Chapter 49
No One POV
Keenan and his family had spent the last days or so exploring the region and seeing what it has to offer as Keenan and Takuto has went and tried many different foods while Tobias had went to see if there's any clothes that catches his interest since whenever he goes out he tends to wear different clothes aside from the ones he usually wears, well sometimes at least.
As today is actually the last day they will be spending in the Alola region as it was definitely a time to remember although they just forgot about what happened to Takuto's Torracat and the Team Skull members as it was also on the news but the 3 of them had decided to try and forget about it.
Takuto:I don't want to go back home being here is so fun.he said to himself
Keenan:don't worry maybe we'll come here next time but dad needs to head back and check on everything.he said back to him
Takuto:I guess your right about that but are you going back to the Kanto region after this.he asked him
Keenan:*nods*yeah after all I need to train my Pokémon for the upcoming Sinnoh league which is almost a month and a half from now and I also need to gather the remaining gym badges.he told him
Takuto:*looks at him with a smile*well me and daddy will be rooting for you at the Sinnoh league.he said to him
Keenan:*raises an eyebrow*wait you 2 are going to be there to watch me battle.he asked in slight surprise
Takuto:*nods*yeah dad told me that we're going to be there to watch you battle in person since he says it's a lot more better and of course a better experience.he said back to him
Keenan:*smiles*thanks Takuto I'll be sure to give it my best whenever the time comes.he said to him
As the 2 of them had made their way back toward the small spot that they have on the beach as this time they decided to spend time not on the secluded side of the beach since well Rayquaza was literally being used as a large sunbathing area for Wimpod's which he didn't mind but it sorta irritated him, another thing is that Tobias is wearing shades and to Keenan it's a little cursed.
Tobias:*looks at Keenan*is there a reason why your looking at me like that.he asked his younger brother
Keenan:*sweat drops*ugh well the thing is you wearing shades is kinda cursed.he said back to him
Tobias:*sits up*well I'm trying to enjoy my last few hours here in Alola so might as well and plus these shades can be used to conceal my identity.he said back to him
Keenan:yeha whatever you say but what are you going to do after this.he asked him
Tobias:well I'm going to train my Pokémon that I'll be using against you and I suggest you use the training method I showed you whenever we meet up again I'll show you and even more tougher one but it might come at a cost.he said to him
Keenan:well for now I'll stick to the one you showed me earlier I'm sure Dartrix,Riolu,Zweilous and Shelgon and the rest of my Pokémon will grow a lot faster thanks to it.he said to him
As Keenan had decided to just walk a Rodin the beach after talking to his brother as he decided to just let him relax and enjoy himself before they head off since he knows Tobias is going to be flying on Latios out of the Alola region as he wouldn't mind him flying on the plane with him but there's limited space in there, and Keenan well has a lot of things on mind such as what Pokémon he should use against Tobias.
Keenan:*thinks to himself*let's see as far as I know he's going to be using Dragonite,Landorus and Lucario up against me but I still don't know what his other Pokémon are, I need to be extra careful with my picking.he thought to himself as he came up with 2 of them
Keenan:*looks up toward the sky*well I know for sure I'll be using Decidueye whenever Dartrix evolves and Lucario as well whenever Riolu evolves oh of course Charizard since I definitely need him and well might as well use a Legendary since he's using one as well.he said to himself thinking of all the possibilities
While Keenan was thinking of what Pokémon he should use against Tobias as it's a really tough decision to make considering that Tobias is unpredictable but he can expect really rare and unusual Pokémon so he needs to be aware of that, but he still needs to be extra cautious with that Lucario of his.
But a certain someone and spotted him sitting on the wall looking at the vast ocean as the said person had sat next to him as Keenan didn't noticed as Danika had raised an eyebrow looking at his concentrated expression.
