Death's no fear of mine,
I've stared for so long down a barrel,
Of my making,
So long.
The concept is lost on me,
Why fear the unknown?
The unknown is curiosity,
It's obsessive,
It calls us,
Besides,
I know what awaits me here,
In this life,
I know the pain,
The aches,
All too well.
It all brought me here,
Looking down the barrel,
Why not follow through?
What's it matter?
I'm no one.
No one cares.
