while our hands are practically on top of each other, the moment gets more and more intense as our bodies move so close that they're almost touching till a stop happens
"We're here" Sasha speaks up while moving out the car and Kimani follows, im not sure where they're going though.
Once they do I turn to Alex who's already looking at me and he pulls my face in for a kiss.
It's like our casual long kiss, he rest his hand on my cheek as the kiss gets more aggressive until im climbing over the straddle him and he's holding me, resting his hands on my ass encouraging this behavior.
"Ivy" He whispers between kisses.
"hm" I mumble to caught up in the kiss.
"Let me make you feel good, give you something to take your mind off the competition for a little, distract your nervous thoughts" He offers and of course I'm refusing to turn this down this time.
This time i'm going to take the car sex, I need anything to distract me from my thoughts of this game.
"Okay" I try to answer but i'm too caught up to do so.
He doesn't stop kissing me instead he reaches for my tank top slightly pulling it off and I don't hesitate to help him do it.
He moves his mouth down to my neck, sucking harshly and keeping that momentum with every kiss starting from my neck to my boobs which are covered by my bra.
"Hellooo, Ivy Alex, Come On-" But Kimani stops speaking when she realizes what she walked in on.
Alex and I also stop when we realize what she walked in on.
She doesn't even say anything she only closes the car door and Alex and I both take a deep breath.
"We keep getting cockblocked" I joke and he laughs, it's true, this is the second time.
"It's fine, you have a competition today and I have a game so we should stop trying to fuck everywhere and go" He laughs slightly and I agree with him, he gets out first opening the door for me and I follow.
I grab my bag and him and I both walk to the field.
Before we get to the doors he stops me, immediately pulling me to him and kissing me passionately again.
"I know you didn't want Leilani to see this but I just wanted to kiss you again, and Wish you good luck with your competition" He pulls away but keeps his hands resting on my hips.
"Thank you, Good luck to you too" I tell him, kissing him on the lips right back.
"Okay so you're going to go in first or am I?" He asks and I roll my eyes.
"I don't care that much, we can walk in together, they just don't have to know what we did behind the door" I shrug and he nods in agreement.
We both enter and of course there goes the girls right by the door ready to go. The guys are surprising also where the girls are too maybe because they're hyping us up for our first game. It's tradition, the guys always come to our first competition as a good luck charm but this year none of them can make it because they have a game.
"And here we have it, Ms. Davis is here" Coach D comes up to me and Alex.
She glances at me before looking at Alex then she glances at me again trying to hide a subtle confused look on her face but she doesn't say anything instead she walks off.
I walk to the group of people and Alex does too since his friends are probably there as well.
"Ivy, heyy" They all smile and I smile back, unfortunately my friends are there and so are Laylas.
I just sit down with them while Alex sits down with his friends trying to remain as normal as possible.
"Are you guys excited for the first big competition" Kaden asks and most the girls nod, I do the same.
"I just know Jayden and Ciara are gonna use heir twin telepathy to bag a double win for both of us" Alex and jokes and we all snicker even me.
However for some reason my slight laugh causes Alex to look at me, along with everyone else. I can't laugh at jokes now?
"Did you get a rash?" Ciara asks me after staring at me too long, what rash?
"No? Why?" I squint, now eyes are on us and our conversation.
"That's not a rash it's a hickey" Layla speaks up unnecessarily loud putting me on blast.
"What?" I mumble and Everyone snaps their head to my neck.
"Who was sucking all over your neck, don't tell me you and Jayden made up" Jackson asks furrowing his brows and I shake my head.
"No we didn't trust me" Jayden scoffs and I roll my eyes, here we go again.
"Well where are the hickeys from, they weren't there yesterday night, who were you fucking last night Iv?" Leilani asks all giddy but little does she know.
"Imagine if it was from Alex" Sofia jokes but nobody laughs, especially me because they're actually from him.
"Ew" Alex and I say that the same time, trying to make it seem like we're still repulsed by each other.
"The idea isn't that crazy, you guys haven't been at each other's throat, maybe you guys fucked your hatred out" Jackson adds and I roll my eyes.
"I wouldn't stoop that low" Alex mutters but it's not like his other side remarks because I know behind he would stoop that low, and even lower.
"I would rather burn in a bonfire" I add and Alex looks at me.
"I would rather get hit by a bus before even touching you" He keeps going and I mean two can play at that game.
"That makes two of us" I add snidely turning away from him.
"Okay yeah, you guys definitely are still bitching at each other" Jackson scoffs going back to the original convo.
Seconds later I get a text.
alex: you don't get how hard it is to fake hate you
Does that mean he doesn't hate me anymore? I still hate him though.
Right?
Who am I kidding, I obviously don't hate him, all of a sudden It's hard to hate him.
