I'm looking at the ceiling as I was laying on my bed not knowing what to do. I've finished my paperworks quite early so I'm currently having some free time
I'm feeling a bit anxious as if something bad would happen..
Hannah suddenly burst in the room as she was catching her breath. Knowing her she wouldn't do that unless it's an emergency
I stood up immediately as I approached her trying to calm her down
"T-the Princesss-" Before she could finish her sentence I Immediately rushed out of the room towards where Athy is
"Is Athanasia okay!" I slammed the door open to see His Majesty glaring at the magician as they looked at me
I didn't care anymore about formalities as I approached Athy who's face looked like she was in pain, my heart sting at the sight of her suffering as I turn around and glared at everyone in the room
"Tell me what happened immediately" I let out a deadly awra as everyone froze in place..Well expect His Majesty, He was shocked at first but quickly went back to his stotic face
"M-mr Scholar you can't just bust in-" The magician couldn't continue his sentence as he met my eyes
"Everyone leave me alone this instant" My voice echoed through the room
"You heard him, Leave and make sure you come back with a cure!" His Majesty glared as everyone left the room
I honestly was shocked, I thought he'll kick me out, I glance at his direction to only meet his deadly gaze as I grip Athy's hands
"I'll forgive your incompetence for now, I know how much Athanasia cares for you" His Majesty said as he left the room leaving me and Athy alone
It was an mana outburst, her body couldn't handle it..I was frustrated that I'm so weak, I couldn't protect my one and only sister, I promised Lady Diana that I'll protect her but I failed
"Please...I hope this works" I placed my hand on her head as I shut my eyes, I could feel my seal acting up.. My whole body felt like it was burning yet I could see Athy's face calming down
The longer this goes on the hotter my body gets, it hurts so bad yet I have to endure it for my sister... I felt someone sudden grabbed my wrist as I was startle by their sudden action
A young boy with long black hair and beautiful ruby red eyes was holding my wrist as he looked at me annoyed. I glared at him as I pulled my hand away
"What do you think you're doing?" I glared at the young boy as he rolled his eyes at me
"You could've literally died if it wasn't for me" He scratch the back of his head as he turned away from me
I rushed towards him as I gripped his collar while glaring at him. he just stood there as he smirked at me
"If you want me to cure the princess I suggest you stop what you're doing" He stared right into my eyes as I slowly weaken my grip
He brushed of his clothes as he went closer to Athy. I was still on guard as I used my abilities on him to see through his memories, I know I hate using it on someone without their permission but I need to figure out if he's telling the truth
"Lucas of the magic Tower.."
I was relieved that someone like him arrive just in time...wait isn't he that brat that Aetarnithas hates? I was lost on my thoughts as my vision suddenly gotten blury, my body felt weak as I felt myself losing my consciousness. I felt a pair of hands suddenly grabbed me before darkness surrounds me
- A month later-
It's been already a month since that incident happened, I have been unconscious for 3 days, once I opened my eyes I was greeted my Hannah crying while Anastacius scolding me.
Athy was still unconscious and it's making me feel anxious every single day, I haven't met Lucas since that day but I've heard that he's constantly checking on Athy's condition which made me sigh in relief
I was doing my usual paperworks as someone suddenly barged in the room. A young boy with black long hair and Ruby red eyes entered as he sat on the chair in front of my desk
"Quite Busy I see Mr.Scholar? or should I say Prince" He smirked as he leaned against the chair while smirking at me
"As expected from Lucas of the magic Tower who's clearly old enough to be my ancestor" I put down my pen as I drank my tea, he looked shocked at first before he returned to his smirk
"you really are interesting..a hidden prince with a mana seal" He tooked my tea while he drank it like it was his own
"I really can't hide anything from you, this artifact is so useless if you found out my identity on first glance" Lucas choked on his tea while I quickly stood up to check if he's alright
-Flash back-
Lucas' POV
"You own your life to that white haired bunny and me, he honestly did most of the work" I stared down at the princesss as she looked away nervously before she quickly looked at me
"B-brother?" The princess said as I looked at her curiously
"How can he be your brother if he doesn't even have the Royal family's trait.. he's adopted isn't he?" I put my hands on the back of head as I leaned on my seat
"H-he isn't adopted! He just have an artifact that hides his eyes!" She screamed as she suddenly covered her mouth when she realised she have said something she shouldn't
"How interesting.. A hidden prince" I smirked as I looked at her nervous reaction
- End of flashback-
Once Lucas cleared his throat, he straighten his position as he sat down on the seat
"ehem, It's the princesss fault she gave your identity away" Lucas said as he cleared his throat
"Oh, if it's Athy we're talking about she'll certainly do it without a doubt" I let out a small chuckle as realisation suddenly hit me
"W-wait what did you just say Princess?" I looked at him with wide eyes as he rolled his eyes at me and drank MY TEA again!