Danika:so what's on your mind Keenan you look deep in thought.she asked him
Keenan:oh you know just thinking about that stuff that's all....WAIT where the fuck did you come from.he said In surprise as he wasn't expecting this
Danika:well I was walking by and seen you sitting here so I figured that I'd join you.she said to him
Keenan:I see but why aren't you with your friends or whatever.he asked her
Danika:well Professor Amaranth is currently doing a few things at the ship before we head out tomorrow and Quillon well he's still trying to get used to the term relaxation.she replied back to him
Keenan:oh I see well I'm leaving today with my family so I need to enjoy it as much as I can.he replied to her
Danika:oh yeah about the last time we encountered one another have you decided yet if you want to join Project Mew or not.she asked him
And well to be honest Keenan hasn't really put that much thought into it since he already knows that there's a shiny Mew lurking around the lab whenever he's there or not there and he's just waiting till the day he catches it since he knows it's going to shock everyone there mostly Goh since it's his dream to catch Mew. Plus Keenan just wants to see the look on his face when he finds out that he caught a Mew nonetheless a shiny Mew although he doesn't really like snowing off as much, well to put it in simplest terms he never really thought about it as much.
Keenan:I'm going to be honest with you here that well I don't really feel like doing Project Mew or anything like that, because I'm going to be busy gathering the gym badges and also entering leagues and such so I don't want more things on my plate right now.he said back to her
Danika:that I can understand but we give out new missions once every week or 2 weeks it depends on what missions difficulty you chosen for that matter.she said to him
Keenan:*looks down*look sorry but I'm going to need to have more time to think about it alright to me Project Mew can be like a side quest.he said back to her
Danika:*nods*I respect your decision but the Professor is quite anxious to meet you after all.she said to him
Keenan:*raises an eyebrow*really why is that is it because I have a Latios.he asked her
Danika:well more or less you see the more Legendary or Mythical Pokémon we get to study on the more closer we get to finding about Mew's origins, and well he also heard what you've been doing as a trainer from Professor Cerise i believe his name.she said back to him
Keenan:*scoffs*of course anyone will be curious about anyone who has a Legendary Pokémon so it's to be expected.he said back to her
Danika:even if you didn't had a Legendary Pokémon we still take trainers who doesn't have one after all it doesn't really matter to us, and besides there's tons of applicants that doesn't have a Legendary.she said to him
Keenan was going to say something until someone had called her out as the 2 of them had looked back and seen Quillon wearing a red aloha shirt with hibiscus flower imprints on it as well as white surf shorts and a Kukui nut necklace as Keenan just sweat dropped at the sight.
Keenan:*thinks to himself*I never thought I'd see the day that Quillon will be wearing clothes like that he looks so out of place.he thought to himself
Quillon:cmon Danika we need to head back to the ship the Professor is waiting for us.he told her
Danika:*groans*geez he's always giving me orders but whatever *she looks toward Keenan* I'll see you another time Keenan and good luck on gathering the gym badges.she said to him
Keenan:*nods slowly*um yeah and good luck with Project Mew.he said back to her
As he watched Danika walk off with Quillon as he just sighed and went back to watching the beautiful blue ocean of the Alola region enjoying the view.

Meanwhile Ash is currently training his Pokémon as he brought back one of the Pokémon from Professor Oak's lab and he's currently working with him right now as it's been years since he last used him and also his Larvitar had finally evolved into a Pupitar as the Pokémon he brought back is Kingler.
Ash:alright Pupitar use Stone Edge and Kingler use Crabhammer.he commanded the 2 of them
As the 2 Pokémon had carried out their commands as Pupitar had roared as sharp glowing pillars of rocks had shot up from the ground started to make its way toward Kingler while Kingler's singular giant claw has gotten a white glow to it as he smashed the Stone Edge attack with minimal effort as Ash was amazed.
Ash:whoa it seems you've been training back at the lab just like Sceptile and Infernape.he said to him as it pinched its claw as a response
Ash:*looks at Pupitar*alright now for your next stage is Tyranitar let's get you up to that level of power.he said to him
Just then Goh has came into the dome with a letter from someone as Ash had seen him as he stopped training for the time being as Goh had walked up to Ash.
Goh:hey Ash someone has sent you a letter apparently your mom had to mail it to the lab.he told him
Ash:*raises an eyebrow*huh really what's this about does it say where it's from.he asked him
Goh:*hands him the letter*well it said it's from Alto Mare in the Johto region I've heard of that place but never really gone there.he told him as Ash's eyes widens In surprise
Ash:*opens the letter*wow it's been a long time since I last heard of that place I wonder what this person wants.he wondered out loud to himself
As Ash started to read the letter he gotten from Alto Mare as Goh just stood there wondering what the letter was about as his Raboot is standing a few feet behind him as he's still haven't forgiven Goh for what he done to him earlier as he still thinks Keenan is a much better trainer then him, until Ash had finally finished reading the letter as he grinned.
