Previously on The Ace of Spades
The boy who yelled before, now turned to Y/n yelled:
"PLEASE MARRY ME!"
'Oh god' Y/n thought

Y/n stared at the boy, confused
"Asta," the other boy sighed. "You can't marry her. You don't even know who she is."
The boy named Asta turned around and glared at the boy behind him
"YUNO YOU JERK!!" he yelled before running towards him
But before he could get to him, a shadow hand sped after him, trapping Asta. Everyone turned to look at the h/c colored girl with her hand out and grimoire open
"I'm sorry," she said before releasing him
"HOW DO YOU HAVE A GRIMOIRE ALREADY?! AND ITS A FOUR LEAF!" Asta exclaimed
Y/n ignored him, not wanting to explain because it would uncover her identity as all the little kids ran up to her
"THAT WAS SO COOL!"
"HOW DID YOU USE MAGIC WITHOUT CASTING A SPELL?!"
"Alright kids, settle down," Sister Lily calmed them down
Yuno noticed the outfit Y/n is wearing
"Are you royalty?" he questioned. "That looks like really expensive material."
"Uh... n-no I'm not," the girl replied, trying not to blow her cover. "My family just has a lot of money. I'm just a commoner
"But your really pretty," Sister Lily said. "You looked like royalty."
"I assure you, I am just a mere commoner," Y/n said before looking at Asta
"Do you have magic? I don't sense any mana coming from you at all," she said
"No he doesn't," one of the younger boys snickered
"SHUT UP NASH," Asta yelled. "EVEN WITHOUT MAGIC, I WILL BECOME THE WIZARD KING! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!"
Y/n admired his determination before turning to Yuno
"You have wind magic right?" she asked
Everyone was shocked at how she knew that
"I do, but how could you tell?" Yuno asked, also shocked
"I can get a feel of what some people's magic is," Y/n explained. "Its a gift but also sometimes a curse."
"That's amazing," Sister Lily exclaimed. "Oh wait we never got your name."
"Y/n. Just call me Y/n," the girl replied
When Y/n was growing up, Julius offered her to take his last name. She did, but she also kept her own last name. She would rather people just call her Y/n so she doesn't get recognized
"Well, its almost time for the grimoire ceremony. Would you like to join us Y/n?" Father Orsi asked the girl
"Sure," she replied
'Maybe I'll fine some clues about Revchi there,' she thought
On the way to the tower, Asta was so excited he ran ahead, leaving the others to follow him.
"I see you have a 4 leaf grimoire," Yuno said, walking next to Y/n. "How old are you?"
"I'm 15," Y/n replied
"You have a grimoire already? How did you get it?" Yuno asked
"I don't know. It kinda just appeared," she explained
That was the truth, but not all of it
"Can I see it?" the dark haired boy asked
Y/n handed it over to him and he examined it
It was a beautiful Gold color with purple designs around the edges and a black four leaf clover in the middle
"Its beautiful," he told the girl
"Thank you," Y/n said while giving him a small smile which made his heart skip a beat
The finally made it to the tower and Y/n and the others stood off to the side, while Yuno and Asta went to stand with the other wizards. Soon the ceremony started and grimoires floted all around the room to their new owners
"Uhh is mine running late?"
Y/n looked over to see Asta with his arms in the air, waiting for him grimoire
"Uhh... try again next year?" the master said
Everyone started laughing until Yuno's grimoire started glowing
"It's a four leaf clover!"
"How did a mere commoner get it?"
It's stopped glowing and Yuno turned to everyone
"I will be the wizard king," he stated before walking past Asta
"Yuno"
Said boy stopped in his tracks and looked at Asta
"I WILL CATCH UP TO YOU, BECAUSE YOU ARE MY RIVAL!" he yelled
The tower burst into laugher and Y/n felt bad for the boy
'No' was all Yuno said before continuing to walk away from Asta
Father Orsi and the kids all walked out of the tower and Y/n was about to follow them when she noticed a man standing on the other wall. When he started to leave, Y/n noticed he was going the way Yuno went and decided to follow him. This caught the attention of two nobles/royals (i dont remember which one they are) who decided to follow her.
Unfortunately, Yuno was cornered by the two nobles/royals. One of them wanted to kill Yuno while the other was more hesitant about it. The first guy sent flames toward Yuno but he was able to create a tornado around himself that stopped the fire
"What? He was able to do a spell without his grimoire?" the guy said, amazed while also confused
A figure jumped down from above between the two guys and Yuno
"Leave him alone," she glared at them
But before she could do anything, chains cam out from the wall, trapping the two guys along with Yuno and Y/n
"So it was you. Good thing I followed Yuno," Y/n said
"You're a smart girl," the man said, walking up to Yuno and Y/n. I used to be a magic knight known as Chain Magic Revchi. But they expelled me and now I'm a thief. I'll be taking those grimoires and selling them. Hmm, maybe I'll sell the pretty girl too. I could get tons of money for her."
"Don't you dare touch her!" Yuno glared
Revchi snatched both of their grimoires with his chain magic and studied Y/n's
"Another four leaf. It's my lucky day. But I didn't see you at the ceremony. Where did you get it?"
"None of your business," the girl responded coldy
"Now that I think about it, I might keep this pretty lady to myself," Revchi said, brushing Y/n's cheek
Yuno got super mad and tried to get out if his restraints
"Oh don't bother. You can't get out," Revchi laughed, still touching Y/n
"LEAVE THEM ALONE!!"
Revchi, Yuno and Y/n all saw Asta crash into a wall. He immediately got up and pointed a finger at Revchi
"NEVER TOUCH A GIRL WITHOUT HER PERMISSION!"