"How did you expect me to come here if the princess haven't woken up-" Before he could even finish his sentence I suddenly jumped out of my chair and hugged him tightly
He couldn't move from shocked as I looked at him with sparkling eyes, Lucas turned away flustered, before he had the chance to speak, I suddenly dragged him towards Athy's Chambers
I slammed the door open to see Athy as she stared at me with wide eyes before she suddenly run upto me while smiling
"Brother! Athy missed you!" She run upto me as I lifted her up in the air, she giggle as I pulled her into a hug
"I missed you too my Little Jewel" I embraced her tightly as I was longing for her warmth
She looked at me with warm eyes before she saw a certain figure that made her flinch
"Oh you've met him already" She looked at Lucas as he was leaning against the door
"I know you are blinded my beauty princess" He covered his eyes dramatically as I let out a small chuckle
"Oh stop that, Brother is much more beautiful than you" I was startle by her statement as I flushed from embarrassment
Lucas stared at me for a few seconds, my moonlight white hair flutter in the wind as my cheeks were slightly flushed and sweat was dropping down from the side of my cheeks making me sparkle as the Ray of sunlight hits my face
"N-no He's not a bit b-beautiful!" He turned away flustered as I looked at him confused
I was completely lost in my thoughts as I saw Athy and Lucas arguing, honestly I'm happy with just seeing Athy smiling brightly, I promise myself to protect that smile no matter what happens.. even if it cost my own happiness
Many things have happened ever since Athy woke up, I heard she'd moved to the emerald Palace which made me happy, honestly the ruby Palace was a filthy place...even though I'm still currently living in it *sniff sniff* AnYwAy it's less troublesome since Anastacius keeps walking everywhere as he please
I heard news that Lucas became Athy's playmate. I wanted to laugh so bad since they always argue with eachother but I know for a fact Lucas would protect her
I haven't seen His Majesty quite often, probably only when I need his seal on some important documents as for Felix.. eh he's still the same hostile knight, I mostly avoid crossing paths with him
You may wondering what I'm doing right now? Well I'm currently in a meeting with the nobles ugh! This is so troublesome!
"Enough with this nonsense" I slammed my hand against my desk as everyone looked at me in silence
"B-but Mr. Scholar we understand that you are the Prince's representative but you can't hide him forever!"
"You don't have the right to question His Majesty's decision. Now we shall continue our meeting" I sat down on my seat as the rest followed
"Inform me about what have happened this past month" I cross my legs as I took a sip of my tea
"Most commoners are happy about the school that gives free education many of the children are currently learning, and I won't be surprised that they'll grow up to be successful in the future" An older man with dirty Ash hair stood up from his chair as he beamed happily
"Is that so?" I smiled while I stared at my tea
One by one the nobles have been updating me about the few changes I did in the area, Less cases of Human trafficking in the area, Knights getting enough support from the imperial Family and many others
"Since everything is good so far, let's end this on a good note"As I stood up from my seat
"We are grateful for your Help Mr.Scholar!" All of them stood up as they bowed their heads, I stood there shocked before I let out a small chuckle
"I couldn't do any of this without your help" I smiled as they all stared at me with awe as I slowly left the room
"You did splendid "Mr.Scholar" Hannah greeted me with a slight grin on her face as I laughed at her expression
"So far things are going smoothly, I'm pretty sure His Majesty could handle the rest when I'm not around" I smiled as I looked at the ground
"Please let me come with you!" Hannah grabbed my hand as she started crying as I was startle by her actions but eventually comforted her
"Hannah you know you can't come, it's not like I'll never come back" I looked up at her silver eyes since she's taller than me as she patted my head
I turned away flustered as I left telling her I'll visit the princess
I knocked on the door as I peaked inside to see Lucas leaning against his chair as he's munching on some cookies. He placed down his cookies as he saw me slowly enter the room
"Oh is the Princess not here?" I closed the door behind me as I suddenly heard Lucas greeted me in a loud voice, as I immediately rushed towards him
"Hey Prin-" Before he could finish his sentence I covered his mouth as he stared at me shocked
"You can't call me that! what If someone heard you" I whispered as I removed my hands from his mouth
"I seriously don't understand why do you need to hide your identity, you literally are doing work that are supposed to be for a crown prince no- even Emperor" He rolled his eyes as he stared at me