Ash:*grins*alright Pikachu looks like we know where our new adventure is to are you ready Goh.he said to him
Goh:*sighs*sorry to break it to you Ash but I can't go I have a series of quizzes this week for school so I'm stuck here for the rest of the week.he said back to him
Ash:*sighs*oh I see well in that case me and Pikachu will go there ourselves let's see who I should I bring with me.he wondered out loud
Kingler,Pupitar,Sceptile and Gengar had made their way toward Ash saying that they want to go with him in their own language with Ash had smiled deciding that he'll be taking those 4 along with him toward the Johto region as Ash had said goodbye to Goh and immediately made his way out of the dome catching the magnet train toward the Johto region.
Goh:*sighs*and there he goes it sucks that I need to stay back here and catch up on my school assignments.he said to himself in despair
Goh:*rubs his chin*hmm I wonder who knows Ash from Alto Mare isn't that place full of mostly water.he wondered to himself out loud
It seems that Ash will be going to Alto Mare since he gotten a letter from someone there but who could it be from?
Change Scene Alola
Now back at the Alola region Keenan,Gyomei and Takuto are getting ready to head back home as Keenan will be dropping them off at the Sinnoh region at Hearthome city with his private jet and after that he'll be heading back toward the Kanto region for he can train his Pokémon a bit and also take care of his now pregnant future wife Chloe.
Gyomei:are you sure you don't want to come with us Tobias.he asked him
Tobias:yes I'm sure Gyomei you don't have to worry about me alright.he said back to him
Takuto:*hugs Tobias*thank you for coming with us uncle Tobias and of course for saving Torracat.he thanked him
Tobias:*ruffles his hair*don't worry about it but be sure to stay close to your dad alright we don't want another incident like that happening now do we.he said back to him
Keenan:*mutters to himself*and we don't want you to kill more people now do we.he muttered to himself
Takuto:*nods*alright uncle Tobias I'll be close to dad whenever we go out alright.he said to him as he nodded satisfied with the answer
Tobias:*looks at Keenan*remember what I showed you about the training alright it'll boost your Pokémon's strength and make them grow stronger and when they get used to that training I'll show you and even more difficult one alright.he told him
Keenan:*nods*right thanks for that Tobias but where are you going now after this.he asked him
Tobias:*smirks*like what I told you earlier I'm going to train my Pokémon a bit well the ones I'll be using against you, and how about the next time we meet we have a little mock battle.he said to him
Keenan:*nods with a small smile*alright fine I'll look forward to our future battle seeya later bro.he said to him
The 2 brothers had fist bumped one another as Tobias had took a look around the area making sure that there isn't anyone around and when he deemed it was safe he brought out his Latios and hopped onto him as he given them one last wave and took off into the distance.
Keenan:*looks at Gyomei and Takuto*well cmon let's head onto the plane time to drop you guys off back at Sinnoh.he told them
Gyomei:oh yeah your birthday is coming soon in about 2 weeks right we'll be sure to spend time with you alright.he said back to him
Keenan:*sweat drops*oh um if you guys want to that is but cmon let's head back home I'm getting quite anxious to train my Pokémon again.he said back to them
As the family of 3 had made their way into the private jet as their little vacation in the tropical region had ended and now Keenan can focus on himself but let's go to a certain Project that's currently on the island.
Change Scene Project Mew
Meanwhile at the Project Mew ship Danika is seen walking out of the shower room drying her hair wearing her casual clothes that she usually wears whenever she's just relaxing which is also her sleep clothes as she made her way into the living room area of the aircraft that Project Mew has, and well Quillon couldn't help but to ask who she was with earlier.
