"What a lovely name" He said looking at me before grabbing my hand and looking at Elena "Wait what about the moonstone" She stuttered out "What do you know about The moonstone" He questioned with a raised brow "I know that you need it and I know where it is" She stuttered "Yes" He trailed off "I can help you get it" She said semi confidently
"Tell me where it is" He demanded "It doesn't work that way" She told him shaking her head"Are you negotiating with me" He asked amused before looking at me then Rose "Its the first I've heard of it" She said heartbroken with tears still in her eyes Elijah looked back at Elena and started to compel her when he noticed it wasn't working. He then looked down to her neck "What is this Vervain doing around your neck" He asked rhetorically before ripping it off of her and throwing it
I watched it land in the corned before I seen Enzo grab it sending me a small nod "Tell me where the moonstone is" He asked compellingly her "In the tomb underneath the church runes" She answered roboticlly "Whats it doing there" He asked again "Its with Katherine" She said "Interesting" He mused before we heard a crash and he let her go Elena looked defeated as Elijah looked away
"Elijah its a trap" I said softly after he looked at me, he nodded ever so slightly "What is that" Elijah asked "I dont know" Rose answered "Who else is in this house" He asked Rose who was getting hysterical "I don't know" She answered more firmly Elijah grabbed Elenas arm roughly and started dragging her after me as I climbed up the stairs "Move" He yelled at Elena who was dragging her feet
We got to the front and Elijah held me protectively with one arm with Enzo beside us as Stefan or Damon vamp sped behind us, he pushed Elena towards Rose and one of them sped around again "Rose" Elijah said threateningly "I don't know who it is" She answered holding Elena they sped around again "Up here" A voice said causing Elijah to pull away from me and speed up stairs Enzo replaced Elijah
"Down here"Another said causing Elijah to turn around only to get his hand shot causing me to whimper as I slightly felt it he pulled it out and looked at me apologetically only to see Rose and Elena gone
He sped to my other side and held me "Elijah stay by my side no matter what" I demanded softly causing him to look at me before nodding "Excuse me to whom it may concern your making a great mistake if you think you can beat me, you cant" He said announced
"You hear that I repeat you can not beat me now I want the girl on the count of three or heads will roll" He threatened as I made a bubble around us causing him to look at me in wonder
"Do we understand each other" He said getting back on track "I'll come with you" Elena said catching out attention "Just please don't hurt my friends they just wanted to help me out" She continued walking down the stairs Elijah held me tighter as she came closer "What game are you playing with me" He asked wearily She didn't answer just pulled out a grenade and pulled the pin before tossing it at us
I scoffed as it blew up and hit the shield not doing anything Elena looked suprised but that didn't last long as Stefan came out of no where and started firing shots causing me to make a different shield
He continued to fire shots and one hit me as I shifted my arms causing me to groan but keep my shield up Elijah seeing this snarled at Stefan before Stefan tackled us down Elijah and I grunting at the impact we quickly stood up only for Damon to try and ram a stake into Elijah but hit Enzo in the stomach instead causing me to gasp.
Enzo held the stake in his hands as Damon crumbled to the ground with Stefan holding his head groaning I shaking with rage as I watched my mate get hurt I rotated my hands and sent Damon flying into a wall
Watching with satisfaction as his neck broke in impact, turning to Stefan I simply twisted my wrist his body falling as his neck broke, I wiggled my fingers and sent Elena to sleep
I turned and put my hand on Enzo's stomach before I looked at Elijah who nodded, with a firm grasp on the stake he ripped it from Enzo who fell forward groaning in pain
"Your fine love your fine" I said as his eyes started dropping, even though he was tortured for many years Enzo's body still shuts down whenever he experiences pain, i threw my hand out and took away Elena,Stefans and Damon's memories of my powers "Go to sleep Love we got you" I spoke quietly watching Enzo slump against me
Enzo and Henry watched with a glare as Elena did nothing to help her sister. They went into action when Stefan hut her with a bullet. They both walked in and went towards them. By the time they were infront of the others Damon had stuck a stake into Eliza causing Enzo and Henry to snarl angrily. Henry started giving them a harsh aneurysm sending them to the floor while Enzo sped to Eliza and offered her blood which she took. After that Henry snapped Damon and Stefans neck and put Elena asleep before he rushed to Eliza. Enzo and Henry told her to go to sleep and she did after removing The trios memory's of them.