"There's rumours going around saying that "Mr.Scholar" might take the spot of the unknown prince, even nobles are on your side" He took a cookie as he shoved it in my mouth
"Mff- *gulp* too sweet" I looked away as I grabbed the first tea cup in front of me and gulped it down while Lucas was clearly making fun of me
" His Majesty ordered it and I clearly can't do anything about it" I stared at him as I grab a cookie and throw it at his head
He lifted me up with magic as he flipped me upside-down. I glared at him as I try to grab a pillow and smacked it at his head making him fall over. He dropped me as I fell on the ground, we both stared at eachother before I burst out laughing while Lucas just rolled his eyes
"You clearly are an idiot" Lucas said as he smirked at me
"Oh my it's kind shocking hearing it from you" I smirked back at Him as he rolled his eyes at me
"Oh where is Athy? I was told she'll be here" I looked around the room to find any sign of her
"I made her visit whitey's boy" He leaned on his seat as he rest his head
"Hmm..Whitey's boy huh? Oh do you perhaps mean Ijekiel Alpheus?" I asked as I tilted my head with curious eyes, Lucas Looked away flustered before calming his self
"What's wrong with my stupid heart every time he's near me, NO- Lucas remember what you're here for. Protect gods treasure, the princess" I couldn't hear what Lucas was saying as he mumble to himself
"what does Whitey's boy have, that made you and the Princess interested in him" He snickered as he crossed his legs waiting for my answer
"I'm not sure about Athy? Probably because Sir Alpheus is always in the Palace" I placed my hand on my chin as I started to think
"What about you?" Lucas asked as I was quite startle by his question
"the first time I met the young Alpheus he felt familiar...it's probably because I've had a lot of meetings with Sir Alpheus" I stared blankly as I was trying to remember if I did meet him before
"Oh, and probably because I'll be with The young Alpheus for a few years as I go to Arlanta" I rest my head against my seat as I closed my eyes
"Wait- You're leaving!?" Lucas screamed as he was inches away from my face
"Y-yeah as His Majesty's scholar I need to go to Arlanta for my studies" I avoided meeting his eyes as I flushed from embarrassment
"And If I didn't ask you don't plan on telling me!" He grabbed my face to face him as he glared at me with frustration
"My existence isn't important here, you won't even notice I'm gone and why are you getting all worked up all of a sudden" I punched him as I arranged my clothes
"I-i!..wait why am I even feeling like this...Maybe the fact that I won't see your moonlight hair or you precious violet eyes even if it's fake, your bright smile that makes me feel fuzzy Inside" Lucas thought as he was staring blankly at the Prince
*Swoosh*
Athy suddenly appeared in my arms as we both stared at eachother confused, she started panicking as she quickly got up and hit Lucas in the head
"Wow! you're the second person to hit me" Lucas look dumbfounded as he stared at Athy making me let out a small chuckle
"Who's the first then?" Athy asked as she cross her hands
"That stupid bunny over there" He pointed at me as he let out a small smirk while Athy looked at me shocked
"Wha- BUNNY!?" I glared at him as I punched his stomach making him fall on the ground as I immediately walked out of the room
-Few hours later-
It's in the middle of the night and.. Anastacius haven't returned yet! ugh where is that brat! I rolled on my bed as I punched the pillow avoiding to fall asleep
Ever since "that day" Uncle would sleep with me every single night, I normally wouldn't wait for him like this but...since I'm leaving soon I wanted to spend more time with him, I'm already old enough to sleep alone yet... I really wanted to see him
He told me he'll be back yet, Where is he!? I glanced at my window as the moonlight hits my face, it was honestly I pretty scene
"Ugh! You know what I'll find him myself" I stood up from my bed as I wobble towards the door
"Where is that brat?" My eyes felt heavy as I walked through the halls luckily no one is here
I saw a figure in the distance it looked familiar, a tall man wearing a shady Cloak...Oh wait that's obviously uncle. I grabbed the figure as I dragged him towards my room
"Why are you just roaming the halls wearing that! You'll be mistaken as an assassin you brat!" I held his hand tightly as he suddenly removed it
I grabbed it again but he keeps on removing it, I was sleepy and annoyed by his action as I suddenly glared at him and punched his stomach as we walk "peacefully" towards my room
I dragged him towards my bed as I hugged him tightly, I was too tired to continue arguing as I fell asleep on his chest
Lucas' POV
I'm staring blankly at the ceiling as a familiar white bunny was cuddling into my chest...My mind was too embarrassed to move or do anything, HOW DID I EVEN ENDED UP HERE!?