Quillon:so tell me Danika just who you were with earlier when I came to pick you up.he asked her
Danika:*raises an eyebrow*wait you seriously don't recognize him that was Keenan that was the trainer that used the Latios against Elesa back in Unova.she told him
Quillon:*a bit surprised*wait that was him.he said out loud a bit surprised
Danika:*nods*yeah that was him I actually encountered him the day we came here.she said back to him
Quillon:well if you did encountered him why didn't you told Professor Amaranth you do know he's also interested in recruiting him into the Project right, and plus we get to study a Latios close.he said to her
Danika:he told me that he was spending time with his family so didn't wanted to disturb him and his vacation so I kept it to myself but he did told me he is heading back home today.she said back to him
Quillon:that I can see but what did he say about Project Mew is he joining or not after all this is the 2nd time encountering him.he asked her
When he asked her that Danika just looked down at her cup of tea not knowing what to say since Keenan himself did told her that he isn't really interested in joining Project Mew since he's more keen on getting all 8 gym badges of whatever league he's entering and well since Danika had seen him in Sinnoh she'd have to assume he's entering the Sinnoh league.
Although Professor Amaranth is real interested in meeting Keenan she can't exactly force him to join since well they aren't like that but as far as she knows Keenan is an interesting person since not only he has a Latios but he also has a really large shiny Charizard which she informed them about his shiny Charizard and it's abnormal size.
Danika:well I'm not sure how to tell you this since he told me he has more things on his plate but he has told me himself that he'll probably do Project Mew as a side thing but you seem quite interested in him why is that.she replied back to him
Quillon:well I'd like to see what kind of trainer he is that's all, and plus from what you told us back on Iron island he seems to know how to handle himself in tough situations and besides I'd also like to study his Latios and that shiny Charizard of his up close.he said back to her giving her his answer
Danika:I will admit he does catch my interest but there isn't really much about him so he's a complete mystery.she said out loud
As Project Mew is quite interested in Keenan but what they don't know is that he has a lot more then just Latios and his shiny Charizard as it's only a matter of time till they find out what other Pokémon he has.
Change Scene Hoenn Region
At the Hoenn region Kalakaua had just gotten his 1st gym badge from Rustboro city as he has used his Dewott as his Dewott had single handily took out all of the gym leaders Pokémon as the gym leaders final Pokémon which was a Probopass had fallen.
Ref:*raises her flag*Probopass is unable to battle Dewott wins therefore the winner of this gym battle is Kalakaua the challenger.she announced
Kalakaua:*fist bumps Dewott*hell yeah you were awesome out there dude.he said as his Dewott eagerly fist bumped him
Roxanne:*sighs*you did well Probopass return and get some rest.she said as her Pokémon got sucked into the ball
As Tatusmi had came onto the battlefield as he watched the battle and he was quite impressed to see him win the gym battle with only one Pokémon and although he did had the type advantage the gym leader was ready for those typings so she was prepared and yet he won.
Tatusmi:that was quite impressive your Dewott is a lot stronger then I thought he's probably around the same level as Quilava.he said back to him
Kalakaua:hmm possibly although we did battled back i Alola but that was quite a while ago I guess he's gotten stronger.he said
Roxanne:well that was some pretty impressive battling out there, as gym leader of Rusboro city I'm proud to present to you the Stone Badge.she said to him
Kalakaua:*bows a bit*thank you for the battle and the badge.he thanked her as he took the badge and looked at it
Tatsumi:well you have 1 down 7 more to go.he said to him
Roxanne:hmm you think you can gather all 7 other badges in just 3 months or so.sheasked him
Kalakaua:*smirks*well there's only one way to find out now is there.he responded to her
Roxanne:*giggles*your quite the interesting trainer Kalakaua but I'll be rooting for you in the Hoenn league.she said to him
As Kalakaua had once again thanked Roxanne for the battle and the gym badge as he returned his Dewott as both Tatusmi and him had started to make their way out of the gym as Kalakaua had put his new gym badge into his badge case he received from Nurse Joy at the Pokémon center, as Roxanne had stood there watching his disappearing figure.
Roxanne:I should probably up my training I wonder what would be the best way to train my Pokémon aside from my regular training routine.she said to herself
Change Scene Kanto
Meanwhile at the Kanto region Chloe is seen eating soba noodles since her body has been craving for them and well pregnant females usually crave for ice cream and pickles but nope not Chloe since she craves soba noodles,tofu and other such foods as she's currently eating them right now.