Henry and Enzo looked at her before Henry picked her up "I'm sorry who are you" Elijah asked talking for the first time since Enzo and Henry walked in "Her mates" Enzo growled out "Who are you" Henry asked just as aggressive "I'm Elijah her mate too" he answered standing up Enzo and Henry looked at each other before Henry nodded and left with Eliza in his arms causing Elijah to growl
"Its fine mate he's just taking her to the car and we'll speed back" Enzo said causing Elijah to hesitatly nod before they both rushed away after Elijah compeled Rose to not remember the incident only knowing that she dropped off the Doppelganger. The two other Mates soon made it to Mystic falls while Henry rode with Eliza making sure she was OK every now and then. Henry knew that when Eliza woke up she would not only be hearing words from her Mates but her siblings too and dear gosh he could already hear Caroline's scolding causing him to shiver at the thought of it.
Half way back to Mystic Falls Eliza woke up and looked around before she seen one of her mates. She looked at him before resting her head against the window "Eliza" he said causing her to look at him. He was going to start lecturing her until he seen the look in her eyes, a look he's seen before which made him furrow his brows.
Fear and Paranoia. That was something he's seen in her eyes before but never knew what caused it and still wonders what had happened to his precious mate for her to be like that so guarded and jumpy "Get some sleep love" he said softly dismissing the subject causing her to nod.
With that Eliza laid her head back down on the window before closing her eyes and falling asleep still tired from the evebts that happened today. Henry sighed quietly gazing at Ella every now and then with a small frown on his face as her mate he felt horrible and insecure like he had done a terrible job in protecting her. Sure he knew Eliza getting Kidnapped was a bad idea and tried to talk her out of it multiple times with Enzo but seeing the look in her eyes just now he felt as if he should have tried harder, maybe trapping her in the house with magic or gone with her so he knew she was safe.
He shook his head trying to clear his ever lasting thoughts as they finally made it to Mystic Falls. Henry sighed knowing he was going to have to tell her twin as he probably knows what caused it which made him frown more. Ethan was her twin so he knows everything about her but he feels as though he should know too as her mate. Someone she's been with since the seventh grade and trusts. He rubbed his face pulling into their house.
He just wanted no he needed to know what had happened to his mate to make her like that. She looked so haunted and he hated seeing her like that. Something felt unsettled with him maybe it was the mate bond or just his gut instincts but something didn't settle with him and his mind and he didn't like it, he didnt like it one bit. He wanted that feeling gone as soon as possible whatever it was, was bad something he wished to never feel again. If it was a mate thing he wondered is Enzo felt that way too are even Elijah.
Speaking of how was he going to tell Elijah that he was actually Henrik Mikealson and not Henry Donovan. He shook his head so many things to do and so little time especially if his mate was scared of something. He sighed heavily as he pulled into the drive way. He parked the car and stayed there for a little bit before turning it off and getting out. He closed his door gently before he went on the other side and got Ella out. He picked her up bridal style before kicking the door closed and locking it.
He then went up inside to see everybody there with a worried facial expression. They seen him and he shook his head before walking away up to Ella's room where he laid her down on her bed. He then proceeded to take her shoes off along with her jacket and rings. He then got her under the covers before kissing her head and walking out of it closing the door behind him.
He then went down stairs where everybody else was. "How is she" Jeremy asked as soon as Henry sat down, he sighed "She got hurt over there. Damon stabbed her in the stomach when he was aiming for Elijah but Enzo gave her some blood and it healed her." He said before pausing "What else" Caroline urged "Well physically she's OK but mentally I'm not so sure" he answered causing their faces to drop
"What, what does that mean" Ethan asked concerned for his twin "Her eyes" Henry started "Its back and I don't like it" he said causing Jeremy, Tyler, Caroline and Ethan to nod while Enzo and Elijah were confused and concerned for their mate "Whats back" Elijah asked confused along with Enzo who nodded.
Jeremy sighed "When we were little something happened to Eliza which made her stop talking. She became scared and paranoid, she became a shell of herself. She got better for a little while after we met Henry before something happened and she became scared and paranoid again. Then before our parents died when we met Enzo she started talking more but only a little bit. People who didn't know or talk to her though think it was a spiritual awakening or whatever from our parents crash but I know something happened to my sister to make her the way she was before she met Henry and Enzo. Anyways after our parents died she started talking again being less paranoid and scared. Then she became herself again. We were all happy for her at how far she's come and for Henry to say it's happened again means she is now scared and paranoid. While Eliza won't directly tell someone how she feels sometimes, we have learned to read her. Her eyes and body language. So we know to be prepared for whatever has happened to her and how to handle her based on her emotions" Jeremy said taking breaths in between words
After that it was quiet two of Eliza's mates processing the new information while Henry looked at Ethan with narrowed eyes watching Ethans face change through out Jeres explanation and Caroline,Tyler, and Jeremy worrying about their sister with Ethan worrying about how his sister will explain how she is the way she is without her Mates and other sibling being angry at them for not sharing this information