I was just curious about what the bunny was doing and now I ended up in his bed!
My mind was malfunction as my heart was beating out of my chest, my face felt hot while I could hear him breathing. I know I'm supposed to move but I didn't want to, more like my body didn't want to disturb him sleeping
"Lucas..." I heard him mumble my name as I suddenly froze..was he dreaming about me!?
"you have the most beautiful ruby eyes..." He giggle as he snuggle closer
I was too embarrassed as my cheeks felt hot as I try to shut my eyes close hoping I'll get out of this situation

"Love! what are you doing over there come closer" The prince was in a field of flowers as his moonlight hair flutter in the wind
"Okay okay bunny" I rolled my eyes as I held his hand and we walked through the field
"This is the best day of my life" He kissed my hands and suddenly pulled me into a tight hug as I hugged him back feeling his warmth...

I soon flutter my eyes open to see myself hugging the prince as the Ray of sunlight hits his face
wait what was that a dream!? My head was flustered as I quickly stood up and turned away to leave until i felt someone gripped my Cloak preventing me from leaving
I was greeted by the prince rubbing his eyes as he was hugging his pillow and slowly fluttering his eyes open..he stared at me for a few seconds before he suddenly jumped
"Wha- Who are you!? Wait Lucas! is this what you really look like!?" He stared at me confused as he started panicking
"Oh right you haven't seen me like this" I chuckle at the sight of his cute face being flustered
"I-im Sorry!" He bowed his head as he was fidgeting his fingers
"Oh Amel you have to take responsibility for this" I hugged myself as I fake cried making him go anxious
"O-of course! I'll do anything!" He started panicking as I took out something and gave it to him
"What is this?" He looked at me confused as he was holding the ring that I gave him
I slid my finger into the ring as he stared at me looking even more confused
"Oh looks like I'm your fiancé now?" I smirked as kissed the ring on my finger making him all red and flustered
"W-wha, wait-! Say what!?" He started stuttering as I teleported myself out of there leaving him in a flustered state
I suddenly teleported were Athanasia was as she stared at me looking confused
"Uh- why do you look like that?" She asked as he glared at me
"I don't understand what you mean?" I smiled making her flinch at the sight
"Did something happen to make it look like you're blooming flowers in the background" She frowned as she looked at me suspiciously
"Oh it's nothing, I just got engaged with Amel" I smirked as I sat down on an empty seat
"Oh is that so- WAIT DID YOU JUST SAY YOU'RE ENGAGED WITH MY BROTHER!?" She screamed as she grabbed my collar
I lift my hand as I her show her the ring making her pale as she fainted on the ground, I rolled my eyes as I smile while looking at ring and got all red and flustered from the memory.
"Why did I just do that!?" I screamed internally as I sink my hands onto my palms trying to calm my heart down
Anastacius' POV
I was staring at the moon as I enjoyed the smell of the breeze as it flutter through my hair.. whenever I see the moon it reminded my of her.. if only I was strong enough to protect her maybe just maybe we might live happily together... me, her and our future son or daughter. I bitterly smiled as I looked at the scenery
I looked up on the moon once again as it reminded me also of Amel..
I swear that kid looks like her and sometimes acts like her, they both hates sweet and love Mystic tea, Their incredibly weak against those with magic yet stronger than anyone I know. I chuckle at the thought as I suddenly remembered something
Oh wait! I forgot about Amel! what If he's still waiting for me! I stood up as I immediately teleported towards Amel's balcony
I was about to barge in until I saw a certain figure next to him...Is That Lucas! what is he doing here!? Wait that's not important, what's important is the fact he's sleeping next to my Nephew! That brat I'll kill him
I felt rage as I saw Amel snuggling next to him it's as if I saw a prey planing to hunt my child, he must've thought that was me! Tall figure wearing a shady Cloak that'll one would normally mistake it for an assassin
I pinched the bridge of my nose as I decided to leave, even though I don't want to leave them alone he might find out about my identity if I stay here longer..
"Oh Lucas You better not do anything funny to my nephew" I glared daggers at him as I disappeared into thin air..