Chloe:*sighs*why does this always happen whenever I'm hungry I guess the baby just wanted to eat soba noodles...again.she said to herself as she drinks some tea
Well it's pretty boring there since Goh is at his house doing his school work that he was supposed to do weeks ago and Ash should be in the Johto region by now and as for Keenan well he's in the Alola region although he should be coming him today.
Chloe:*rubs her chin*hmm I wonder if Mika could come here later on today and hang out it's been a few days since we last seen one another and plus I bet she's a bit worried about me for not attending school.she said to herself
Her train of thought was broken when the shiny Mew had teleported into the kitchen area with her as she jumped in surprise at the sudden entrance as the shiny Mew had sat down onto the table looking at her.
Chloe:*blinks rapidly*ugh is there something I can help you with um Mew.she asked the extremely rare Pokémon
Mew:oh yes I was wondering when Keenan is coming back.he asked her as her eyes widened in shock
Chloe:*wide eyed*what did you just talked what's with Legendary Pokémon being able to talk.she asked in shock
Mew:of course I can talk how do you think I communicate with your kine, albeit I don't really interact with your species only the ones that catches my interest.he replied back to the dumbstruck Chloe
Chloe:*sweating a bit*sorry about my reaction but I still can't believe I'm talking to a Mew now I'm starting to wonder what would Goh do if he seen you, although knowing him he'd just throw a ball at you.she said out loud
Mew:oh I don't have an interest in him but I'm more interested in Keenan you know your mate after all he has the aura of our creator.he said to Chloe as he's up in her face
Chloe:*confused*I had a feeling you'd be interested in him but what do you mean by your lords aura.she asked the Mythical
Mew:oh oops haven't gotten to that part yet but anyways I came to find out that your pregnant now congratulations.he said to her
Chloe:*with a blank look*how could you not know you watched us that night had sex.she said back to the Mew
As all it did was just whistled innocently pretending that he didn't hear her as Chloe had reached out toward her cup of tea only to find out that it was empty until Mew had used its powers to refill the cup like Doctor Strange with Thor's beer as she dumbly looked at the cup full of tea.
Chloe:ok I was not expecting that but why are you here.she asked him
Mew:to say hi to you and also see the developing baby of course.he said as Chloe chuckled nervously
Chloe:*thinks to herself*oh great now I have a Mythical Pokémon wanting to see the baby not sure if I should be scared or not.she thought to herself
Mew:*with a blank look*you do know I can hear your thoughts after all I am a psychic type Pokémon.he responded to her
Chloe:*blushes In embarrassment*get out of my head reading peoples minds is invading their privacy.she said back to the cute Pokémon
Mew:right sorry about that but I'll be going now gonna head back to my little hideout I'll see you later Chloe and also beware of the dome being a lot more hotter then usual when Keenan gets back seeya.he said as he teleported out of the kitchen
She sat there confused as to what he meant by that but just shrugged it off as she decided to just walk around the lab for a bit to kill some time until the teacher sends her more stuff over the computer for she can do.
Change Scene ???
Meanwhile at an unknown location deep within a volcano a Pokémon is seen starting to wake up from its slumber as it's eyes had snapped open as the said volcano had started to erupt as it made a pillar of magma as the said Pokémon had flew out of the volcano almost instantly making the area it's in a lot more hotter then usual. As this Pokémon is none other then the Legendary Pokémon Moltres as it screeched out loudly letting the embers of its fire like feathers fall onto the rocky ground beneath it.
A/N:This is it for the chapter hope you guys enjoyed it as the little vacation with the family is now over and now it's back to get into the action as right off the bat Keenan will be encountering Moltres let's see what's going to happen.
I do plan on Keenan and Tobias having a 1 vs 1 in the future just to show you guys how strong Tobias's Pokémon is as he'll be using one of the Pokémon he didn't show Keenan as of yet but just what Pokémon could it?
The shiny Mew that hangs around Professor Cerise's lab seems to be getting comfortable there as he also has his own little hideout that it sleeps in when will Mew join Keenan or will it join Chloe?
Ash has brought back his Kingler as I decided that it'll be his go to Gigantamax Pokémon since I think it's time that Kingler gets some time to shine as well.
Next chapter is gonna be "Turning up The Heat"
